I would like to thank the committee at Southampton and District CS for asking me to judge SCWT. What a lovely venue and such a well organised show. It was a long wait before SCWT were in the ring but the best are worth waiting for!

1. Satherley and Witheyman’s Silkcroft Born This Way-

Well balanced and compact bitch standing four square. Excellent Scissor bite, strong neck leading into well laid back shoulders. Level topline which she held on the move. Well defined rear. Well sprung rib and good depth of chest for one so young. Short coupled. Good straight chest. Coat colour lovely for her age with a wonderful soft texture. Covered the ring with good reach and drive. Fabulous ring presence. At one with her handler. Delighted to award her BOB and BP and to see her go TPG4.

1. Springford’s Keevasdream White Linen-

This girl really caught my eye for overall balance and presence. Lovely Feminine head, good scissor bite. Dark pigment, straight front, well laid back shoulder with level topline, tailset and super carriage. Moderate angulation and short coupled. Her side gait an absolute dream. Coat colour and texture typical for age. Pushed the BOB Winner hard however was unsettled in the challenge. RBOB.

1.Keevasdream Red Velvet

 Nice size of Irish type. Soft silky coat falling in loose waves. A little unlucky that the wind caused her to be a little unsettled when going over. Correct bite, good depth of chest , excellent rear movement.

1. 1.Hughlocks’ Janeyjimjams Jolene at Keevasdream

Well balanced feminine bitch giving that “look at me”. Beautiful deep hazel eyes with dark rims, Feminine head. Straight front , short coupled level topline leading into well angulated rear with plenty behind. Rich Wheaten colour with lovely texture and soft curls to her coat.

2. Grant’s Dannebriel Gladly Godetia ShCM

Slightly longer than 1. Loved her movement good reach and drive , covered the ring with ease. Good Scissor bite and nice size teeth. Good dark pigment and correct eye colour with dark rims. Very feminine , level topline leading to excellent tail set with plenty behind and moderate angulation. Silhouette of this girl is to be admired. Coat was lovely soft texture although would prefer more colour and wave.
