This lovely puppy provided a smashing good start to the day. Beautifully balanced and so typey with good ears which break above the skull, lovely eyes and a keen, sharp expression. Nicely arched neck with good shoulders. Excellent feet. Good depth of brisket for age. Dense glossy coat with good thumbprints and pencilling. Most impressive on the move both up and down and in profile. A good prospect. Beaten for the CC by his older brother! Best Puppy & Reserve CC. Limit - Dog Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 1st EAGLESPUR CLASSIC CHARMER (MR L ALMOND). Good length of head, clean with good eyes and decent ears. Shapely with good depth of brisket and adequate cut-up. Good tan with evidence of thumbprints and pencilling. Small neat feet. Moved out well with some drive from the rear. 2nd BROCKENELLA HECTOR VON CLANMARSHAL SHCM (MR D & MR W GRAY & TRAVIS). Well marked and pleasing for balance and type. Good head and expression with well carried ears. Good depth of brisket. Unfortunately, he was unsettled on the move and was side winding so was difficult to assess. A well-marked very typey dog shown in peak form and muscular condition and this was reflected in his very good movement. Clean head of good length, very good neck and shoulders, deep brisket with adequate cut-up. Strong, well angulated quarters. Sire of both ticket winners in bitches. CC & BOB. 2nd TALANORS IN FOR A TREAT (MRS C & MR D STRAUGHAN & CRIPPS). Presents a lovely outline with his good depth of brisket, decent cut-up and nicely arched neck. Good head properties but a shade heavy in ear. Pleasing profile action and another shown in very good muscletone . 3rd PAUCELIN FALSTER JW (MR D & MRS A HEBB) Puppy - Bitch Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st TALANORS TIME TO SHINE (MRS C & MR D STRAUGHAN & CRIPPS). Full sister to the lovely dog puppy and the BOB winner. She too is beautifully balanced, long clean head, shapely with good cut-up. Very assured and absolutely true both up and down. Very promising. Junior - Bitch Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 Both bitches had rather untidy ear carriage. 1st PAUCELIN KITE (MRS E & MR D SYMES & PEASE). Shapely and presents a very typical outline when standing. Good skull and dark, fairly small eye. Good feet. Quite compactly made and this gave her advantage here. Good thumbprints and pencilling. Dense glossy coat. 2nd DIGELSA DIAMOND DIVA (MR L ALMOND). Slightly rangier than the winner; dark eye, good skull. Good depth of brisket and decent cut-up. Moved out well and did have some drive from the rear. Post Graduate - Bitch Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st RUFFAGGA GHEALAICH BHAIGH VON CLANMARSHAL (MR D & MR W GRAY & TRAVIS). Decent skull and dark eye, reluctant to use her ears! Clearly defined thumbprints and pencilling. Good spring of rib and depth of brisket. Could have a little more hind angulation and drive on the move. Limit - Bitch Entries: 3 Absentees: 0 1st DIGELSA DATE NIGHT AT HOLTAIRE (MR A & MRS J A GOODWIN). Reserve CC. Presents an attractive outline both standing and moving. Good head with neat, well carried ears. Clean, well laid shoulders and good depth of brisket. Strong, slightly arched loin. In gleaming coat and condition. Clearly visible thumbprints and pencilling. Very sound on the move. 2nd TALANORS TREAT ME SPECIAL AT JEPEJO (MR J & MRS J MARSHALL). Not quite the ear carriage of the winner but she too has a clean head of good length, pleasing dark eye. Good forehand with well laid shoulders and some depth of brisket. Very typical in outline with a glossy dense coat and an excellent temperament. 3rd PANTYCELYN PICTURE PERFECT WITH JUNETTA (MRS A J WEST) Open - Bitch Entries: 4 Absentees: 0 1st JANMARK BACK T'BLACK (MR M & MRS J WALSHAW). Like her kennel mate, she too was shown in lovely hard condition. Well marked with defined thumbprints and pencilling. Fairly small, keen, dark eye. Well carried ears. Good neck and shoulders. Strong muscular body and decent loin. Moved out well with some reach and drive and she is a great showgirl. CC, her third I was later told. Congratulations. 2nd UTTERBYGREEN MINT CHOCOLAT SHCM (MR D & MRS P GREENSLADE). Close up and she too is very well balanced with good marking s and an appealing head. Excellent forehand, good depth and presents a very good outline at all times. 3rd CH TALANORS TYPICALLY SPECIAL (MR C & MRS G KNIGHT) Res TALANORS DIAMOND TREAT (MR C & MRS G KNIGHT) Veteran - Bitch Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 Two nice quality bitches, both shown in very good order and with excellent temperaments. 1st NIGHTSTORMS MISS CHEVIOUS AT MENFREYA (MRS L C BRANDER). Very typey and well balanced, lovely clean outline. Good ears and clear dark eye. Glossy dense coat. Moved well. 2nd CALASTOA'S MATERIAL GIRL (MR D & MRS P GREENSLADE). Extremely well marked with rich tan and clearly defined thumbprints and good pencilling. Nicely arched neck and in profile her movement was impressive. Judge: Tom Mather
