I very much enjoyed judging your very beautiful breed. Luckily we were able to stay outside and make use of a double ring. Out and back movement is a bit of a problem, and quite a few lacked ‘carriage’. I was very happy with both line ups and thought the top winners to be quite outstanding dogs. Veteran D. (5,3) Two grand dogs to start 1ST CATALUNA RED BARON (MRS R E A ROSE-HAY) 8 years and much more willing to go on the move. He has a lengthy, masc head. Lovely expression. Lengthy neck with well laid shoulders. Deep chest. Just a little wide standing and moving towards. Well bodied, correct loin. Loses his topline v slightly now. Correct rear, which he uses so very well. 2ND BRINARA BACK IN THE RUNNING (MR G S C & MRS J B AXON) 10 and a v pleasing d to go over. Prefer his head to winner. He has a moderate neck. Super body with well sprung ribs and deep chest. Sloping topline. Plenty of hind angulation. Minor Puppy D. (3,1) 1ST GWENDARIFF SMART RED JACKET (MESDAMES LONGBOTTOM & STEWART-RITCHIE) Very raw but so well put together, just needs to come together on the move. Masc head of sufficient length. Enough neck into well laid shoulders and good return of upper arm. Deep chest, well sprung ribs. Correct loin. Well bent stifles. Feet can improve. V promising. 2ND HARREDS STANLEY (MR P J HALL) Liked his outline and a v good head. Correct neck and a good front, not quite the forechest of winner. He has a deep chest, well ribbed back. Firm in topline. Just a little moderate in rear angulation. V good front action. Puppy D 5,1 1ST GRAYRIGGE MYSTRAL WIND WITH ALANASETT (MR P & MRS F DAVIS) Very promising quality pup, well schooled. Long and lean in head with super eye and expression. Correct neck, quite a good front. Deep chest, well ribbed back, correct loin. Well made rear, just needs to firm in hock. BP 2ND CORRANROO NORDIC KISS AT PENWYN (MR I & MRS P A PALLISTER) Liked his outline and a v pleasing head. Lengthy neck. More angulation in his rear than front. Deep chest. Firm topline. Just needs to come together moving. 3RD COVARNEY MOSCHINO (MR G T & MRS K E B CONDRON) Junior D (5) 1ST GWENDARIFF UCAN'TMISSME BONHOMIE (MRS S E EDWARDS) Best mover in this class by far, and carries his tail so well. Lovely eye and expression. Lengthy neck. Fairly good front. Could have a bit more leg lengthy for his lengthy of back, but he is well ribbed back. Deep chest. Correct topline. V good turn of stifle and low hocks. Very promising young dog. 2ND DANWISH ON HIGH (AI) (MISS T GARDNER) Liked his outline. Has a rather over long head. Good neck. Nice front. Fairly deep chest. Firm topline. Balanced rear. Moved ok. 3RD GWENDARIFF I'M FOOL PROOF (MS R RICHARDSON) Yearling D (4) 1ST TELERI SUMMER NIGHTS (AI) (MR M & DR S POOLE) Good honest sort of d of a good type. Lengthy head. Medium length of neck. Fairly well balanced in his angulation and so moved well. Good depth of chest. Firm topline. Low hocks. 2ND LYNWOOD HOCUS POCUS AT SETTESOLI JW (MRS J P RUSSELL) Liked his outline, masc in head. Enough neck, not quite the front of 1. Deep chest, well ribbed back. Rear angulation matches his front. 3RD STARATLANTA GET A WIGGLE ON TO MARZANNE (MRS M HADFIELD) Novice D (6,1) 1ST GRAYRIGGE MYSTRAL WIND WITH ALANASETT (MR P & MRS F DAVIS) 2ND GWENDARIFF I'M FOOL PROOF (MS R RICHARDSON) Liked his outline. Rather unruly when moving round with other dogs, but ok when settled. Could have a slightly longer muzzle. Enough neck. Decent front. Has a fairly deep chest. Well ribbed back. Correct topline. V well made rear. 3RD CORRANROO NORDIC KISS AT PENWYN (MR I & MRS P A PALLISTER) Grad D (14,3) 1ST REDCLYST MAXIMUS (MRS J MACDONALD) He has a v good outline and is such a well balanced d. Lengthy head, maybe just a bit lippy. Enough neck. Well laid shoulder. Deep chest and well ribbed back. Has a firm topline. Enough hind angulation. Moved v well. 2ND GWENDARIFF LUCY'S LEGACY (MISS S ROFFEY) He has a v good head and excels in out and back movement. Long neck. Well laid shoulder. Deep chest. Correct hind angulation. Just needs to finish in body and come together in profile action. 3RD KERRIMERE CLASSIQUE JW (MRS J M LORRIMER) Post Grad D. (12,1) 1ST PAWSWORD PRAIRIE WIND WITH ALANASETT JW (MR P & MRS F DAVIS) Liked his balance and proportions. Better head than 2. Lengthy neck, fairly well laid shoulder. Deep chest, he is well ribbed back. Correct topline with a gentle slope. Enough hind angulation with low hocks. Economical mover. 