PASTORAL NSC – P (6,3a) 1 Morley’s Trijem Brexit Maybe Baby, baby Australian Shepherd bitch with potential, put down in lovely coat & condition, showed well despite the tannoy, feminine head & expression, good neck & shoulders, well boned legs & feet & moved well for her age, balanced bitch of quality. BP; 2 Denwood’s Sontia Apollo, nice German Shepherd male of an excellent type & size, still young & consequently still loose in front, lovely head & expression, excellent ears, neck & topline, good balance; 3 Read’s Jetaime Indiana. J (4,2) 1 Jones’ Firstprizebears Rio Grande met Clanwillow, what a super young Bearded Collie bitch from the top drawer, has so much going for her, loved her head & expression, she balanced & a lovely type, in good coat & condition, moved well with the correct head & tail carriage, keeping her topline in profile; 2 Hurrell’s Nikara I Have a Dream, nice Samoyed dog, such a shame that the tannoy upset him for it made him throw away his chances, once he got used to the noise he settled & showed better, masculine head & expression, put down in excellent coat & condition, hopefully he will enjoy the showring more outside in the spring. PG (7,3) 1 Benton’s Oakestelle Artemis, excellent tri Smooth Collie with an excellent outline, feminine head & expression with excellent earset & carriage, good neck & shoulders, she is quality & is balanced with good hindquarters which were used to advantage on the move, lovely showgirl. BOB; 2 Short’s Kintaro Seville von Yehanoha, pretty German Shepherd bitch who moved & showed well, good bone & feet, feminine head & expression with well set mobile ears, good neck, shoulders, topline & tailset; 3 Benton’s Oakestelle Asteria. O (7,4) 1 Ermyn Time to Dream for Solaw, Pembroke Corgi male of a good type, in full coat & condition, lovely head & expression with good earset & carriage, good bone & feet, correct hindquarters, moved well holding his topline on the move. RBOB; 3 Morrison’s Highglade Wispa Of Wings at Sulynbourne. AV PASTORAL – P (4,2) 1 Shahmatova’s Nashdom Three Times A Lady, cracking Border Collie bitch who was put down in lovely coat & condition, she is balanced & so very feminine, nice head & expression, good neck & shoulders with a good forechest, well boned legs & feet, good topline & tailset, moved so true for one so young. BP & PG1; 2 Adams & Carlyon’s Dycoshem Emily Morgan, lovely Rough Collie who was overawed by the hall & floor & didn’t give of her best, once she gets used to the showring, she should be fine, in lovely coat & condition, she has a good head with a lovely expression & well carried ears, of a good size & shape, could have moved better but wasn’t happy on the move. J (5,3) 1 Rutterford’s Kelgrove Midsummer Blue at Stormhead, b/m Shetland Sheepdog of a lovely type & balanced, a good size & in full coat which was put down in excellent condition, masculine head & expression with good ear carriage, moved so well on good legs & feet, nice topline & tailset. RBOB; 2 Adams & Carlyon’s Dycoshem High Chaparrall, litter brother to the puppy & I apologise that he wasn’t called back in to challenge, this 7 months old Rough Collie with a masculine head & expression, ears OK, in nice coat & condition, again hesitant on the move as this was only his second show & needs to learn to settle & enjoy his outings. PG (9,4) 1 Benton & Bemelmans’ Oakestelle Asteria, this Smooth Collie bitch was litter sister to the earlier one in NSC & the same comments apply, she is balanced & so very feminine, lovely head & eye with again good ear carriage, well boned legs & feet, moved & showed well in harmony with her handler, won a good class for she is quality & of a good type; 2 Kennedy’s Oakcroft Aurora Dream at Donbeley, another well presented Shetland Sheepdog bitch who showed well, in full coat which was well presented & she is balanced, she has a feminine head & expression, well set & carried ears, moved with purpose with correct head carriage & a well set tail; 3 Philpin’s Tudorlyn A Kind Of Magic. O (9,2) 1 Beaumont’s Kanamaren Trick Of The Tail at Borderbeau, pleased to have had a chance to now judge this boy who I have admired from afar, I was a fun of his sire & he has some of the good qualities that James has, this handsome Border Collie was in full coat & is now mature, balanced & quality, he has a masculine head & expression, good neck & shoulders with a good forechest, moved so well with the correct head & tail carriage in profile. BOB; 2 Szyczewski’s Tyngeli Heaven Sent by Weetoneon, mature Hungarian Puli who was put down in excellent coat & condition with lovely cords, masculine head & expression, excellent neck & shoulders, good body proportions with correct tailset, when he moved, this quality dog really moved out & covered the ground with ease; 3 Tansley’s Bilyara Ice Maiden. V (13,6) 1 Cook’s Weetoneon Airs And Grace, classic Hungarian Puli who is such a mover belying her age & carrying her 12 years lightly, in lovely cords this balanced bitch showed & moved so well, feminine in