Presents a most pleasing overall picture. Large, masculine head, defined brow and single fold, clean healthy eyes. Decent forehand with good bone and pleasing feet. I see he was my BPD when I judged a club show last year and he has fulfilled his early promise. Has lots of quality and is impressive for both size and balance. Large skull, well set ears, good breadth of muzzle, good mouth. Excellent bone, legs and feet. He was a little unsettled by earlier events but once we moved outside he moved very well. Class 1456 OD (6 Entries) Abs: 1 A good quality class. 1st: 3839 WARDLE Miss S Ch Chandlimore Time And Again. Lovely clean head and eye. Good sized skull, defined brow, Good dentition. Nicely padded flews and lips. Good forehand with strong bone. Good breadth over the back, firm topline and well set tail. Good angulation and muscle tone. Sound and very free moving. CC & BOB. 2nd: 3829 LANE Mrs K & Mr S G Laneberns Gladiator. Has good substance and pleasing proportions. Good skull, pleasing expression with clean eyes, definite stop and good ridge. Strong, arched neck. Well boned with lovely compact feet. Good body. Good both up and down and in profile he has an easy, fluid stride. Scored here as she was just a little more composed and settled on the move. Attractive head of good size, clean, healthy looking eyes. Medium, well set ears. Excellent dentition with large white teeth. Decent bone, good forehand. Some breadth over a very good topline and good hind angulation. 2nd: 3837 SNELSON Mrs G M & Mr P J Lanebern Willow [awi]. Litter sister to the winner and many of the same remarks apply. She is very well balanced and presents a most pleasing outline. Good dewlap. Sound on the move. Class 1462 LB (4 Entries) Abs: 2 1st: 3832 LANE Mrs K & Mr S G Just Amber Dreams Become A Reality (Imp). Quite substantial and pleasing for both balance and substance. Good sized head with pleasing eyes, some breadth of muzzle and well padded lips and flews. Strong, nicely arched neck and good breadth and depth of chest. Strong, broad body and pleasing, well muscled hindquarters. Good muscle tone. Moved out well with an easy stride. Reserve CC. 2nd: 3822 BIRKINSHAW, Mr & Mrs G & M & Miss K & BIRKINSHAW Amardapark Tickety Boo. Very classy, beautifully balanced and very typey. Large skull, defined ridge ad stop, clean eyes. Good bone and feet. Pleasing topline with some breadth over the back and loins. Could carry a little more weight to advantage. Has a very easy, fluid action. Class 1463 OB (4 Entries) Abs: 2 1st: 3835 McMURRAY Mrs J Alpentire Full of Loving. Beautifully balanced with good substance and size. Large skull with good supraorbital ridge, definite stop and single fold. Clean, dark eyes. Strong bone and large, compact feet. Excellent forehand. Well bodied with good length of rib and some breadth over the loin. Very free moving – a good showgirl. CC. 2nd: 3838 THOMAS Miss G Tombears Save The Last Dance Sh.CM. Typical and I thought she was definitely CC quality. Very pleasing head and expression with clean eyes and good breadth of muzzle. Good forehand and bone. Well ribbed and maybe carrying a fraction too much weight today. Good quarters. Impresses on the move with a very easy, fluid action. Judge: Tom Mather
