I would like to thank the society for giving me my first judging appointment and the exhibitors for such a generous entry. This show is very well run and lunch was lovely.

Puppy (2)

1. Billington's Bamtybo Bonbon Avec Yrieix. 8 month old b&t bitch, feminine head with dark eye and correct ear set. Square body, good sweep of stifle and parallel hocks. Handled very well, showing off her hackney action and fearless attitude. BPIB.

2. Gentle's Dimogen Don't Cha Know. 6 month old red dog, an alert youngster with dark pigmentation. Flat skull and wedge-shaped body. Needs to get used to the show ring environment and settle on the move.

Junior (3)

1. Ward's Estivals Fast Love. 13 month old b&t bitch of correct size, good length of muzzle and small ears. Slightly arched neck and straight front. Moved with hackney action and good rear drive. RBOB.

2. Gentle's Dimogen No Comment. 6 month old b&t dog with well developed forechest, glossy coat and neat feet. Hackney action is there but needs more training both on the table and on the move.

Post Grad (1)

1. Ward's Estivals I Kandy. 4 year old red bitch, stood alone, bigger in size but with substance to match, straight legs and medium bone. Moved ok.

Open (4 - 1 abs)

1. Coull's Vardenais Mischief Managed JW. 2 year old red bitch, beautiful feminine head with dark eyes, correct forechest and spring of rib, superb top line and tailset which she held on the move, neat cat like feet. BOB and pleased to see her achieve Group 4.

2. Ward's Estivals Tiny Tempah JW. 5 year old b&t dog, well balanced with moderately broad chest and elbows close to body. Neat feet, moved well. Preferred rear assembly of winner.
