Thank you to the exhibitors for entering under me and for bringing some super dog for me to consider. My BCC and best of breed was Bennett’s Nadavin Ursella with Jesham. My Dog CC from the same kennel was Jesham Baronet. My RDCC came from the veteran class in Sanderson NL Ch Thandiwe Arthur Sixpence Bwnl'18 and my RBCC was second in open Osborn’s Elgert Lady Sta'dust JW. My Best Puppy was Macbain & Shepherd’s Fecimus Written In The Stars, my Best Veteran Sanderson’s NL Ch Thandiwe Arthur Sixpence Bwnl'18 and my Best Special Beginner Hopkinsons Thandiwe Twist of Fate

Class 2499 PD (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 7832 HOPKINSON Mr & Mrs T Thandiwe Twist of Fate

Black dog of 7 months, good make and shape. Masculine in head with good chiselling and a dark eye. Clean reach of neck and correct front assembly for his age, flat bone and neat feet. Bodying up well, ribs sprung and well back, topline firm. Moderate bend to stifles with good muscular development for his age. Very sound on the move placing his feet correctly.

Class 2500 JD (1 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 7836 MOSS Mrs A E Fecimus Chase the Dream To Ewtor

Smart young man with a lot to like about him. Head still needs to break but plenty of work in it at this age so should finish well, eye colour and shape ok. Good neck into his shoulders, legs well boned for his age, super front assembly on him. Body of good proportions, ribs as they should be at this age. Quarters are well developed. Very true on the out and back and one of the best covering the ground. Really pushed for top honours in the challenge. I don’t think he will be long before he gets some big green and white cards.

Class 2502 LD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 7825 BENNETT Mr D A & Mrs J Jesham Baronet

Masculine head and expression on this chap, plenty of work and very well proportioned, dark eye giving a gentle and noble expression. Good reach of neck leading to a very well assembled front. Good depth to forechest, stands on well bone legs, correct flat bone and good feet. Ribs sprung and well back to a firm and powerful loin. All this combined, meant his topline and outline never faltered. Lovely finish to the croup and well set tail. Good quarters with enough bend of stifle and short from hock to heel. Moved like a dream, covering the ground with ease and placing his feet correctly. My pleasure to award him the CC which I understand was his second, so fingers crossed for that magic third. I also note he is the son of my BOB winner.

2nd: 7837 MURRAY Mr K J & Mrs G L Nadavin Wallace

Masculine picture and decent head and expression, for me a shade too much width between the eye and would like a better eye shape and for them to be a tighter. Good through the neck, straight front and depth to forechest, good legs and feet. Strong neck and required front assembly, ribs sprung, length to loin, well developed quarters. Moved true and covered the ground would have like him a little tidier behind.

Class 2503 OD (5 Entries) Abs: 2

1st: 7846 TAYLOR Mr & Mrs H & S Sh Ch Elgert Take a Bow with Tayowen JW

Masculine in head with good work, a noble expression and correctly set ears, good finish to the foreface and well proportioned. Good clean neck leading to well-placed shoulders just a shade too much weight on them today. A good return of forearm. Straight front, flat bone and neat feet. Very good body proportions with ribs well sprung and back and a correctly proportioned loin which was firm and held throughout. Moderately bent stifles and low set hocks. Very sound on the move, not a tidy as the principle winners in the challenge today.

2nd: 7829 ELLIOTT Ms M Sh Ch Ewtor Excalibur at Portsoy

Another of good make, shape and type. Masculine in head, well proportioned, correct amount of work and chiselling and pleasing expression. Strong neck of correct length, well placed shoulders and a good return of forearm. Straight front and flat bone. Well bodied and correct spring of rib, firm in topline and tailset. Quarters developed with a moderate turn of stifle. In good coat of correct texture. Moved well covering the ground just not as tidy behind as the winner so had to be content with second

Class 2504 VD (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 7842 SANDERSON Mr M R & Mrs C R NL Ch Thandiwe Arthur Sixpence Bwnl'18

Cracking fella who stands there with the noblest of expressions. Full of type and balance, clean through the neck and shoulder, front assembly is well constructed and straight when viewed from the front. Good depth to forechest, ribs sprung and well back to a firm and correctly proportioned loin. Quarters well developed and moved covering the ground. In great coat but today could not match Baronet for accuracy on the move. Super example of the breed, still on top form at this age. Delighted to award him the RCC.

2nd: 7823 ALEXANDER Mr J Fecimus Robin Banks

Black boy of good proportions. Masculine in head, with good work and a lovely eye and expression, ears low set. Neck is of good length, strong and fits neatly into well placed shoulders, super topline that never faltered, ribs sprung and well back to a firm loin, lovely rear and solid quarters. Stands on good legs and feet would have like a shade more bone. In good condition and a lovely sheen to his coat, good side gait that covered the ground well. Super character.

