Windsor Gundog Society

Puppy (1)
1st Hill’s Bramstorm Swallowtail 11mth old bitch with a pretty head and bright expression. She has enough depth for her age and has good angulation front and rear. Her bone is round and of quality, but I would prefer tighter feet. Her topline is good leading to correct tailset. She moved well, her handler just needs a little more confidence, which will come with experience. BP

Junior (2)
1st Bryant, Bryant & Hollis’ Silvamoon Storm Trooper For Phenset JW This tri dog shows maturity through the body and has plenty of substance. I would prefer a little more elegance to his head but he is not course and he is free of throatiness. His clean neck leads to well laid shoulders and his chest is deep, sitting on good elbows. He presents a good outline standing and on the move, being just a little bit proud of his tail.
2nd Hill’s Bramstorm Swallowtail

Post Graduate (3,1abs)
1st Beasley’s Wansleydale Amaretto Very feminine tri bitch with a pleasing head and eye. She is balanced through her body with good upper arm and well bent stifles. She will create a nice picture once her coat comes in. On the move she was more accurate and flowing than 2.
2nd Harris, Bridgewater & Hoeksema’s Bridgella’s First Edition With Konakakela JW A stronger orange dog, with a stronger head and more substance all through. He is deep in the rib, with well turned rear and good tailset. Moved ok.

Open (3,1abs)
1st Poynter, Poynter & Lewis’ Quensha Cowboys And Angels This young orange dog presents a pleasing outline standing and is very well balanced. He has a masculine head, without being overdone with good eye shape and colour. He is clean over the shoulder and has a correct topline. His rib is deep with good elbows. His rear is well turned and his tail is correctly set. He has quality done and tight feet. His coat is immaculate, and he is in hard condition. On the move he covers plenty of ground in profile, though he was a little wide going away on the day. BOB
2nd Bryant, Bryant & Hollis’ Phenset Firefly I found this orange bitch to be just a sweetie with the prettiest of heads. I liked her overall shape and it was very close between her and 1. She is mature through her body, with lovely front angulation. She has good length to her rib and is correct in loin. Her tail is well set and carried on the move, which she did with ease. RBOB
