MPD (7,1a) 1st Park’s Kinchyle High As A Kite 8 month, black, Liked his outline when stood. Kind head which will take time to mature but he has a good length of muzzle and good eye colour. Excellent reach of neck and good front angulation. Short coupled body with good spring of rib, level topline and tailset. Good bone and feet. Well angulated hind quarters. He moved well for a baby. Correct coat, with harsh top coat. Promising young boy. BMPIS. 2nd Mallin’s Elisabetta Red Teddy 8 month, dark yellow. Kind masculine head, right for age and good eye and pigment. Strong neck. Well constructed front. Short coupled body and rib, good bone and feet. He has enough hind angulation. Excellent topline and good tail. Excellent coat and condition. He moves ok and this should tighten as he matures. 3rd Macdonald’s Darilye Dalmuir Afinmore

PD (10,3a) A very good class. 1st Digweed’s Marlyford Valentino at Willokin 11 month, black, he won this good class on his outline and balance. He has a masculine head with kind expression, good reach of neck and excellent front. Well sprung ribs and short coupled body. Level topline and tailset which he held on the move. Well angulated hind quarters. Good bone and feet. Moves very easily. 2nd Brown’s Ramsayville Revolver 10 month, black. It was a close decision between these 2 but 1 just has a better outline at the moment. He has a lovely head and eye, excellent reach of neck and correct front. He is slightly longer cast, but this does not detract from him. Well-muscled hind quarters and good angulation. He moves very freely. His coat is correct, but he wasn’t in his best jacket. 3rd Druggan’s A Sense of Pleasure’s Get Lucky

JD (11,2) 1st Cook’s Exelby Salsola Black, not the biggest of boys but very well made and has a lovely outline. Lovely kind masculine head with good eye. He is well made front and rear. Short coupled body and good spring of rib. Level topline stood and on the move. He has an excellent double coat and moves well. 2nd Druggan’s Mafia Lab’s Taboo Webster at Balladoole Stronger type than 1, but he is not over done. Kind masculine head with good pigment. When stood he has a lovely flow from his neck down to his tail. Correct front, well sprung rib and short coupled. Excellent hind quarters and very well-muscled. He moved very well. 3rd Allen & Bott’s Tessholly’s Explorer with Allenie

YD (6,1) 1st Druggan’s A Sense of Pleasure’s El Toro at Balladoole Black, this boy has matured nicely and was in fabulous coat and condition today. He has a kind head and expression with good length of muzzle. Excellent reach of neck and correct front. Level topline and tailset. Well sprung ribs and short coupled. He won this class on his excellent hind quarters and depth of 2nd thigh. He has good bone and feet all round. He moves well and has a lovely outline. He was in my final 4, but he was carrying a tad too much weight on his shoulder and this was the final decider. He a lovely boy. 2nd Douglas’ Talard Cee Three Pee Ohh Yellow. He pushed hard in this class and although a different type to 1, he has lovely outline and is very eye catching. Lovely head, with kind eye and good colour and pigment, excellent reach of neck and a good lay of shoulder and upper arm. Good spring of rib slightly longer cast than 1, but this didn’t spoil him, lovely topline that flows from his neck to tail. He has a good turn of stifle but was just lacking 2nd thigh today. He moves very freely but does not need to go too fast. He was in good condition and his coat is on its way back but was correct. 3rd Walton’s Gallybob Marmalade

MD (3) 1st Crellin’s Aalincarrey Billy Bear Black, this boy was carrying too much weight today and not helped by his big puppy coat. Strong masculine head with good eye. He has good front and hind angulation. Level topline and tailset. He moved ok. Good bone and feet. 2nd D. Dalmuir Afinmore Choc, raw boy who is going to take time. He has a kind masculine head, eye ok for age and good pigment. He has an excellent reach of neck and correct front. At the moment he is a bit bottom high, but this will settle. Reasonably angulated hind quarters. He moved ok and this will tighten as he grows and matures. Good coat.

ND (3) 1st Wilson’s Stelainros Westpoint Black, lovely type who is at the in between stage! He has a lovely head and eye which will develop into a lovely expression, clean reach of neck and good front. He does have a tendency to throw his head back and this just spoils him. Short coupled body, well angulated hind quarters. He moves well but just needs a bit more time to settle. Excellent coat. 2nd Crellin’s Newhorizons Music Man Black, Masculine head, he has a clean outline when stood although I would like a better tail set. Well constructed front. He has good bone, but his feet need to tighten. Correct coat. He needs time to settle on the move.