outlook with a lovely head & expression, correct neck & shoulders; 2 Rutterford’s Ch Kelgrove Just Blue at Stormhead, Shetland Sheepdog male from the top drawer, masculine head & expression with beautiful ears which were well set, correct neck & shoulders, good coat put down in excellent condition, he is a lovely type & size with good bone & feet, moved so well; 3 Tansley’s Bilyara River Ranch. IMPORTED REGISTER PASTORAL (2,1) 1 Milham’s About A Girl The Winter Souls to Shadowshack, this White Swiss Shepherd Dog is a very feminine bitch who is still a junior, but she moved so well on well boned legs & feet, pretty head & expression, good topline & tailset, good hindquarters & nice forechest, good depth of chest. BOB. WORKING NSC – P (2,1) Smith’s Gemson Alfamar of Oldeely, this Portuguese Water Dog boy was alone but could win anywhere, he is just 11 months & needs to finish but has a good coat which was well presented, he is balanced & a nice type, masculine head & expression, moved well covering the ground with purpose & ease. BP; J (1,1) PG (4,1) 1 Garrood’s Ukusa Dobrynya, Russian Black Terrier dog who is substantial & is large enough but is very impressive & has good proportions, in good coat & condition, good neck & shoulders, strong topline with good well set tail & good bone; 1 Clarke & Sutton’s Chepam Xantor, a Bouvier boy whose movement was not his fortune particularly going away, he needs to strengthen up, good outline & dept of chest, masculine head & expression well set tail & correct topline, in good coat of the correct texture; 3 Todd & Smith’s Islekeepers Octipussy with Delarhia. O (5,1) 1 Brown’s Chepam Xiomara, balanced Bouvier, who was the litter sister to Xantor, very feminine in outlook she is quality & is not overdone in any department, lovely type who was in good coat & condition, feminine head & expression, excellent neck & shoulders, moved so well particularly in profile, well handled to get the best of her. BOB; 2 Slade’s Vint Lord Nelson of Potterspride, Russian Black Terrier dog who was well coat & put down in excellent condition, moved well & a lovely type, he is a good size & balanced with a good outline, showed well by own but the moving handler did a good job. RBOB; 3 Dickenson’s Kalaslane Demyan. AV WORKING – P (6,3) 1 Hawkins & Weller’s Geenawell Ka Ching at Mellhawk, excellent head & expression on this young Boxer bitch, she has such potential, I was really taken with her, she is balance & just right for age, enough hindquarters, good crested neck & excellent forequarters, good depth of chest & strong topline which was held on the move on well boned legs & feet. BP & RBOB; 2 Wheaton’s Ausries The Real Thing for Acinonyx, this young Rottweiler male is a lovely type with a masculine head which just needs to finish, looked good in profile set up & moving but today just moving wide behind up & back, he just needs maturity & I can see a good future for him for he is very masculine in outlook with lovely hindquarters & a good topline; 3 Smith’s Arcticskies Firestorm. J (5,4) 1 Harvey’s Harvlin Kicking Up A Storm, well grown Boxer dog who at present is loose in eye which should improve with age but he has a balanced head which still needs to finish to complete the picture, well bodied for age & needs time for he moved OK & although alone when he grows up, has potential for he has a good neck & shoulders & is well muscled. Pg (3) 1 Riley & Codling’s Dexter’s Adventure Eskimoski Domek, odd eyes Siberian Husky dog who was the best mover in the class, in excellent coat, he is very masculine in outlook, good neck & shoulders, plenty of bone & good feet, correct depth of chest & nice topline & tailset, heavier type than 2, moved well, this mature dog showed with style; 2 Smith’s Snoqualmie Captain Morgan at Arcticswirl, loved this Siberian Husky dog’s profile movement, but set up he wasn’t so happy & spoilt his chances by roaching his topline, masculine head & expression, only just a year old & needs maturity but he has a good coat & good balance when he settled; 3 Snelson’s Salazka’s Mr Abernathy at Ashtrax. O (4,3) 1 Smith’s Snoqualmie Taliska Skye at Arcticswirl, litter sister to Captain Morgan, this Siberian bitch is so very feminine & very much to my taste, such a feminine head & expression, enough bone & good feet, smooth mover using her excellent neck & shoulders, enough coat but of the correct texture, good hindquarters, she is balanced & has potential. BOB, alone but I am sure can win I company; V (3,1) 1 Eagles’ Pelenrise Brite Encounters, this 7 year old Siberian Husky dog is quality, he is well put together with a masculine head & expression, enough coat which was well presented, moved soundly on well boned legs & feet, good neck & shoulders, strong topline & well set tail, lovely profile movement; 2 Clarke & Sutton’s Chepam Thunderbolt, 8 year old Bouvier dog who was well coated of a good size & type, moved OK, well boned legs & feet, should well with an excellent head & expression, good neck & shoulders, looks good for age.
