1st   Drysdale’s Kashdigra Leave Me Breathless For Jondrea (IKC). 6 1/2 mth sable and white bitch, dark almond eye with pretty expression, good bite and nicely tipped ears, correct shaped body does lack a little in bone but moved ok BP

2nd Barrowclough’s Shadowess Eternal Spirit, sable and white bitch of good shape. Lovely dark eye and well set ears level topline and moved ok

1st Redpath’s Sonymer Storm Doris Into Pathaaron JW B/tri bitch just under 2 yr old, I have admired this bitch since I first saw her as a puppy and she doesn’t disappoint, she has the loveliest of heads with dark almond eyes and small well tipped ears. Good depth of rib and beautiful outline when in profile, she moves around the ring effortlessly, BOB and Group 1 so pleased she eventually went on to win B.I.S.

2nd Parker’s Katiedale Goldencoven  4yr old sable bitch. Another girl with a nice eye and well tipped ears but she didn’t want to use them today, her huge coat hides a well boned bitch with a level topline, moved ok

1st Ritchie’s Jaelis Mystique Reflection J.W. sable and white bitch, Classic head although a little more strength in muzzle would finish her head even more. Lovely arched neck and level topline well presented and moved well

2nd Stafford’s Ch. Rannerdale Queen of the North J.W. s/w.  This bitch just lost out on winning as I preferred the eye shape of the winner. She is in fabulous condition and well constructed which showed in her movement

1st  Singleton’s Allmark Queen of The Fairies With Centhelena Black tri. Very feminine bitch with a good head , ear set slightly low but carried well , roundish eye . Good bone and lovely small feet, well muscled and moved well.

2nd Timperon’s Mistyholly Night Sky I couldn’t resist this gorgeous baby at her first show, she is so feminine and full of life, everything is in the right place for her age, good bone ,level topline and well put to together, although only 6 months her movement was very nice with a lovely stride B.P.

1st Robert’s Magical Love Elvikam J.W. (Imp POL) 21 mths r/t bitch correct wedge head with moderate stop and well set ears carried forward, lovely eye shape of correct position. She had the best upper arm of the class, good reach of neck and level topline. Moved with good rear extension and drive. BOB

2nd Robert’s Moves Like Jagger Elvikam (Imp POL) B/T Dog This dog has great bone and conformation. A balanced head, almond shaped eyes and well used ears, good reach of neck set on laid back shoulders, level topline but tends to carry his tail rather high when moving

1st Bycroft’s Niavana Odyssey 9mths red bitch that just oozes quality, she has the most beautiful head with correct parallels, dark almond eyes obliquely set. Slightly arched neck and level topline, good bone and good depth of chest for her age , she moved with typical stride covering the ground with ease BOB & BP

2nd Metcalfe & Willingham’s Fablehawk Winterheart at Belshedo a grey bitch heavier all through than class winner. Good head with correct eye shape and position, well used ears and correct bite. Lovely feet and good bon,e well constructed and again moved with ease

1ST Rowson’s Lochiel Jackie Collins, she is what I look for in a border collie, classically marked and very feminine with a gorgeous head, slightly arched neck and well sprung ribs. She has moderate bone, and moved free and smooth BOB

2nd Harkness’s Lochiel It Has To You At Brymarway Sh.Cm  Distinct stop as required, muzzle a bit on the short side

Good length of rib and well muscled, a bit naughty today which reflected in his movement

1st Smith’s Echosands Shimmer N Gold, sable bitch lacking in muscle tone all through, head eyes and ears are all ok, nice length of neck and ribcage , lacks forechest but that will come as she matures. Movement was hard to assess BP

Post Grad 3 (1abs)

1st Parker’s Sheenpark Cracklin Rose Strong head with good bite and dark eye. Good length of neck and slightly sloping topline, body longer in length than height but of good size, moved the best in this class.

2nd Power’s Echosands Valentines Wish Head better in proportion than winner, good length of neck and close fitting shoulders, too long in the feet and very splayed.