UGD (2) 1st E. Salsola 2nd Edwards’ Kimbajak Precious Metal JW Yellow, really liked his outline when stood. He has a masculine head with good eye and expression but I just preferred 1st’s today. Lovely clean reach of neck and correct front. Great body and spring of rib. Level topline that flows to tail. Excellent hind quarters. Moved very well. In good condition.

GD (5) 1st E. Salsola 2nd Haslam’s Manorwell Buckskin at Lynquest JW Yellow, stronger type compared to 1 but he has a lovely outlive when stood. Masculine head, with kind eye and length of muzzle. Excellent reach of neck and correct front. Short coupled body and good spring of rib. Well-muscled and angulated hind quarters. Topline and tailset ok. Good bone and feet, he moves well. 3rd Key’s Keydella Koko

Short coupled body and good rib. Level topline and good tail. Well angulated hind quarters. Good bone and feet. He moves very well. He was in full coat and this just made him look a bit heavy over his front. 2nd Lesley’s Steeleigh Blue Print JW Black, with masculine head and dark eye, he has a flowing outline when stood from neck to tail, well angulated front but I would prefer slightly more brendth of chest when stood. Well sprung rib and short coupled body. Excellent bone and feet Correct double coat. He moved ok. 3rd Thompson’s Meadowline Mi Chico

LD (5) 1st Metcalfe’s Trenow Rio Grande Black, with the kindest head and expression who I could look at all day! He was in excellent condition. Lovely reach of neck in a good lay of should and correct length of upper arm. Reasonable length of body but has a good spring of rib. Flowing topline to tail. Well angulated hind quarters. He moves very well with reach and drive. He just lost out in the challenge as I just felt he lacked a bit of second thigh. 2nd Mccory’s Millroseglen Make My Day with Meadovillabs Yellow of different type to 1. Masculine head and good pigment. He is a very short coupled dog but has a lovely outline when stood. Strong neck and current angulation front and rear. He needs no more weight. Correct coat moved ok. 3rd Morton’s Dakross Double Click

OD (9) 1st Bailiss’ Sh Ch Tissalian Hi Jack JW Yellow, I was pleased to see this boy again today having judged him at his first show. He has a head and expression to die for, correct length of muzzle and good eye and pigment. He has a good reach of neck and good lay of shoulder and upper arm. Short coupled body with good spring of rib. Level topline which flows into good tail and set, correct well angulated hind quarters with depth of 2nd thigh. Excellent double coat. He moves straight and true. He was in my final 4 for the CC but I just felt he was carrying slightly too much weight which spoilt his outline on the move. 2nd Coode’s Warringah’s Perth Yellow, who I have done well before. He has the most wonderful head and expression. Lovely reach of neck and correctly angled front. Well sprung rib and short coupled body. Well-muscled hind quarters with good angulation but not overdone. Lovely bone and feet. In excellent coat and condition. He moves easily with good reach and drive. 3rd Demireva’s Hillsides Looking Back

SBD (3) 1st D. Damuir Afinmore

VD (4,1) 1st Brown, Todd & Farquarson’s Sh Ch Ramsayville Ruby Walsh 7yr old, black, I have always admired this boy from the edge of the ring and today he was on top form. He has a lovely outline when stood and flows from his neck to tail. Masculine but kind head and expression with good balance of muzzle and skull, dark eye, strong but clean reach of neck and excellent front, he has a good length of rib which is well sprung, well angulated and muscled hind quarters, excellent coat and condition and the best otter tail of the day! On the move he just floats and is straight fore and aft on good bone and feet. He had to settle of the RCC today as he just started to lose his topline. Pleased he went onto BVIS. 2nd Lesley’s Steeleigh Secrets Out Black, Masculine head with good eye. Strong through neck and short coupled body. Good angles front and rear. Level topline into tailset. Well boned and good feet all round. He moved well with reach and dive. Excellent double coat. 3rd Bratton’s Afinmore Alpine Night

SpOChD (2) 1st Maclean’s Ch Afinmore Azfural Chocolate, who is just at his prime. He was in super condition and coat today. He has a clean flowing outline and stood presents a lovely picture. He has a kind masculine head which is well balanced and correct eye colour and pigment. Strong neck into excellent front angulation and well sprung rib, well angulated hind quarters. Very well muscled and no excess weight at all. Well boned and neat feet. He moves easily, straight and true. Correct double coat, which was harsh to touch. The veteran pushed him hard in the challenge but his topline sealed the CC for him. RBIS 2nd H. Looking Back Strongly built chocolate. He has a masculine head but I would prefer a slightly softer expression. Good eye colour and pigment. Strong neck and well sprung rib. Good angles front and rear. Short coupled. He moves well and has good bone and feet. Correct coat.
