Thank you to all the exhibitors for your entries. I was disappointed by the lack of sportsmanship today and to tell me I need to read the breed standard because I did not give awards as you would have.  I am delighted that my Best of Breed Pap took Toy Group 1. All dogs were clean albeit a couple were stained. All were in good condition and only 1 had incorrect dentition.

1 – Headley’s Yeldaeh Simply Red, Sable and White Dog. When this Beautiful Dog can into the ring I was drawn to him like a moth to flame. Oozes quality. He has the perfect outline which starts with the loveliest of muzzles that fine and narrower than the skull with a defined stop. His dentition is spot on as it should be. Slightly rounded skull between ears that are large and far enough back that with profuse fringing frame is lovely face. He has a wonderful length of neck and good lay of shoulder which allow for free movement and covered the ring well. He has a strong level topline with tail set high and carried over his back (on the stand started to get a little bored but when moved again tail was firmly over). His coat was gleaming and although not in full profuse coat today this I feel is attributed to his age and with maturity will certainly have it all. BOB & Toy Group 1 

2 – Headley’s Yeldaeh Lady in Red Red and white bitch. Sister to 1st and it is clear to see. She is beautiful and also has it all in the right place. I was close between them and only preferred the overall outline of 1st. Will watch them closely  

Open Dog (2 entries, 1 abs) 

1 – Wiggin’s (handled by Maskell) Rozamie Monsieur Arthur For Scapafield JW  Red Sable Dog. This boy has a profuse coat with a wonderfully luscious plumed tail which he never lets soften. He has a broader muzzle his ears are set well allowing his ear fringing to frame his face well. He has a defined stop. He has good neck and level topline and high set tail. He moves freely and with confidence. RBOB
