1st: 6586 WARDROPE Ms C E Alter Ego Rusty Fox (Cze Imp) – Very promising young dog with a pleasing outline, firm topline and correct length of leg. Expressive, wedge shaped head with good strength of foreface; ears just a fraction large. Would prefer more depth of body and more hindquarter angulation. In good coat for his age, he moved soundly, carrying his tail high.

2nd: 6560 CORNES Mrs L & Mr J Redginjas Maui – Well bodied youngster in very good coat and condition and rich in colour. Pleasing head and expression with high set ears. Correct amount of bone and balanced in angulation. Shorter in leg than the winner, and not as level in topline. Movement spoilt by constant pacing.

2nd: 6577 ROGERS Miss P A Eusanit Peaky Blinder – well muscled young dog with correct bone and body development. Rather strong in head. Would prefer more angulation and a more level topline. Correct colour, although somewhat open in coat at this stage. Well carried tail.

1st: 6551 ADSHEAD Ms A M & Miss A L Afonbach Winter Is Coming JW – Correct balance and proportions, smooth in outline, yet still with a some maturity to come in body and coat. Very well balanced head; correct eyes and ears enhanced his lovely expression. Covered the ground well, carrying his tail high. A slightly higher tail set is preferred. Res Best Dog.

2nd: 6590 WRIGHT Mr & Mrs O & R Camusmor Crown Royal – Well muscled and well angulated dog, slightly out of coat and rich in colour. Wedge shaped head, although a little atypical in stop. Correct bone and substance. More strength of feet and pasterns would have given cleaner movement, although he covered the ground well.

Moved soundly with correct head carriage. A firmer topline and more tail feather would have presented a more pleasing overall picture.

Well angulated forequarters and well muscled rear; would prefer a little more length of leg and firmer topline. Long, well coated tail carried nicely. Pleasing head and expression. Sound movement.

1st: 6568 PASHLEY Miss S Wakaduze Wah Pen Dah Ska – Nicely made, feminine with excellent depth of colour. Clean cut head, excellent expression and correct pigment. Flowing outline, well angulated for and aft, straight legs, well ribbed. Would like just a smidgeon more length of leg. Covered the ground well; correct tail carriage.

2nd: 6561 EDWARDS Mrs S Afonbach Song Of Ice And Fire – Another nicely made feminine girl. Correct balance and proportions, flowing topline and well ribbed up. Wedge shaped head, tapered muzzle, high set ears. Not in full coat, but still with straight outer coat and dense undercoat. Movement somewhat unsettled out and back.

Feminine in head with well placed ears and eyes; would prefer a little more strength of muzzle. Correct balanced angulation, well proportioned and well ribbed. Covered the ground well with good foot placement. Long tail with adequate feathering, although slightly lower set than ideal.

2nd: 6562 ELKIN Miss M L Tollelkin Water Dancer – Such a pity this one was so out of coat; her correct angulation, well made body and sound movement made her deserving of 2nd in a strong class. Clean cut skull, tapered muzzle with good strength of jaw; expressive eyes. Ideally, should be a little more compact.

Well angulated in front and behind, firm topline, well ribbed with good depth of body. Clean cut skull, strong tapered muzzle, however dropped off a little at the nose. Moved soundly with reach and drive. Coat shedding but with good texture and enough density. Best Bitch.

2nd: 6567 NEWSON, Ms D & NEWSON Miss T Sh Ch Tivalake More Than Wishes – Feminine and enthusiastic show girl who was somewhat out of coat on the day. Well angulated, firm in topline, well ribbed up. Correct balance of skull and muzzle with expressive eyes, however dropped off a little at the nose similar to the winner. Moved well.
