Open Show
June 1st, 2019
I would like to express my thanks to all exhibitors for their entries at this show and for the way they received my decisions. The overall quality in the breeds was strong with some placings easily interchangeable on another day.
I placed considerable emphasis on movement. Being able to move well and with purpose to work is a key characteristic of this group and the energy and drive of movement is crucial. This was a particular feature of my principal winners in almost every class.
My thanks, too, to the officers and the committee for their efficient organisation and management of the show. It was a pleasure to be there.
