1st BOB & BP Sneddens Newlin Quick step at Hardexspen

Attractive head on good neck. Well balanced throughout. Excellent front. Moved with easy free stride. I preferred his more compact body over 2.

2nd Rolphs Dentonside Juniper

This pretty girl was longer cast than the winner and needs to settle on the move. Well sprung rib. Moved with good extension in front.

1st Sneddens Newlin Quick step at Hardexspen. As before

1st Sneddens Fallowfield Evolution at Hardespen. Good head and eye. Arched neck let into well laid shoulders. Straight front. Good bone. Good tail set.

1st Jardines Tadrose North Star.

Very feminine with a pretty head and expression. Not quite as compact as I would have liked but a sound mover.

2nd Gaskells Memetuka Nice az Spice

Pretty head with good ears and wrinkle. Fine bone. Good neck and head carriage. Good tail set.

1st BOB & BP Gaskells Memetuka Secret Smile

Lovely quality girl. Petite, feminine with a lovely head and eye. Well balanced, With excellent topline. Good feet and pasterns. Moved well. No hesitation in awarding her BOB She was later 4th in the adult hound group and won the puppy group with ease. One to watch. Well done!

1st Jardines Woodella Hot Rod

Strong male who was very masculine. Moved very sound both front and rear with excellent topline.

2nd Gaskells Memetuka Mad About The Boy

Finer male than the winner who perhaps, didn’t like the surface in the ring and this affected his movement. Excellent topline and correct set and curl to tail.

Mini Smooth Dachs Open (2)

1st & BOB Fiekes Lustrum Cushendall

Handsome male. Correct length to height ratio with good topline. Good head and ear set. Excellent topline. Good bone and feet. Good front extension on the move.

2nd Fiekes Lustrum Daydream Believer

Correct angulation front and rear. Well ribbed back. Correct tail set. Moved well in profile.

Well balanced, Shaded cream girl. Very feminine with attractive head and eye shape. Good length through ribbing and correct loin. Nice coat. Moved well coming and going and in profile. Well deserved her Hound Group 3

1st Turners Hydebeck Dream Knight (Ir Wolfhound)

I really liked this young male. Very mature for his age. He was well balanced throughout, with a super head. Long, strong neck let into well laid shoulders, Good topline, excellent ribbing and loin. Not cooperating as well as he might with his handler, but there was still opportunity to see strong reachy movement.

1st Clarkes Magida Sabiih Al Sahra at Thiefside (Imp) (Sloughi)

This lovely elegant girl really filled my eye. Well balanced through her head, with dark eyes. Good length of neck set into well laid shoulders. Well ribbed back. Short loin, Straight front with balanced rear angulation. She had an easy effortless stride and was sound coming and going. No hesitation in giving her the Hound Group 1. One I will be watching out for.

2nd Hydes Affyneeta Swanky Franky (Afghan)

Black and cream Afghan hound. Typical head and eye shape. Good neck set into well laid shoulders. Good spring of rib and short loin. Lengthy rear quarters. Correct ring in his tail. Was carrying a little too much weight and had one of those ‘Can’t Be Bothered’ days today!

Hound Group 2 Services Whippet Crosscop I Love My Life

This quality girl came through from the whippet entry. Well balanced throughout. Lovely lines and a sound mover. She was getting a little tired and carrying a shade too much weight which made her a little sluggish. However, her type and soundness helped her to Hound Group 2. Sure she will have her day.

1st Services Whippet Windwalker Wildflower 10 years old fawn girl. Well made throughout has some nice angulation front and rear and moved soundly – when she was more steadied coming and going.

2nd Stewards Whippet Crosscop Summertime at Wakebarrow 8 year old brindle girl. Very pretty head. Well balanced with good depth of chest and spring of rib. I don’t think she particularly liked the surface and it affected her movement. In lovely condition.
