Many thanks to the committee for inviting me to judge at their show and for their lovely hospitality. Thank you to all of the exhibitors for their entries, it was lovely to have the opportunity to get my hands on dogs that I have only seen from ringside before today.

1. Barrett’s Dalamanti Ice Ruby JW ShCM(B) 4 year old black & white bitch, feminine head with dark expressive eyes. Ears well set on giving her lovely expression, tight feet with well manicured nails, good chest, well muscled with a beautiful dense coat. On the move she came into her own with lovely fluid movement, a real pleasure to watch. She could run all day behind a carriage.  

2. Lamb’s Dalpetro Digby (D)

1. Lamb’s Dalpetro Dimaond (B) 17 month old black & white bitch. This bitch caught my eye as soon as she came into the ring, she just shouts “look at me”. She has a feminine head with gorgeous dark eyes, perfectly set on well broken ears which frame her face so well. She has the most beautiful graceful  neck, good lay of shoulder, lovely chest with good spring of rib, lovely tight feet. Her topline is great as is her rear angulation. I loved her tail set, unfortunately high tails are becoming common in the breed, but hers is what I am looking for. Her body is compact and in proportion and her coat is clean, crisp white with lovely dark even spotting. She moved like a dream, lovely flowing movement with her head down, moving with drive fore & aft. She was extremely animated, very focussed on her handler and didn’t stop showing. A true showgirl. I was very happy to award her BOB and pleased to see her get G4 under Mr Ed Casey(Moyglass).
