Puppy (1, 0 Absent)

1. Trotter’s Lussac Winter Wizard. At just 7 months old this very promising and workmanlike puppy dog was well presented in excellent coat and condition for his age. True to breed type, of moderate size. He has a masculine, moulded head, good run of neck set into well placed shoulders and a level topline. Chest of good depth with adequate width for his age, short coupled with tail set well. Moved well both coming and going and in profile. Best Puppy.

Special Yearling (4, 1 Absent)

1. Romeo-Dieste’s Hopevalley Morning Rainbow JW. A workmanlike, feminine bitch of moderate size. Lovely moulded head with a dark and almond-shaped eye and kindly expression. Correct angulation throughout, hocks well let down and topline held level with free, clean movement. Reserve Best of Breed.

2. Walker’s Lizzlog Shotgun Harry. Another well presented dog of moderate size with good depth and breadth of chest, good spring of rib and short-coupled with a level topline and good tail set. His head is masculine and moulded with a pleasing expression. Moved well in profile.

Post Graduate (3, 1 Absent)

1. Goodman’s Blacklake Isabella. In good coat and condition, this bitch is up to size but still feminine in appearance. She has a dark, almond-shaped eye with neat ears set well and a pleasing expression. Head well set on with good length of neck running into a level topline, movement free and clean both in profile and coming and going with correct tail set and tail carried well both in standing and on the move. Best of Breed.

2. Gardiner’s Kulawand Kookaburra For Svenjack. Also up to size, this 3 year-old dog demonstrated typical Flatcoat enthusiasm in the ring. Head of good length with strong jaw, correct bite and intelligent expression. Forequarters well constructed with deep chest and plenty of forechest. Topline held level both in standing and on the move, well angled throughout.

Open (1, 0 Absent)

1. Goodman’s Blacklake Cordelia. At 6 years old this mature bitch has a pleasing head and expression. Angulation better in front than in rear, she has a well defined brisket and good width and depth of chest. Her topline is level with short couplings and correct tailset. Moved well coming and going.
