Many thanks to the officers and Committee for the opportunity to judge at their show and to my stewards for the smooth running of the classes. I must thank the exhibitors for bringing their dogs under me, all were in great condition and there was some lovely dogs present which made final line up hard to choose from.

P (2,1A) 1 – Howgate & Hull, Palmik Carousel 9month Fawn Bitch. Lovely quality puppy of correct size, feminine head with sweet expression, elegant long neck, so smooth through her shoulders, well filled front with nice depth to brisket. Ribs well sprung. Nice arch over her strong loins. Not overdone at all in rear angulation with correct bend to stifles, and nicely muscled throughout for age. Lovely easy movement in profile, holding her topline well, with plenty of drive from the rear, clean and tidy when seen up and back. I’m sure she will be one to watch as she matures. BPIB and delighted to see she went PG1.

Sp Y (3,1A) 1 – Trouton, Citycroft Grace Kelly of Runnel 16month Fawn Bitch. Lovely head with alert expression showcased by her dark pigment. Correct ear set with fine rose ears, strong but elegant neck flowing into well laid back shoulders with good return of upperarm, elbows tight with straight forelimbs and nice spring to pasterns. Good fill in front with depth to brisket. This girl has a lovely outline with a gentle arch over her loins and definite tuck up underneath. Great angulation to rear with well bent stifles and hocks well let down. Easy daisy cutting action seen in profile with plenty of drive from rear. Shown in fantastic condition. 2 – Barnes, Doddridge Secret Passion 15month Brindle Parti Male. Masculine head with a kind expression. Strong neck of moderate length. Slightly more upright through his shoulders than 1. Well sprung ribs and a strong loin showing a curved topline, which was held on the move. Good depth to brisket and showing a lovely underline. Good bend of stifle with strong well-muscled thighs. Moved out well.
