Chesapeake Bay Retriever

Junior (2) 1. Smiths Oakmarsh Elkton. Well proportioned, with a strong muscular appearance. A distinctive oily, double coat. Bright and happy disposition & alert and intelligent expression. Broad head with medium stop, ears well set. Strong muscular neck leading to strong powerful well laid back shoulders. Medium body length with well sprung ribs. Chest deep and broad. Strong, well muscled and powerful, complementing the forequarters. Good turn of stifle, well webbed feet. Tail carried higher than topline. Moved well. BOB 2. McCalls Oakmarsh Elm of Brumborder. This young lady has a lovely firm topline with plenty of depth of body and nice spring of rib. She has a lovely turn of stifle and is well muscled. In good harsh oily outer coat and has a crisp texture. Well balanced throughout and moved well RBOB.

Curly Coated Retriever

Open (1) 1. Edens Kandrelli Eleonora’s Falcon. Very friendly young lady, strong upstanding bitch, with a very distinctive body coat of small tight curls. Good wedge shaped head in proportion to her body. Large oval shaped eye, ears set slightly above eye level. Muscular neck medium length, good laid back shoulders, straight front, deep chest to elbow, ribs extended well back, deep powerful loin. Good level topline, moderate turn of stifle, hocks well let down. Powerful gait with good extension & drive. BOB

English Setter

Junior (2) 1. Kellys Alolfrana Memphis Rock. Masculine in appearance, well defined stop, oval skull, square muzzle & oval dark eye. Moderate muscular long neck, shoulders well set back, deep chest, good shoulder width, and straight muscular front, elbows well let down & close to the body. Short back, good spring of rib, wide loin, legs well muscular, well bent stifle. Moved well. BOB

Irish Red & White Setter

Junior (3) 1. Ball & Harrisons Laoirebay She’s Leaving Home to Soirrudh. A very pretty young lady with melting expression & happy affectionate temperament. Nice head, with good stop & required domed skull. Moderately long neck, shoulders well laid back, deep chest and well sprung ribs, excellent body properties. Shown in good coat and condition. Moved out well for her handler. BOB. 2. Hargreaves Ianbro Kamino Sapphire to Forgeway. A pretty feminine bitch, clean outline with a well balanced body. Pretty eye with a kind expression, a well arched neck & correct lay of shoulder, great coat condition. Good oval bone and nice feet. Moved out well. RBOB.

Irish Setter

Puppy (2, 1) 1. Bott & Milligan-Botts Thendara Crystal Ice. Beautiful, feminine bitch who I am very sure has a bright future. Excellent front with good brisket. Pleasing neck & shoulders. Good angulation both front & rear, neat feet. Moved soundly with good front reach & drive from the rear. Beautifully turned out. One I will watch with interest. BP & Puppy Group 3.

Junior (5, 2) 1. Anthony & Hopewell’s Staratlantas Out Of Time. Very eye-catching young man with lots of ring presence. Beautiful head & expression. Lovely reach of neck into good shoulders. Excellent front, pleasing front & rear angulation. Firm topline. Showed with style & drive. 2. Heathers Sixoaks Leading Lady. Pleasing shape. Pretty head & expression. Good front, neck & shoulders. Firm topline moved well. 3. Walkers Thendara Soul Sister.

Graduate (4) 1. McDonalds Delsanto Miss Freya. Beautiful, feminine bitch who I am sure has a very bright future. Excellent front with good brisket. Correct lay of shoulder. Good angulation both front & rear, neat feet. Moved soundly with great ring presence. Delighted to judge this young lady as I have always admired her & was not disappointed. Another shown in tip top condition. RBOB. 2. Heathers Sixoaks leading Lady. 3. Corless Swiftlark Second Nature.

Post Graduate (4, 2) 1. Byard, Milligan-Bott, Bott & Lauwers Oakdene Phenomenal with Thendara (IMP BEL). Liked this dog for his balance and ring presence. He stands well over the ground without any exaggeration. Just love his head, eye & expression. Has the best of fronts with good depth of brisket. Correct lay of shoulder, firm topline, pleasing angulation both front & rear. Stunning coat in gleaming condition, obviously worked very hard on. Moved with real drive & at one with his accomplished handler. BOB. 2. Corless Swiftlark First Lady. Another pretty bitch with the sweetest of heads with plenty of rib and well off for bone. Strong tight feet with arched toes. Rich red coat in excellent condition. Moved well here.

Open (3, 2) 1. Corless’ Swiftlark First Knight. Masculine head with raised brows and a soft expression. His body has substance and strength with good bend of stifle. He has a nice clean neck which flows to a straight and slopping topline. His ribs are deep and well sprung. His rear angulation matches his front, being well turned and short in hock. Moved well & never stopped wagging his tail.
