1. Atkins’ Qimugta Harpist. Promising puppy of 6 months, balanced and correct in proportion, lovely expression and dark eye, good neck and front. When settled into her movement, she showed extension and drive, coat in excellent condition, RBOB, BP

1. Atkins’ Akna Peechee. Sound CED of 4 years, balanced head with lovely expression, good top-line and tail carriage, nicely angulated, moved steadily showing good extension and drive, presented in excellent toned condition, BOB.

1. Powley’s Garsak Wild at Heart at Danehaven. Quality fawn bitch of nearly 4 years, good front, feminine and appealing head with balanced skull, eye and ear-set. Lovely disposition and temperament. Moved correctly and covered ground with an easy gait, turned out in immaculate well muscled condition, BOB.

A trio of quality puppies.

1. Coldwell’s Zentaur This is Jam Hot (AI). Loved this young brown girl for her free, ground covering movement. Feminine and appealing head with good eye and gorgeous expression. Straight front and correct body proportions, nicely angulated and well muscled, presentation excellent, pleased to hear she was awarded RBPIS at the end of a very hot, long day, BOB, BPIB, G3, PG1 and RBPIS.

2. Arkell’s Camnoire Ghost Kato. Another beautifully made bitch of 11 months full of promise, kind and feminine head with good eye, excellent angulation in front and rear with correct body proportions, another who moved with free, ground covering gait and presented in immaculate order, RBOB.

3. Mills’ and Chatburn Zentaur Drop it Like it’s Hot for Oialt (AI).

1. Arkell’s Camnoire Ghost Kato.

2. Archer’s Thickish Newfoundland Mint Tea with Tallisbay. Black bitch of 22 months, a little overdone for me, adequate angulation in front and rear, fairly balanced when moving but very disillusioned. Presented in lovely clean condition with good muscle tone.

1. Giambona’s Thickish Newfoundland Magic of Oz for Trinashores. Black male of 22 months, nicely angulated front and rear and when settled, moved with purpose. Presented in lovely condition with excellent muscle tone.

WORKING GROUP

1. Caffel and Kavanagh’s Doberway Repeat After Me. Outstanding Dobermann of 18 months, very balanced on the move, she commanded attention with her free, ground-covering gait, lovely feminine head and expression, good front and rear angulation with sound body proportions.

2. Blackburn’s DE VDH/NL/Int Ch. Cristakell April Shadows JW ShCM BWBE 18. Eye-catching Alaskan Malamute of good quality, lovely head and expression, good proportions with sound top-line, turned out in excellent order.

3. Newfoundland.

WORKING PUPPY GROUP

1. Newfoundland.

2. Forsey’s Muzoku Maleficent Me. 6 month old Alaskan Malamute where I believe this was her first show. Very promising, she moved well with good reach and drive. Nicely angulated, sound top-line good body proportions, lovely feminine head and expression.

3. Longley’s Attomic Mirror Man (AI). Just out of puppy, a promising young boxer, masculine head and kind expression, sound all through with good top-line, moved with purpose, presented well.

1. Walden’s Fielgar Majestic Legend ShCM. Beautifully presented American Cocker of 11 years who certainly belied his veteran years. Kind head and lovely expression, good angulation in front and rear, sound all through. Moved well in all directions.

2. Whittock’s Merrywater Minstrel at Kingsheath ShCM. 8½ years ESS who moved well and was presented in lovely condition. Masculine head with endearing expression, sound all through with good angulation, well muscled and in super condition.

3. Manners’ Komargo’s Crazy Diamond at Roopec.

A class of beautiful bitches where I could easily have awarded 3 red cards.

1. Rankine’s Tenshilling Rags to Riches at Fyldefair JW ShCM. Loved this beautiful Pointer of 8½ years. Gorgeous feminine head and expression, lovely angulation and body proportions, she covered the ground effortlessly and was presented in well muscled and fit condition, lovely to learn later I had given this bitch a Best in Show a few years ago so certainly hadn’t lost her appeal, Best Overall Veteran in Don Boxhall Memorial Stakes.

2. Sh Ch. Mossburn Eva Mindfool JW ShCM. Another beautiful example of her breed, very honest and in fit, hard condition. Gorgeous feminine head and expression, well angulated throughout with good sound top-line, a credit to her breeding. Presented in excellent condition.

3. Willenczyc’s Ch Kashiba Oh No Not My Baby ShCM.
