Utility Breeds and Groups. 

With thanks to the wonderful Committee for a lovely day and for all the exhibitors that came out to support. I had 54 new dogs and I was really pleased so see such sportsmanship from all but one exhibitor.  Remember that opinion and perspective are personal but the judges decision is final. There were a few dogs not groomed out completely and some not bathed. Some dirty teeth and long toe nails. Basic grooming that should be completed regardless.

1. Simpson Casakura Joseph Parker With Romanjay.  Handsome Male of good size. Lovely shape, in good coat with good coarse texture.  Good size. Made with good bones and pleasing angles. Full of power.  Pleasing head and eye. Sound on the move, would be better in a bigger ring. BOB 

2. Bulmer Guns N Roses Centurion Gladiator. A gladiator she will sure grow to be, pretty bitch also made from good bone and angles. In excellent coat. Still raw but shows so much potential, should grow on well BP

1. Hunton & Ferguson Dempsey Platinum. 6 months old bitch. For her size and shape she is correct in proportions. Not yet the bone and width as she is still very raw. Enthusiastic on the move, handler and puppy still learning and should Persevere. BP

1. Livingstone Ruakuri On The Road Again At Jacoella. Good proportions. Of good bone and width, short back and nicely muscled. Head piece is not exaggerated but oozes breed type. I liked his topline and on the move he was sound and steady, moving freely. BOB  

2. Powell & Smith Another really good male. With good width and shape from the front and rear. Another unexaggerated but correct head. Muscled through without being too much. Moved soundly, but not as freely or as much enthusiasm as 1 today.

1. Hunt & Oliver Mosspark Blue Spangle Nice sized Blue Bitch.  Good shape and nicely Muscular body and good feet and tail. Pleasing in head and eye, good mouth. In good coat. Would like her move settled on the move. BOB.

1. Dodds & Pearson Kelevra Mind Your Nebula. What a promising young bitch, only 7 months but presents as a bitch already on her game. A lovely shape in profile and topline on the move. She is well made and muscled suitably for her age. Good shoulders and straight front on good bone. An alert and gentle expression.  Already collected. Gaits with maturity and so sound and effortless in good strides. Shows huge promise BOB & BP  

2. Noble Ruebedy Sheik Yerbouti   Another nice bitch in profile good spotting all over, strong and muscular with a pleasing head. Gaits with purpose and a good stride.

1. Barrett Dalamanti Ice Ruby JW ShCM  6yr old bitch presents with a lovely shape, elegant yet muscled on good bone. Good shoulders and rounded rear, good tail.  Holds her topline on the move and she too gaits with a purposeful stride, effortless but powerful.   

2. Noble Shulune Celtic Snapdragon Of Reubedy Liver & White bitch, larger frame than 1. Still nicely made and well boned. Sound on the move, intensely looking at her handler makes it difficult to assess her head and expression. Just preferred the size and profile of 1.

Maxwell Eastonite Tank Thomas  Good head shape with well set apart ears,  Good eye and alert expression Well arched neck set onto a strong and cobby body, rounded with good depth and size of brisket, stands on strong legs and good feet, pleasing on the move, free and purposeful, holds his topline well and presents with a nice shape. BOB 

2. Nugent Borobully Only The Brave.  Really promising brindle body. Lovely square head and strong jaw, correct mouth and ear set, uses these to his advantage. Liked his expression and eye. He is cobby and rounded on strong legs too and moves steadily and soundly, just needs to mature in muscle now and shows so much promise. BP

2. Miles Rancani Valentino Boss Nice male of solid proportions. Muscular and well rounded. Stands on good feet and moves soundly, just preferred the topline and profile of 1

1. Rogerson Nosregor Will He Doo Compact boy of good proportions, well made and stands on muscular legs, good size and in excellent coat.  No exaggeration or lack in his forechest shoulders and rear. Correct in head and eye, beautiful pigmentation. Free and sound on the move, confidence in his stride. Presents with a good topline and carriage  BOB

1. Rogerson Nosregor Unforgettable A really feminine and petite bitch, in a gentle but sturdy frame. She is so pretty in head and eye, well set erect ears. She was moderate through and matched her frame for size. She gaits with soundness and precision. Really liked her in profile. Well handled. BOB  

2. Rogerson & Mullholland Ch Fisherbloom Black Shamen With Nosregor. This dog is every inch the male as 1 is female, masculine to look at and handle and again is not exaggerated in anyway, muscled through and presents in excellent coat. Just not as steady in side profile as 1 for me today.

