Junior Handling Day 1 Hound and Toy

6-11 years

1: Erin Robertson : Basset Griffon Vendeen (petit) A very assured and competent performance

She communicated well with her dog and sympathetically worked to get the best from her dog paying attention to what was asked of her and the position of her dog in relation to the judge at all times .

2: Grace Rutherford : Pug An other good handler for her age I would just like to see her talk to her dog more and communicate better what she expects of her dog but a good performance.

12-16 years

1: Daisy Mason: Dachshund (min smooth haired) Daisy showed good rapport with her dog paying attention at all times to where the dog was in relation to the judge. She communicated well with her dog and sympathetically showed the teeth .

2: Charlotte Freudenreich Basset Hound This is not an easy breed to show and Charlotte made a very good job of keeping her dog on line . She communicated well and obviously had a good rapport with her dog.

Day 2 Working Pastoral & Terrier

6-11 years

1: Eleanor Thomas welsh corgi Pembroke Her dog was being very uncooperative today however she quietly worked sympathetically with the dog showing good rapport and patience to get the best out of her dog and winning my respect and the class .

2: Maisie Allenby Dandie Dinmont Handled her dog very competently showed the teeth correctly and payed attention to her dogs position at all times.

12-16 years

1: Kara Dees Boxer Not an easy breed to show the teeth on however she competently did this well She showed good rapport with her dog paying attention to positioning at-all times and moving at the correct pace for the breed .

2: Poppy Winter Fox Terrier Wire

Another good performance and on another day could be first she communicated well with her dog a poised performance

Day 3 Gundog & Utility

6-11 years

1: Megan Slack German Spitz Klein Showed the teeth expertly and showed good positioning at all times a competent handler who moved her dog well .

2: Georgia Maskell Weinmaraner A close decision between first and second a good performance handling a big dog well . She just lost out on accuracy of manoeuvres .

12-16 years

1: Emily Rice Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Showed the teeth correctly and moved her dog well in straight lines and at the correct pace . showed good rapport with her dog a very mature performance

2: Abigail Levene Irish Setter Well handled I just felt her positioning wasn’t as accurate but an overall she handled her dog with competence.
