Thank you to the officers and committee of the Chihuahua club of South Wales for inviting me to judge:

 Best in Show, Res Best in Show, Best Puppy in Show Res Best Puppy in Show and Best Veteran in show and Res Best Veteran in Show at their 2020 Championship show.

Best In Show

Fothergill’s Diamonchi Mister Moon Jw Shcm (Smooth Coat ) The star of the show for me. Gorgeous cream male, small and dainty with the sweetest head and expression, well shaped apple domed skull and definite stop , large round eye good length of muzzle, correct clean dentition well placed large flaring ears, medium length of neck Good ribcage and body, level topline and correct tail type, set and carriage small dainty feet he moved soundly and showed to perfection. I was pleased to hear he gained his crown on the day

Res Best In Show

Byrne & Joiner’s Jotolemar Dangerous Times With Dacatelo (Long Coat)Another excellent quality male lovely masculine head and expression, good scissor bite with good strong dentition, with large round dark expressive eye, with correct stop, , neck of medium length slightly arched , well laid shoulders and well sprung ribs ,good forequarters and good dainty feet and well cushioned pads, correct textured coat and good level topline when standing and on the move, moved very soundly.

 Rooney’s Copymear Costa Blanca With Yorone (Smooth Coat)

Young lady full of quality, with such a feminine head and expression, large well placed ears and large expressive eyes. She has a firm body and is in lovely condition,good spring of rib and well turned stifle She moves soundly with drive A saucy personality and already an attentive showgirl, she should achieve the highest honours in the future

Res Best Puppy In Show

 Robson and Rushton’s Rushwarden’s Black Elegance With Tidos (Long Coat ) She has a lovely head with nicely apple domed skull with keen expression and nice dark round good strong scissor bite, good ear set and type ,medium length of neck, very good forequarters well bodied with good spring of rib and adequate depth of brisket, and sound on the move. Another real prospect for the future.

Best Veteran In Show

 Ison’s Lynpix Clear As Crystal (Long Coat) Small and compact, and vert alert and a keen and attentive showgirl. Good skull and excellent well set dark round eyes, clean dentition and good definite stop, very good ear set and carriage, correct medium length of neck with well laid shoulders and well sprung ribs well muscled hindquarters Sound on the move.

Res Best Veteran In Show

 Watts’s Nikitos Nuthernuidea (Smooth Coat) Very typical with a sparky temperament and nicely balanced outline, correct apple domed head , well defined stop and correct scissor bite , good proportioned slightly arched neck, straight forequarters ,good depth of brisket, with well sprung ribs , level topline and correct tail set and type, moved soundly
