1. Mitchell’s Oldcharm Markus at Elsimba. 18 month old young male, good head and expression, balanced angulation, moved with great freedom and efficiency, RBOB.

1. Burton’s Ravendane Deal Me In with Elbarevol. Impressive male, good shoulder, strong top-line, shown in excellent hard muscle and condition, good tight feet, easy ground covering gait, BOB.

2. Powley’s Garsak Wild at Heart at Danehaven. Near 4 year old bitch, not the condition of 1 and although she had a good parallel gait she was unable to hold her top-line when standing.  

NEWFOUNDLAND

Puppy 4(1)

1. Arkell’s Camnoire Ghost Kato. Very nice young bitch, typical head, nice dark eye, shown in excellent coat and condition, balanced throughout and moved with a ground covering parallel and easy gait, BOB and BP.

2. Burrows’ Mayoss Veretain Lace. A well proportioned bitch, very much a handful on the day but excellent shoulder and nice turn of stifle and a good ground covering gait when settled.

3. Adams’ Rodiveco Red Rum

1. Arkell’s Camnoire Ghost Kato.

2. Burrows’ Mayoss Rising Star. A very nice, but somewhat ‘loose’ male. Good head, excellent shoulder and good rear angulation. Just not as ‘together’ as 1 on the day.

1. Starling’s Chapmeek Bossanova Baby. Nice 6½ month old bitch, good feminine head, good dark eye, stood a touch at 10 to 2 but possessed a good shoulder and a strong top-line. Easy, ground covering gait, RBOB, BP.

1. Sobkowiak’s Dahlroo First Impression. Good feminine head, correct reach of neck, absolutely level top-line, balanced angulation, excellent reach and drive on the move, BOB.

1. Atkins’ Qimugta Harpist. This is a Canadian Eskimo, nice young bitch, excellent angulation and absolutely parallel , ground covering gait, good prospect, BP.

2. Bailey’s Akna Maugrim. Another nice example of the Canadian Eskimo breed. Good head, nice shoulder and good turn of stifle, took time to settle on the day.

3. Robb’s Icewolf Juipiter Rising.

1. Bailey’s Can Gr Ch. Articice Qimmiq G-Amorak avec Akna (Imp Can). Canadian Eskimo Dog, excellent example of the breed and a dog I have seen on previous occasions and very much liked. Typical head and expression, good reach of neck and very well angulated, good feet and correct pasterns, easy languid and efficient gait, BOB.

2. Robb’s Ch/Int/Bel/Lux/Ger/NL Ch Under Icewolf’s Star Inditarod JW ShCM EJW’10 (imp CZE). Very nice Alaskan Malamute, lovely head and super angulation, good top-line, easy ground covering gait, a credit to the breed, RBOB.

3. Dickensen’s Kalaslane Demyan (IKC) ShCM.

Veteran 3(1).

1. Robb’s Ch/Int/Bel/Lux/Ger/NL Ch Under Icewolf’s Star Inditarod JW ShCM EJW’10 (imp CZE).  

2. Bailey’s Shepherdsway Eskimo Angel at Akna. This is a lovely 10 year old veteran Canadian Eskimo Dog full of beans on the day, excellent angulation front and rear, overall very good proportions and a pleasure to go over.

1. Winney’s Jimjen Jim Hollis. A very nice young male, standard fitting head, good bone, correct feet and pasterns, level top-line, good tail-set and carriage, easy ground covering gait, BOB.

1. Garrod’s Fauveahoy Sea Shanty. Basset Fauve de Bretagne; 10 month old puppy, typical head, balanced angulation, nice, well held top-line, good croup, sound on the move, very well handled and presented, BP.

1. Weston’s Longmynd Zodiac. Basset Hound; 2 year old male with an excellent head, well set long ears, strong top-line, correct tail set and carriage, good feet, nice reach and drive on the move, good prospect.

1. Collett’s Laavas Opportunity Network. Afghan Hound; classic feminine head, correct overall proportions, good croup, standard fitting tail, flowing light-footed gait, good example of the breed, BOB.

2. Sheppard’s Ch Conmeryl Miss Scarlet for Goldswift. Irish Wolfhound; this is a lovely 5 year old example of the breed, good overall proportions and lovely flowing gait, very well handled and presented.

1. Gant’s Galafrai Gaterie. 10 month old whippet puppy, very attractive head, not quite the shoulder to match her rear angulation but an easy light footed gait.

Junior 2(0)

1. Bird’s Blandings Eyes on the Prize. Very nice whippet, super head and expression, well balanced angulation, easy light-footed gait.

2. Pitfield’s Follyfield Fabrico. MLH Dachshund; still very much a puppy but excellent, lively parallel movement.

Post Graduate 2(1)

1. Pitfield’s Follyfield Firefly. MLH Dachshund; very nice bitch, attractive head and expression, strong top-line, good shoulder and a nice turn of stifle, absolutely sound on the move.

1. Welch’s Elbryden Maybe. Whippet; good feminine head, nice reach of neck, good top-line and correct croup and tail-set, sound and parallel on the move.

2. Wilson’s Bonavoir Senorita at Rogermardax. LH Dachshund; super head, good front and strong top-line, busy ground covering gait.

Veteran 4(2)

1. Semite, Day and Johnson’s Chibuku Divas Lyric at Sejoda ShCM. Very nice 12 year old whippet, shown in excellent condition, absolutely parallel on the move, strong top-line and balanced angulation.

2. Gant’s Galafrai Firenza. Another nice veteran whippet shown in good, hard muscle, not quite the balance of 1 but a super head and easy flowing gait.

HOUND GROUP

1. Afghan Hound. 2. Rhodesian Ridgeback; Cox’s Ch, Carlincox First Class JW ShCM. A very nice, sound bitch, feminine head, balanced angulation, positive, sound ground covering gait.

3. MLH Dachshund; Pitfield’s Follyfield Farley’s Fella. Very nice Mini Longhaired Dachshund, excellent head, easy on the move and parallel throughout. 4. Beagle.

HOUND PUPPY GROUP

1. MSH Dachshund; Pearmain and Sherwood’s Delandmar Greta Garbo; won the puppy group on her excellent movement and her balanced angulation and well held top-line. 2. Whippet; Rainsbury and Hamilton’s Shalfleet Vanity Fair; excellent example of the breed, balanced front and rear, good reach and drive, good prospect. 3. MLH Dachshund Chappell’s Gleneddee Miz Eva Diva. 4. Basset Fauve de Bretagne.