1st: 7833 MACBAIN, Miss A C L & SHEPHERD Mrs K J Fecimus Written In The Stars

Lovely type, character, overall balance and a super outline. Beautiful head and expression, eyes still need to darken, feminine, well-proportioned with good work and chiselling. Lovely clean neck with a crest giving that elegant and noble appearance. Balanced angles both ends as you would desire, bodying up well and everything in moderation and balance. Very sound and true on the move, displaying a mischievous side which was lovely to see.

1st: 7833 MACBAIN, Miss A C L & SHEPHERD Mrs K J Fecimus Written In The Stars

2nd: 7844 SMITH Miss C Fecimus Living The Dream At Flyenpyg

Very similar in make and shape to the winner and I see that they are from the same kennel. Another with a lovely head and kind eye. Good through the neck in to well-placed shoulders, decent return of upper arm. Has very good angles front and back. Body developing well.

3rd: 7827 BOWLEY Ms E M Valdine Field of Dreams

Class 2508 PGB (2 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 7843 SHIPTON Mrs S Winterbourne True Love For Mishules (Swed Imp)

Black bitch, her head is pleasing. Good eye and expression. Good front assembly on her, shoulders well placed and standing on good legs with flat bone, feet need to tighten a little. Body of good proportion, ribs springing nicely and firm through the loin. Quarters well made, stifles moderately bent. Sound on the move just rather untidy in front action as she came towards me.

2nd: 7830 GILL Mrs C Diptonia Gypsy Moth

Nice type of liver, feminine in head and expression although would like a darker eye. Good neck and shoulder placement, return of forearm and depth to forechest. Stands or good legs with decent bone. Well bodied, quarters developed and a good side gait but rather untidy behind today.

Class 2509 LB (3 Entries) Abs: 1

1st: 7839 ORZEL Mr & Mrs W J & Mrs E A Elgert Material Girl for Braxton

Liked her type, to complete the balance I would prefer a shade more length of leg. Feminine head of good proportions, chiselling under the eye and defined occiput. Strong neck, good lay of shoulder and enough return of forearm. Developed forechest, ribs well back and enough length to loin. Moderately bent stifles, moved well, covering the ground.

2nd: 7834 MCVITTY Ms M Sonnetend Faith

Feminine throughout, pleasing in head and expression, would like a little tighter eye. Clean through the neck and adequate front angulation. Forechest developing well, ribs springing and well back. Sound on the move just not as tidy as the winner in front action which cost her the class.

Class 2510 OB (3 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 7826 BENNETT Mr D A & Mrs J Nadavin Ursella with Jesham

My RCC winner last time I judged and my CC and BOB winner today. Lovely type and balance with this lady. Feminine in head, with chiselling and a good finish to foreface. Dark eyes giving a noble yet quizzical expression. Lovely reach of neck and well placed shoulders, return of forearm and straight flat boned legs. Developed forechest, ribs well sprung and back to a firm loin. Topline held, good finish to the croup and a well set tail. Quarters developed with low set hocks. Lacked a little in furnishings but that is just the icing on the cake. Sound and stylish on the move. Delighted to hear that this CC and her title, many congratulations.

2nd: 7841 OSBORN Ms G Elgert Lady Sta'dust JW

I liked this bitch head and expression on this black bitch, beautiful work and very well proportioned, good eye giving a gentle and noble expression. Good reach of neck leading to a very well assembled front construction. Good depth to forechest, ribs sprung and well back to a firm and powerful loin. All this combined, meant her topline and outline never faltered. Lovely finish to the croup and well set tail. Good quarters with enough bend of stifle and short from hock to heel. Moved like a dream, covering the ground with ease and placing her feet correctly. My pleasure to award her the RCC

3rd: 7845 SMITH Miss C Ewtor Affinity for Flyenpyg JW Sh.CM

Class 2511 VB (2 Entries) Abs: 0

Two superb examples of the breed, it was a pleasure to see them both here today and I discovered later they were siblings,

1st: 7847 TAYLOR Mr & Mrs H & S Sh Ch Tayowen Touch Of Elegance Sh.CM

Her head piece is typical field in shape with defined chiselling and a kind eye. Strong through the neck in to well set shoulders. Stands on correctly flat boned legs, feet OK. Well made through the body, ribs well sprung and a firm loin. Balanced rear angles with stifles well bent. Fluid action on the move. Considered her in the challenge for top honours but just had a shade too much covering.

2nd: 7840 ORZEL Mr & Mrs W J & Mrs E A Esp Ch Tayowen Touch Of Ecstasy At Braxton

Liked her outline and balance, correct proportions and height to length ratio. Feminine head with right amount of work and good finish to foreface. Soft expression. Good through the neck and topline. Enough front angulation and depth of chest. Well bodied with good ribs and firm loin. A tad soft in topline today. Developed quarters and moderate bent to stifle. Moved out well just a little untidy behind.
