Sadly, we continue to see a decline in Saluki entries, even in central areas, but, despite being a small entry, I was very pleased with my main winners and delighted to see my beautiful BOB win HG4
PUPPY DOG (0)
1ST Walton Haddon’s Badavie Don Peppino. Very attractive parti colour, very balanced overall, nice head and expression, good angulation, lovely outline, sound and effortless moving. Very promising.
POST GRAD DOG (2)
1ST Bloomfield’s Glenoak Laquan. b/t who has an attractive head and expression, good shoulders and front, nice rear angles and moved well
2nd Simpson’s Zxylasahlaam Gea’rr. Cream dog still needing to mature, I liked his head and expression and rear angulation and preferred topline to first, but just a little too straight in front for me.
1ST Walton Haddon’s Amal Hayati Ohdedar El Azizi Fuadi of Ilsham RCC Most attractive golden fawn dog of quality, has a lovely head and expression, neck flows into good shoulders and overall forehand construction, good feet and pasterns , deep brisket, good topline and quarters. I loved his type and he moved very soundly. In a very close decision, I just felt the CC winner had a little more sparkle going around the ring on the day.
2nd Rooney’s Merenptah Wind at Zeatana. Heavier built cream, he has good front angulation and feet, deep brisket, little longer and more angulated than 1.
1ST Glaister’s Ch Vanechka Otis S Berega Turi (Imp Rus)JW SHCM. CC Lovely quality dog who is very moderate throughout. Has a lovely head and expression, strong neck, into good shoulder angulation, very good feet, deep brisket, good topline and tailset, strong loin, moderate rear angulation and moved very well. Looked very free and flowing in profile movement.
VETERAN DOG (1)
1ST Cowie’s Ch Mumtaz Hercules SHCM. BV Very attractive rich fawn, moderate throughout, lovely head and expression, good forehand construction, correct topline, deep brisket and moderate quarters, moved well. He wasn’t all that enthusiastic today but a very worthy Champion.

GOOD CITIZENS DOG (1)

PUPPY BITCH (1)
1ST Rooney’s Alishamar Raven at Zeatana (Imp Bel) BP Attractive dark grizzle with a very nice head and expression, strong neck and good front angulation, deep brisket, nice hindquarters. Moved well when settled, just needs to mature now.
JUNIOR BITCH (1)
1ST Ward’s Nicolefarhi Del Borghino (Imp Ita) Another attractive dark grizzle, with a nice head and expression, good front and rear angulation, when settled moved well, another than needs to mature.
POST GRAD BITCH (5,1)
1ST Knowles Micattura All I Breathe Everything to like about this cream, lovely head and expression, good front angulation, topline and quarters, deep brisket, moderate throughout and moved very well. Considered for the rcc as I liked her a lot but she could just have been a little more collected and settled. Certainly good enough for top honours on another day.
2nd Elliot-Ross Gorewater Roshanak Another very nice bitch, pleasing head, good front, and rear angulation, deep brisket, nice topline with muscles slightly arched over loin, move d well.
3rd Anderson’s Canapus Violante
LIMIT BITCH (3)

Has a beautiful head and expression, framed with well set and fringed ears, long neck, good overall forehand with lovely feet, deep brisket, excellent topline, flowing to good rear angulation moved really well.
2nd Anderson’s Canapus Violante Another very nice bitch with an attractive head and nice overall angulation, her brisket is deep and she moves well, just preferred outline of 1st.
3rd Burtenshaw’s fernlark Snow Grouse at Daandazi JWSHCM
