My thanks to the society for their kind hospitality, to my stewards for their efficiency and most of all to the exhibitors for giving me the honour of their entries.

Puppy D/B (4, 1abs) 1. Gilkes’ Zeeva Reflections, beautifully presented, very feminine Gold/White bitch, well balanced out line, lovely head, dark eyes, well placed tip-tilted nose, wide undershot jaw, good pigment, giving a warm expression, well laid shoulders and good return of upper arm, fair depth of brisket, Level top line, with a high tail set and carriage, balanced front and rear angulation. Moved soundly with reach and drive, showing full pads. Best Puppy, thrilled to see her get Utility Puppy Group 2.

2. Maule’s Daltricia Arapaho Gold/White dog masculine, well balanced with substance, correct bite, wide nostrils, Dark eye, Good lay of shoulder and return of upper arm, good depth of brisket, spring of rib, well ribbed back with a good length of loin. Level top line, moved with reach and drive when he felt like it.

3. Healey’s Chellanda Who’s That Girl

Post Graduate D/B (3, 0abs) 1. Bradshaw & Symonds’ Cremefern Lily The Pink, Feminine Gold / White bitch, balanced in outline, Nice head, dark eye, well placed tip-tilted nose, wide nostrils, good mouth, good length of neck leading into a well laid shoulder with a good return of upper arm, good depth of brisket and spring of rib, level top line which she held on the move, high tail set, good rear quarters producing good drive from the rear showing full pads. Moved soundly head held proudly giving her and air of arrogance. BOB, Utility Group 4

2. Yeoman’s Kezang Golden Idol Gold / White dog, nice head, dark eye, low set ears, fair lay of shoulder and length of upper arm, level top line, moved well, but did not have the arrogance and head carriage of 1. Did well to beat a nice bitch who unfortunately wouldn’t be handled today.

3. Healey’s Isishouse Queen Meritaten For Chellanda

Open D/B (4, 1abs) 1.  Bradshaw & Symonds’ Cremefern Double Trigger, Gold /White dog, Compact, well balanced in outline, round head, Good mouth, Tip-tilted nose, Dark eyes, nice warm expression, Low set ears, Good depth of brisket and spring of rib, firm loin, level top line, good tail set and carriage. Sound on the move showing full pads, lost out the bitch in the challenge on head carriage today. RBOB,

2. Maule’s Daltricia Kwakwali, Glamourous Black/White dog, lovely shape and balance, Masculine head with dark eye, good length of neck leading into a well laid shoulder and good return of upper arm. Good depth of brisket and spring of rib, level top line, well set tail, from the side he showed good extension and drive. Lost out as 1. Was sounder on the move today.