1. Heron Echezeaux My Guy.  Liked this boy for size and shape. Pleasing head shape and dark small eye, in good harsh coat, well made with good shoulders, muscular but not too much. Stands on good feet and gaits soundly holding his topline. Light on his feet but with purpose BOB 

2. Adey Echezeaux Lucky Charm a baby bitch Yet to finish bodying up to give her substance, but she is built well. Pretty head with dark eyes and good ears.  She moves well and just needs to mature now to complete the picture.

1. Allwright Shelderon Fun And Frolics  Compact and feminine bitch, good size, made of good bone and muscle, pretty eye and has a good ruff, on strong sturdy legs. Moves well, just needs to collect herself a little more in profile – would benefit from a good grooming.

1. Kerr Caraspitz Good Luck Charm Mature 4 year old bitch. In proportion through and is moderately muscled. In good coat. Dark Almond eyes set into that characteristic mask, feminine face on. Moves well away and back and collected herself in profile to win the class. BOB  

2. Palmer Shelderon Super Steller Another nice bitch in good coat condition, smaller than 1. Compact in body, good shoulders and front and stands on good feet, moved well just not as steady in profile as 1 in the last go around.

1. Falcus Kalizmar Karismatik Is Phareal. Bred in the purple, this boy is all boy and boombastic. Absolutely lovely to handle on the table. In good body and size Well built Masculine yet moderate in eye and eye. In excellent coat all over, good head furnishings. On good sturdy feet he moves away cleanly and back with precision, in side profile he holds himself together, but has a tendency to get away from himself and race. With maturity he will collect himself better and should be a stunning finished article. Excellent presentation . Good luck with him BP and PG3 

2. McCoy Pawwarzstarz 111  Mr Orbit  Male. Not as much of him as 1 Nicely made of good length to height for his size. Good eye and mouth. Moves with clean heels away and on a well made front coming back.

1. Chesterfield Sifrason Kona At Burnsett. Feminine bitch of 4 years. Elegant in good size. Well made   strong arched neckset onto a good rib and shoulders. Strong muscled legs, In good coat. Liked her eye and head in proportion. Well presented.  On the move she carries herself elegantly and holds her topline  BOB 

2. McCoy Yakee Burnigg To Pawwarzstarz   Pretty little bitch. Nicely made and a pleasing head and eye. In good body condtion. Would like better face furnishings. Sympathetically handled by her junior handler and obviously enjoys herself immensely !

1. Chesterfield Toynbee Gossip Girl At Burnsett   Just shy of 3 year old bitch, in excellent body condition and muscle. Feminine but sturdy, pretty eye and good head shape.  

Good depth and cast of rib and on sturdy legs, she moves away and back cleanly and carries herself in profile ot give that elegant Lhasa shape. Well presented. In the challenge She lost out to her kennel mate in that final go around on deportment.  

2. Taylor & Johnson Sifrasons Military Hero JW ShCM . All male and of good size. Hes nicely built and has a strong front assembly. Good muscled legs.  On the move he is sound afore and aft, but wasn’t holding it quite together on the side profile , not as fluid as 1 in the class. Was trying to get ahead of his owner and it spoiled his topline.

1. Greathead & Shearman Glockens Raise The Stakes.  A junior male and he is all male. I would say right on the edge before he would be too much. Strong head and jaw and good strong cheeks, good ears and eyes. Strong arched neck set on a solid body that is just longer than tall. Balanced proportions as they should be.  On side profile on the move he has a great topline. Moves with purpose.  Presented beautifully with a harsh wire coat, Good tail. BOB  & Group 2  

2. Bell Glockens Raise The Alarm Feminine version of 1 and when you see the breeding you can see why. Excellent breeding to type. She is every bit feminine as he is masculine, not as settled on the move as 1 but in excellent condition and presentation.

