I would like to thank the Club for inviting me to judge and give thanks to the exhibitors who entered their dogs. It was a pleasure to be able to go over some quality dogs today.

Junior Dog or Bitch

1st 1. Barker’s Valger Rapunzel At Barkersdream JW

Good overall well balanced, young 14th month solid liver Bitch. Lovely soft, kind expression. Nice dark eye, well-proportioned head with correct set ears. Good reach of neck falling into well placed shoulders. Good depth of chest and a nice spring of rib. Well placed elbows with correct front assembly. Neat, tight feet. Good rear angulation. Correct tail set and nice coat texture. Good muscle tone. Moved out and back well with a good profile view showing reach and drive.

2nd 25. Scoreby’s Earswick Dalby Runner

This delightful flashy 6mth old bitch took my eye with her ring presence and maturity for one so young. A lovely feminine expression with a nicely proportioned head. Correct ear set and length. Eye still a little light but will darken with age. Good reach of neck, good lay back of shoulder, good depth of chest, elbows well placed and lovely front construction overall. Nice short back and lovely rear construction with a good bend of stifle, everything in proportion and nothing over exaggerated. Good muscle tone for a puppy. Excellent harsh coat condition. Moved nicely out and back and lovely reach and drive in profile. This youngster did well.

1st 31. Staley’s Jomeel Midnight Rambler

This Masculine Flashy Dog was presented in a hard condition but has a lovely soft expression. Nice strong evenly proportioned head. Muscular neck with good reach falling into well-placed shoulders. Deep chest and good spring of rib. Good strong front and rear assembly. Feet neat and tight. Presented in toned condition with good muscle. Nice top line with correct tail set, which was held on the move. Coat texture harsh. Moved out well and with drive and purpose.

2nd 2. Barker’s Radstorm Legal Eagle At Bakersdream JW

Well presented bitch with a lovely feminine head of even proportion. Nice dark eye. Good forefront with good elbow placement. Good reach of neck, with a nice layback of shoulders. Good depth of chest. Harsh coat. Nice angulation front and rear. Move well out and back.

1st 32. Staley’s Jomeel Monkey Wrench

Strong mature dog of even proportion throughout. God shape dark eye, powerful jaw. Kind soft expression. Strong muscular neck with powerful front and well placed shoulders. Elbows well placed with a good depth of chest. Short back, strong hind quarters with good angulation and defined muscle tone. Correct tail set. Nice Harsh coat. This dog moves with reach and drive and with power and purpose covering plenty of ground effortlessly. Another presented in hard condition.

2nd 20. Pearson’s Ladyhawke Dissy Miss Lizzy

Lovely feminine bitch with the most appealing expression. Lovely reach of neck, good layback of shoulders with good angulation overall. Good depth of chest, nice elbows. This bitch was pleasing to the eye in a profile stack covering the ground well and evenly proportioned overall. Nice tight feet. Well muscled and presented in good condition. Move out and back well.
