Judge: Mr Colin Goodswen (Alphadal)

6 - 11 years (2 entries 0 absent)

1st Theo Taylor aged 11 years male. This very smart young man was attentive and caring of his dog. He was polite and followed instructions perfectly. Theo was, only once, stood between his dog and myself. He showed his dogs bite with confidence.

2nd Daisy O'Neill aged 10 years female. Smartly dressed young lady, lots of promise, she was polite and mindful of my instructions. She showed her dogs bite well. Daisy passed between her dog and myself a few times but these skills will improve with time.

12 - 16 years (4 entries 1 absent)

1st Jack L Martin aged 12 years male. Both meticulously dressed and skilled, Jack didn't put a foot wrong. He was polite and very well mannered. Jack was perfect with his handling today, he didn't block my view of his dog at all and he displayed his skills whether his dog was on the table or moving around the ring. Jack showed me his dogs full dentition with ease and was very gentle whilst lifting his dog to and from the table. I could not fault Jack's handling today and I was happy to award him Best Junior Handler.

2nd Izzy Perry aged 14 years. Very smartly dressed female. So difficult to separate Izzy from 1st place. Her handling skills were challenged today by her Lovely dog that wanted to be a bit naughty, but she handled it perfectly with a cool head. Izzy was very polite and gracious when congratulating 1st place. Again her skills were amazing today, she was knowledgeable and attentive towards her dog. She didn't break my view of her dog once and moved perfectly. On any other given day Izzy could easily have changed positions with 1st.

3rd Phoebe Toublic aged 13 years.

Adult Handling

35 years + (4 entries 1 absent)

1st Vikki Marshall Smartly and fashionably dressed lady. Vikki was also very highly skilled when handling today. She was polite and followed my instructions perfectly. I tried to throw Vikki a curve ball today, when I didn't go over her dog at the normal time, but, waited until she was back in the lineup.. but even this didn't put Vikki off her stride. She was perfect today, delighted to award Vikki Best Adult Handler.

2nd Shelagh Crowther. Smartly and elegantly presented lady, Shelagh also showed a high level of Skill today. She passed between her dog and myself only once, but other than this I couldn't fault her handling. Shelagh was polite and gracious in defeat and followed all instructions to the letter.

3rd Mrs A Le Page.