1. Collier Stoneyburn Banna – Lovely 3 year old Male. Liked his classic foxy expression. Expressive dark eyes, well made body and good shoulders. Loved his long tail and in good harsh coat. Moves his muscular but gentle frame on good feet with that tell tale brisk true movement . BOB

1. Longstaff Shihmail Victorious Liked this 3 year old Male. Mature through and well muscled. Loved his deep and width of bone and chest and he is of moderate size. Moving away he scores in drive from his strong rear. In profile he carries himself well but wasn’t as enthusiastic as he could have been. 

2. KENDRICK  Isishouse Miss Goodnight . Another nicely made bitch throughout. Scores in head and eye, and muscled well. Broad in chest and good length to height ratio. On the move she held her topline well but wasn’t really enthused about having too !

1. Fairley Rossvale Here Comes The Sun Over Fairmere  Arrogant as they come. Loved his expression and its set on a lovely head. Good neck and shoulders and broad chest. He is sound and steady on the move and presented well BOB 

2. Longstaff Shihmali Mum’s The Word JW  Veteran Dog in excellent coat condition. Still in fit body and you can feel this on inspection. Still has power to his bow and moves soundly with great drive . I just preferred the head of 1

1. Thomson Tibbiestars Shady Lady. Well   think my star of the day ! Absolutely loved this bitch puppy. Just 6 months old and oozes personality plus !  Looks at you with a real ‘what ?’ face. She is petit and feminine. Everything where it should be. Loved how she holds herself in outline. Feathering is still coming, but there is enough there already to show its correct. Good feet on a sturdy body. She moves in profile with such importance and she owned this ring. I wish her all the luck.BOB BP GRP 4 AND PG1 

2. Thomson Tibbiestars Moulin Rouge. Mother of 1 and they are peas in a pod. Another beautifully feminine bitch. In excellent condition and coat, a beautiful shape in profile. Well made on Sturdy legs, has a beautiful head . Again she moves soundly and freely. I just couldn’t deny her daughter today who’s personality snatched it. Thank you for bringing them all.

1. Taylor Layoli Sea Of Secrets At Billkenstar  Really smart black dog. To Size. Square shape. Well boned and all male. He carries himself on muscular legs and has a good depth of forechest and rib. In good correct black coat. Presented well. On the move he is steady and sound away and back. In profile he is smart but would do with some more oomph to show off the power in his rear drive. BOB 

2. Metcalfe Rogspa Cupcake  6 yr old bitch. Every bit feminine but not losing bone in the process, she is sturdy and well built. Not overly enthusiastic on the move, but is sound and true. Would like some more animation.

1. Benois Kumotta Elite – Japanese Spitz  8 month male.  Really liked this young male. He has a masculine but beautiful head shape, nice eye and good mouth. On a sturdy frame, his maturity is yet to come through here but all the confirmation is there. Happy and free on the move, in excellent coat and presentation. Really handled to get the best from him BP

1. Caldwell Kooikerhondje – Crunchcroft Razzle Dazzle   Nearly 2- and he most certainly does !  This dog is real quality. He has a really lovely side profile, he is just on point through out and on the move he comes alive. Holds his topline he flows with a gentle spring. Reach and drive is just effortless. Handsome in head, in correct coat. BOB & Gp 1 

2. Benoist Japanese Spitz. Kumotta Double Trouble  Another smart example of the breed. A pretty bitch in good coat and presentation. Liked her head and she is made well in excellent condition. Steady and free on the move and has a lovely shape free stood.

in profile. He is a moderate dog in body and head, would like more chiselling to his 

 foreface, but he has a clean skull in balance to his body. On the move he has reach  

and drive and is effortless. Presented in excellent coat. Credit to his owner.
