EAST KENT CS -  3 Nov 2019

A small but good quality entry. Coats were generally not good.

PUPPY (2)

1 King’s  LINTHWAITE SAFFRON – 11 months yellow  b with very good type and balance. Sweet head and expression. Good angulation at both ends. Deep body with good forechest, short strong loin. Correct bone and straight front. Strode out well with particularly good front movement.  BP

2 Smith’s HOLLYMANOR  DUDDLESWELL SKY – 10 months black b who gave her handler a hard time today.  Very neat and compact with a pretty head. Straight front, nicely constructed overall. Excitable on the move and a little proud of her tail.

JUNIOR (1:)

1 Climpson’s OTHAMCOURT HEATHCLIFF-  17 months black dog whom I liked very much. Mature for age and very balanced. Good type and with plenty of substance but not overweight. Masculine head to match his build, good bone, front and feet. Correct angulation front and rear with good forechest.  Firm topline. Moved with style and drive. BOB

POSTGRADUATE  (3:1 abs)

1 Rees’ EREMOS MOMENT IN THYME JW -  yellow b, extremely feminine. Good neck and shoulders, straight front, good bone and feet. Firm topline, short loin, strong hindquarters. Strode out well and showed alertly.

2 Godden’s WOODMIST COLDPLAY -  yellow d with super masculine head and kind expression. Correct bone, front and feet. Deep body, a little longer cast than 1 and preferred her tail carriage. Strong topline and well muscled hindquarters.  Moved and showed well.

OPEN (4:)

1 Rees’ EREMOS PERFECT PASCALI – yellow b with lovely outline. Super feminine head.  Correct front and rear angulation, good forechest and deep brisket to well-fitting elbows. Mature, deep body, moved stylishly and with drive. RBOB

2 King’s LINTHWAITE EXCALIBUR JW – another with a super head, and same remarks apply re. angulation and forechest.  Lovely topline and tailset, strong hindquarters. Still has a little maturing to do. Moved and showed well
