Royal Cheshire County Show – 19 June 2019

Bichon Frise P – 1 Walklate’s Ashoka Shine a Light. Attractive puppy with good pigment, dark sparkling eyes and correct head proportions. Well sprung ribs, tail correctly set on level and carried over back. Moved effortlessly.

J – 1 Walklate’s Ashoka Our Girl Georgie. Balanced and correct for size. Correctly proportioned head with slightly rounded skull. Well sprung ribs and strong loin. Tail continuing from topline and carried correctly. Moved with elegance and drive.

PG 1 Robinson’s Louisianna Storming Norman. A little larger than I would like, but sound and balanced overall. Soft coat in good condition. Tail set and carried correctly. Black pigment on eyes, pads and nose.

O 1 Walklate’s Ashoka Tailor Made. Balanced, correct for size and overall shape. Coat clear white and in good condition, black pigment on eyes nose and pads. Moved with elegance and drive. Nicely arched neck, strong body with well spring rib and broad loin, tail carried well over back. BOB.

Maltese Thank you for a good quality entry. J 1 Welbourn’s Sunn De Lion Kaifing at Zumarnik. Lovely puppy. Sound, balanced and well proportioned. Well proportioned head with slightly rounded skull, dark eye and dark pigment. Moved with free flowing action maintaining level topline. Coat in excellent condition, straight and silky. 2 Welbourn’s Zumarnik Over the Rainbow. Playing up a little today. Sound overall and balanced. Good pigment.

O 1 Welbourn’s Zumarnik Miss America. Ideal for size and shape, well balanced and sound. Well proportioned head with slightly rounded skull and dark oval eyes. Coat in excellent condition, straight and silky and pure white. Correct pigment throughout. Moved with effortless free-flowing action, maintaining a level topline and carrying her tail correctly over her back. 2 Green’s Vouzime Queen Elsa Over Samorrey. Sound and well constructed. I preferred the coat of the winne. Moved well, maintaining the level topline. 3 Welbourn’s Zumarnik Over the Rainbow.

Yorkshire Terrier P 1 Stading’s Stadmeyer Rolybeth Talizea. Sweet puppy, sound and balanced overall. Good coat w with fine, silky texture. Level topline, well angulated and moved well. BOB. 2 Haynes’ Eburacum Rosalind. Was not goint to play ball today, so it was not possible to judge her on the move. Correct for size, with rather small head and flat skull. Carried her ears erect.

PG 1 Haynes Eburacum Prince Alfred. Another difficult to assess on the move, the rather damp ground upset him I think. Good coat, straight and glossy, level topline and well angulated hindquarters.
