JUDGE: DR GEOFFREY G CURR

Bolognese

Puppy Dog  ( 3 )

1. Ms ML Thomas   BELSTOWN HARRY THE POTTER  Alert & showy with square outline, promising coat and good tailset & carriage.Well proportioned skull & muzzle with good pigmentation. Strong rear movement. Best Puppy In Breed

2. Mr B T & Mrs C Thatcher  DEVONIA’S BOLZANO. Also very good in the essentials, but not prepared to raise his tail over the back today

3. Mrs D Mee  LYCKALOTTE CHASE

Junior Dog   ( 1.)

1. Mee & Mrs H McArdell  BLONDECHINO GEMINIAN IMP HUN (IMP.) Good use of neck, level back with pleasing pigmentation and coat. However there was less than moderate turn of stifle and neither in front or back was movement parallel.

Open Dog  ( 3.)

1. Ms V Dowty & Mr A Davidson  LAFFORD HERO. Lovely, compact, alert, showy, dog. Good pigmentation, well proportioned head, sufficient neck, level back and well sprung ribs. Moved very well both ways. Best Dog & Best Of Breed.

2. Mr D A & Mrs C M Mulligan  DONOCIELO CAESARIO. Most of the same applies here and he pressed the winner close Just very slightly less keen in showmanship today. Reserve Best Dog

3. Mrs J Towers  ENJANICKA MIDNIGHT BLUE  ShCM

Puppy Bitch    ( 2 )

1. Mrs C A Fabian  TUMBRIL TICKETYBOO. Square sturdy outline, good use of neck. Very keen showgirl with strong rear movement and promising puppy coat. Best Puppy Bitch

2. Dowty & Mee  LITTLE WHITE WONDER UNICA FELICE. Did not excel either in showmanship or rear movement today. Pleasing head proportiones with well spaced eyes and good pigmentation.

Junior Bitch  ( 1 )

1. Mr P R & Mrs J P Fuller  RHOSNANGEL CERYS. Liked the head, well placed ears, excellent teeth and correct bite. However, today she was not in show mode and both stood and moved with an unattractively hunched back, which is not the same as slightly arched loins.

Postgraduate Bitch   ( 4 )

1. Mulligan  DONOCIELO GIULIETTA. Alert and compact with good spring of rib, depth to chest and good topline and tailset. Width to skull, good pigmentation, a bit longer in muzzle than some. Moved very well

2. Fuller   RHOSNANGEL SEREN. Keen showgirl with a compact, sound and well balanced body which was somewhat up to size. Good pigmentation and flocked coat. Also moving better than many.

3. McArdell  PHENDELLE FLAMINGO FLING

Limit Bitch   ( 3 )

1. Mulligan  DONOCIELO CASSIA. Compact, soundly constructed and in lovely flocked coat. Well proportioned head with good width to flat skull and sufficient space between the well pigmented eyes. Really excellent movement both ways. Reserve Best Bitch

2. Thatcher  GONNI TORRE DELLE PASSERE WITH DEVONIA  (IMP). Heavier, more coat, not overlong, with good pigmentation and correct tailset and carriage. Strong rear movement not matched by the front

3. Towers  ENJANICKA TOSCANA MIO CARO

Open Bitch   ( 2 )

1. Mulligan  DONOCIELO SEREPHINA. Very positive and showy with a soundly constructed and balanced outline. Lovely head and expression, well presented coat, fully attentive to handler and a very sound mover. Best Bitch.

2. Mee  SWEET THING DREAM LAD (IMP) Not quite so appealing in head and expression and also carrying a little extra weight.. Less impressive on the move.
