A lovely youngster who provided me with a great start to the breed judging today. Masculine yet pretty head with excellent pigmentation and haloes. Ideal size and balance and with his nicely arched neck and good deportment looks very classy on the move. He has a lovely body for one so young and with his expertly presented, good quality coat and excellent movement he will be hard to beat as he matures. Best Puppy and Reserve CC. Delighted to see him top the Toy Puppy Group. Post Graduate - Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 0 1st TIARIAN WHAT THE BUTLER SAW (MR D PARKINSON). Pleasing head with fairly large dark eye, well pigmented and does not show any white of the eye which give him a most attractive expression. Nicely balanced with good hind angulation and well carried tail. Presented to good advantage. 2nd LOUISIANNA STORMING NORMAN (MRS A ROBINSON). Handsome and shown in perfect bloom and condition. Attractive head and expression, good forehand with decent forechest. Typey and well balanced. Moved well. 3rd WINHARLEIGH SOLSTICE DANCE (MR P & MRS S HARDY) Limit - Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 0 1st QUISSMAR LIGHTNING BOLT (MRS A MARQUISS). A soundly made, free moving dog with some breadth of skull, dark full eye and super pigmentation. Decent forechest, good straight legs and tight feet. His coat texture is lovely and he was trimmed and shows to good advantage. 2nd MANOIR MR MOONLIGHT JW SHCM (MRS C & MRS M BAYNE & SMITH). Shapely and presents a most attractive profile, good skull, lovely dark expressive eyes. Beautifully presented coat that could be softer for perfection. Good rib and body. 3rd JAIMENS SOL SISTERE (MISS L & MR D DORAN & PARKINSON) Open - Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 1 1st CH REGINA BICHON YOU ROCK MY WORLD AT PAMPLONA (IMP ESP) (MESSRS M & R COAD & SMITH). Presenta lovely outline and his full, soft silky coat is expertly presented. Lovely masculine head and expression, nicely arched neck and good shoulders. Sturdy, well ribbed body with perfect tailset and carriage. Well angulated quarters. Moved out well and in profile he both reach and drive. CC & BOB. Over the years this dog has been a really good ambassador for the breed with his very pleasing head, excellent depth of pigmentation and lovely haloes. Decent forechest and strong well ribbed body. Good coat texture. Well carried tail. 2nd ALIZO WYNN LAS VEGAS (MS C & S MARSDEN). Presented in good coat, good head proportions, decent pigment. Carrying a little too much weight and this affected his movement today. A lovely character which is absolutely typical of the breed. . Special Beginners - Dog Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 1st LOUISIANNA STORMING NORMAN (MRS A ROBINSON). 2nd ALIZO WYNN LAS VEGAS (MS C & S MARSDEN) Good Citizen Dog Scheme - Dog Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st ALIZO WYNN LAS VEGAS (MS C & S MARSDEN) Junior - Bitch Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st LANGUILLA FIRE AND ICE FOR DEIZI (MISS A HILL). I could happily have signed a CC for this attractive typical bitch. Really pretty head and expression with lovely eyes and good hales. Lovely shape and balance. Feminine and shown in first class bloom. In profile she has both reach and drive. Should finish at the top. Post Graduate - Bitch Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st RUSMAR DEZIGNER KISSES WITH JUNANGER (MR G & MRS J GALLAGHER). A truly pretty head with the loveliest eyes and she has a really sweet nature. Nicely balanced with good length of neck and some depth of brisket. Good tailset and carriage. Coat texture is pleasing. Good hind angulation. Moved out well. Limit - Bitch Entries: 3 Absentees: 0 1st JAIMENS PETRICHOR (MR D PARKINSON). 2nd BROKENGATE SHE'S A REBEL (MRS H M ANDERSON). I thought that both of these bitches were of CC quality and found them hard to separate. Petrichor just has a slightly larger eye, both are well balanced with good forehands and decent forechests. They both moved well and with some style and have lovely coats that were presented to advantage. 3rd ALIZO DESERT ROSE (MISS L DORAN) Open - Bitch Entries: 5 Absentees: 2 1st MAMOSE I'M BIZZY FIZZIN (MRS M MOSS). Another really pretty bitch with good depth of pigmentation, some breadth of skull and fairly large, dark well placed eyes. Very satisfying to handle as she is so well put together. Her soft silky coat was a good length and beautifully presented. On the move her very good head carriage and drive from the rear guaranteed her a second look. CC, her third I was later told. 2nd CH REGINA BICHON ZOOM TO THE MOON AT PAMPLONA (IMP) (MR M COAD). Oozes with quality and she is a very stylish typical Bichon. Lovely head and eyes, good pigmentation. Lovely body with good loin and some tuck up. Strong well angulated hindquarters. Moved soundly and in profile her deportment is exemplary. Reserve CC. 3rd STARFORTH'S JUST LOVING YOU AT PEARLWHITE SHCM (MRS M & MR J INNES) Veteran - Bitch Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st CH SUANITY MISTIC MERCURY AT CYDMAR SHCM (MRS J MACKIE).
