My thanks to the committee for my judging appointment for their super 75th Anniversary show, to  

my Stewards for their hard work, & to my exhibitors for their entries. 

All dogs were shown in good condition , I was unable to span 2 & there was 1 thick coat, movement  

was also not always sound.

 VD(2.1) 1. Kannagara Miss S M  (R/C) Red Ear Marked  white 11 years old Dog,   shown in good  

condition .Thin skin, &  just spanable .Up to the mark with well defined head  Dark eyed ,  good ear  

carriage ,& correct dentation.nice reach of neck set into  shoulders Neat fore & hind angulations  

with ratio to size Movement a little stiff but that is to be expected for his age.(BV)

LD   (3.1) 1. Bigland Mr R & Mrs L       HEYTHORP TAGGERT  (SC) Red Eye/ear Dog ,Spanable with thin  

skin. Presents a good overall picture of ratio to size.Has nicely shaped head with neat ears and dark  

eyed  Correct bite .Good reach of neck set into well laid shoulders .Nice depth of chest with tuck up  

& is short coupled.Turn of stifle with well developed second thigh let down onto hocks Movement  

was erratic at first but when settled moved soundly around the ring. 2. . Newport Mr & Mrs  & J        

CUDWEED’S MASTER OF THE HOUNDS (IMP DNK) (R/C)  Red eye/eared & back marked dog.Thin  

skin ,Spanable & to size.Has all the attributes/good points of 1 including turn of stifle & second  

thigh.Just lacked that extra sparkle  Either could have changed places on another day. 

OD   (2) 1. Broad berry Mr J  G & Dr S H       CH  MINDLAND MAGNUM AT RATSCALLION (BOB/BD)  

(R/C) Eye/Ear red markings/ Spanable& thin coated Typical & to size fitting the picture not only for  

size & confirmation.but head is nicely wedged  Good ear carriage dark eye  Correct bite Good front   

with depth of chest tuck up & short coupled Nice Turn of stifle with good second thigh Shown in  

good condition & was well handled Moved soundly & with drive (BD/BOB) 2.Beigland  Mr R & Mrs L      

CH HEYTHORP TRICKSHOT FOR ALNCROFT  Smaller type but  Another dog worthy of his title (R/C)  

Spannable & thin coated .All points to standard  Red Eye/Ear markings Well defined head Neat ears  

& is dark eyed Correct dentation on another day either could have changed places   (RBD) 

VB  (3.1 ) 1 .Kannagara Miss S M SHEROSCO CHRISTMAS ROSE  (R/C) red Ear/Eye marking Lovely &  

feminine  Coming up to ten years of age but doesn’t show it.  shaped wedged head with nice ear  

carriage & dark eyes.Correct bite Clean angulations with all standard points Spannable /Thin Coated  

Moved soundly around the ring (BV) 

2.    Neild Mrs J    LOGIERAIT LITTLE LOTTIE  (R/C) Black eared & of a smaller type.9 years old and not  

happy today wouldn’t lift her head Nice & compact for size with ratio to size  All other virtues  

Unfortunately also let down by movement which was not as sound as 1 

PB (2.1) 1. Bigland M  R & Mrs L  MINDLEN MICMAC AT HEYTHROP Promising youngster. Everything  

maturing at the right rate.(Tri Ear/Eye) Head is forming into a nice wedge with correct bite.Good all  

over ratio with clean angulations Chest has still to drop but has tuck up & is short coupled  Nice turn  

of stifle Moved soundly around the ring Easy spannable with thin coat.(BPIB) 

JB  (2)    Heild Mrs J    LOGIERAIT LUNA (R/C) Red Ear/Eye Petite & feminine presents a nice picture  

of ratio for size Clean angulations & turn of stifle Has depth of chest with tuck up & is short coupled  

Spannable/thin coated However is let down by her movement  Pulls over at the front Could be  

corrected by handling (BJIB) 

2.Kannagara Miss S M LOGIERAIT LORETTA I really like this Bitch Coming into coat with Bl/Tri eye  

patch Is up to size but her quality adds to this .She w as very naught today on the table &  wouldn’t  

settle so it was difficult to assess her Has really sound movement one of the best today  

PGB (2) 1. Chalkley Mr & Mrs  S &  B A   FORGEFOX FANFARE (R/C) Another Red Ear/Eyebitch.She  

really stood out & has good ring presence . Spannable/Thin coat Well shaped head with good ear  

carriage & dark sparkling eyes correct bite.Nice reach of neck set into her shoulders Good depth of  

chest with tuck up & short coupling Nice turn of stifle & second thigh let down to hocks Moved  

soundly around the ring Well Worthy of (BB) 

2. Broadberry Mr J & Dr S H FORGEFOX FERN FOR RATSCALLION (R/C) (Junior Handler) Red Full face  

Smaller type but petite & feminine.Compact for size with well defined head,Ears .Dark eyed  

Dentition Is slightly overshot All other points to standard with sound movement Easy spannable  

/Thin coated  Well handled  

LB (4) 1.Biglang Mr R & Mrs L ARDENCOTE TEACH IN WITH HEYTHROP (R?C) Red/eye/ear Compact  

& to size Easily spannable with thin coat Well defined head with good ear carriage Dark eyed &  

correct bite .Nice reach of neck set into shoulders with good topline Depth of  brisket with tuck up &  

is short coupled.Turn of stifle & second thigh .Sound movement (RBB) 

2. Steele Mrs L C DIGADEN GET UP AND GO Red ear & half face  Nice size spannable & thin skin,  

Good overall  ratio with wedge shape head Good ear set & dark eye correct bite Straight front with  

nice reach of neck set into shoulders Clean angulations Nice turn of stifle & second thigh Depth of  

chest,tuck up & is short coupled Nicely developed second thigh let down tp hocks Good movement
