Christchurch And New Forest Canine Society. 19th May 2019

I’d like to thank the society for inviting me to judge Dalmatians at their well run show, it had a lovely atmosphere and I throughly enjoyed my day. Also my stewards for keeping the ring running smoothly. 

Puppy 1. Wilkinson’s Gwynmor Lewellyn To Hunacres (IMP NLD) 8 month old Male. Dark black spots on clean white coat. Masculine head, dark eye, correct scissor bite, nicely placed and held ears. Good length of neck into laid back shoulders, well defined withers, level topline and good tailset. Straight front down to tight feet. Balanced throughout with plenty of substance. Still a raw baby but showed great potential. BP G4

2nd Cole’s Keiradal Syrena 8 month old Bitch. Black Spotted, lovely feminine head and spotted face, correct scissor bite, dark eye and nicely placed and held ears. Moderately angled front and rear, round bone, straight front and tight feet. Moved well.

Junior 1. Salkeld’s Tippledal Tarw Du 17 month old Male. Black spotted, masculine head with strong muzzle and correct scissor bite, well placed and held ears, nice dark eye. Good length of neck into well defined withers and level topline. Correct tailset. Balanced angles front and rear, stood on nice tight feet. Moved well once settled. 

2nd Wallington’s Dallyador Secret Passion For Rovinjdal 12 month old bitch. Black Spotted, pretty head and expression dark eye and well set and held ears. Correct scissor bite. Good length of neck, level topline, moderately angled front and rear. 

Post Grad 1. Howard-Riddle’s Shydally Wish Upon A Star 20 month old bitch. Black spotted, feminine head and expression with nice dark eye. Correct scissor bite. Good length of neck, level topline, good tailset and moderate angles front and rear with tight feet. Would prefer more body on her. Moved with ease. 

2nd (1st in Junior)

Open 1. Thorner’s Tolutim Evensong At Naracoopa ShCM 8 year old bitch. Dark black spots on clean white coat. Beautiful bitch 8 years old but not giving away her age at all. Elegant and fit for function, feminine head, well placed and held ears, sweet expression, dark eyes and correct bite. Good length of neck into well laid shoulders, level topline and good tailset. Balanced angles, lovely straight front and tight feet. Deep chest with plenty of heart and lung room. Well toned throughout. On the move is where this bitch excels, effortless and rhythmic, with correct tracking that would enable her to move all day. completely at one with her handler. BOB

2nd Davies’ Maddidalli Embers Glow 2 year old bitch. Black spotted, beautiful head with well placed and held ears giving her an alert expression. Dark eyes and correct bite. lovely arched neck, well defined withers and level topline. Moderately angled front and rear, good depth of chest, straight front and tight feet. Moved well. RBOB