2ND REDCLYST MAXIMUS (MRS J MACDONALD) 3RD SANDSTREAM JUST A BREEZE WITH RALPHSKI (MISS B HOSKINS) Limit D (9,1) 1ST GWENDARIFF PS I LOVE YOU BONHOMIE JW (MRS S E EDWARDS) Liked his outline, which he held on move better than most in this class. Long and lean head, v good eye and expression. Lengthy neck, quite a good front with a deep chest and enough forechest. Well sprung ribs. Correct loin. Slight slope to topline. Well made rear with low hocks. RCC 2ND DEEVONVILLE SANTANA SHCM (MRS D G HEPPELL) Another whose outline i liked and put a bit more effort into moving than 3. He has a good head. Medium neck. Just a bit narrow in front. Well laid shoulder. Deep chest. Correct topline, strong rear. Open D (7,1) Easily the best class of the males for depth of quality. 1ST SH CH COPPER'S WAR OF ROSES (IMP SWE) (MR B A CROCKER) Just outmoved the opposition in this class. Super head with lovely expression. Long neck. Well laid shoulder with a good return of upper arm. Deep chest. Well ribbed back and well sprung. Correct loin. Super rear with low hocks. Would just like straighter feathering, but a top class d. full of quality. CC & BOB, delighted to see he as G2 under Chris Bexon. 2ND SH CH SUTERESETT REBEL ROUSER IN BALBRIGGAN JW (MR J & MRS S CUDDY) Very typy outline and liked his overall moderation. He has a masc head which is well balanced, strong and lengthy neck. Well made front. Super body and topline. Scored in rear over 3. She has a good neck and shoulder. Fair front. 3RD TREDURA ROSELYN ( BENTLEY) Liked her depth of chest. Sloping topline. Well bent stifle. Veteran B. (2,1) 1ST CATALUNA SUMMER ROSE (MRS R E A ROSE-HAY) Good honest sort of b, not in her best coat today. She is v fem. She has a lengthy neck. Could have more angulation front and rear. Firm topline. Nice length of stride. Minor Puppy B (4) Promising babies. 1ST ANLORY COMETTA (MR & MISS NAYLOR & MORRISON) Liked her make and shape v much. Fem head. Enough neck. Well laid shoulders, just a bit short in upper arm. V well bodied. Sloping topline. Good rear. Can firm in front but super in profile. 2ND LOGANRISH BEAUTIFUL GIRL (MRS L LEACH) Lovely outline. Not quite head yet of 1. Good neck. Well made in front. Deep chest. Well ribbed. Strong rear. She has a fem head. Lengthy neck. Well laid shoulders. Needs a little more angle in upper arm. Well bodied. Correct topline. Maybe a little too much turn of stifle but v good hocks. 3RD BARDONHILL LOVE OF MY LIFE (MRS M BOTT) Junior B. (6,1) 1ST QUENSHA DREAM A DREAM (MS C LEWIS) Very raw but well put together, just needs to muscle up in the rear. Fem head, long and lean, correct stop. Lovely eye and expression. V good neck. Well laid shoulder. Ribs are well sprung and long. Moderate hind angulation. 2ND LANSTARA RUBY SLIPPERS (MRS V BLACKSHAW) Liked her outline and proportions. Fem head. Correct neck. Liked her front. Well ribbed back. Holds shape on move and v stylish in profile. Could be better out and back. Long and lean fem head. Enough neck. Well made front. Super body. Well bent stifle and good muscle. Strong, sloping topline. 2ND ANLORY CARIGNAN JW (MR & MISS NAYLOR & MORRISON) V close up, liked her balance, could just give a bit more on move. V good head. Plenty of neck. Firm topline. Deep chest, could just have a fraction more leg. 3RD CORRANROO ONE MORE KISS (MR G & MRS J J BAYNE) Post Grad B (9,2) 1ST GWENDARIFF LILY THE PINK (MISS TULLY) V typy b. She has a good head, long and balanced with super eye and expression. Lengthy neck. Fair front. Deep chest. Well ribbed back. Correct topline. Well made rear. Could be better out and back. 2ND TARANDELL WISPA'S DESIRE (MISS Y DAVIES) V good outline and proportions, not the movement of 1. She has a fem head, lengthy with a lovely eye and expression. Decent front, feet could be better, good topline moderate rear. 3RD COVARNEY EVERLASTING LOVE AT BLUEBYEYOU (MRS G BYE) Limit B (12,5) 1ST GWENDARIFF NUTMEG SHCM (MRS R JONES) Very good b, she is so balanced. Fem head, long and lean with a lovely eye and expression. Lengthy neck, just a bit upright in her neck set. Good front. Deep chest. Well ribbed back. Correct topline. Strong rear. Best all round mover in class. 2ND CORRANROO RAINBOW KISSES (MR G & MRS J J BAYNE) Liked her outline and balance. Not quite as good on profile action as 1. Head is ok. A bit deep in stop. Good neck. V balanced in her angulation. Well muscled. Super body. 3RD LANSTARA SPRING STAR JW (MRS V BLACKSHAW) Open B (8,2) Strong class headed by 2 top class bitches, with not much to separate them. 1ST SH CH/IR SH CH GWENDARIFF COCO NUT CREAM CW'18 (MRS D M ARMITAGE) She has a super head, lovely eye and expression. Good neck. Shoulder is a bit forward but she has very good front action. Deep chest. Well ribbed back. Slight slope to topline. V good rear. Just preferred her topline on the day. CC 2ND SH CH RIVERBRUE GLORIANA (MR B A CROCKER) Gorgeous b, she has a fem head lovely neck. Preferred her front assembly over 1 but isn’t quite as clean coming towards. Deep chest. Well sprung ribs. Super rear. RCC 3RD GWENDARIFF SUCH A CARRY ON AT BARDONHILL JW (MRS M BOTT)