Open 2 (1abs) Gibson’s Echosands Kiss and Tell SH.Cm. Feminine head, with dark eye and well positioned ears, nice deep forechest and strong in upper arm, ample bone, nice side gait BOB

1st Sneddon’s Mor Dearg By Nesden sturdy and well built s/w  bitch, straight short legs , good length of body, good fore chest and well angulated stifle moved well BOB

2nd Sneddon’s Tyci Brython Brenhinaedd, longer in neck than winner, medium sized eye and rounded ears, good length of body and brush set in line with body, pronounced breast bone slightly turned out front feet, moved well

1st Sneddon’s Twinan The Tempest With Nesdon Dark brindle bitch with a nice foxy head, medium sized eyes widely set, and erect long ears. Slightly  bowed front legs and good height to length proportions BOB

2nd Sneddon’s Tyci Brython Brenhinaedd At Arangath blue merle veteran dog, correct front with good bone and length of back, although his handler tried hard he lacked animation which lost him the class

1st Boyle’s Barrenclough Golden Linnet pretty sable bitch on the small size. Lovely dark almond shaped eye giving a sweet expression, head in proportion to her size, arched neck and tight oval feet, moved ok

Fox’s Alanita Winter Jazzmine Lovely gentle expression from a dark almond shaped eye, well positioned tipped ears and good length of neck which is well set on. Slight rise over loins, well sprung ribs moved well BOB

2nd Boyle’s Barrenclough Heart Of Gold J.W. Would prefer a longer length of back, small dark eye, good coat and bone, slight rise over loin moved close behind

Briard

These were the hardest breed to judge, all of them could swap places and probably will

Junior 1

Cox’s Beaugency Boba Fett lovely youngster with correct head, good depth of muzzle and large forward facing eyes with dark rims. Good length of neck, firm in body and broad chest, moved with drive BP

Post Grad 3

1st Fostebrie Exotique Noir Of Kellbry J.W. Sh.Cm. Gorgeous bitch with very nice head, good bite and lovely reach of neck set onto good shoulders with level topline. Correct ratio of length to height , moved with plenty of drive.

2nd Steele’s Fostebrie Schmitten Noir Another very nice exhibit but I just preferred the neck on 1st place, good head with large dark eye, good spring of rib and well muscled and another good mover.

1st Murray-Walker’s Lascaux Neola Of Walkerbrae Sh.Cm. 8 yr old bitch that is full of substance from the tip of her black nose to the slight hook of her tail. Ears blend into her head and has a good reach of neck, well laid back shoulders, good muscle tone and covered the ground smoothly with plenty of drive BOB, BV & RBVIS

2nd Little’s Frosterbrie Melo Noir At Dalquhairn. No mistaking this boy is male, dark round eye and good pigment, slightly arched neck and has correct slight raise over croup, good feet and moved well

3rd Steel’s Fosterbrie Prosper

Holme’s Lisjovia Ottavanni  Gorgeous dark almond shaped eye with intelligent expression. Powerful shoulders and rounded ribcage. Prominent double rear dew claws and muscled thighs, moved freely

2nd Goodwin’s Lisjovia Adagio Litter sister to winner and same comments apply although she is longer in body to winner and moved a bit close behind

3rd Bowker & Gibson’s Febus Monreco AI

1st Holmes’ Ch. Lisjovia Estevez J.W. Sh.Cm. I have judged this boy before and he still fills my eye as to what a pyrenean should look like, masculine but not overdone, dark eye and tight rims, good depth of rib which are rounded .Strong muscular loins and prominent double dew claws, he is so light on his feet and moves effortlessly around the ring BOB

1st Ayrton’s Aoibh Fiery Flamenco Bearded Collie so well constructed and full of bounce, gorgeous dark eye, good length of neck, good bone and rounded feet, well laid back shoulders and moved well BNSCP

2nd Williams and Hamilton’s Bladmmor Poco Loco Smooth Collie s/w lovely length of skull to muzzle, ok for bone lovely reach of neck and well used ears. Well muscled for one so young and moved well
