Scottish Terrier Breeders & Exhibitors Association Limit Show

Many thanks to the committee for the opportunity to judge Scottish Terriers, and to my excellent stewards. My winners were Millingford Impudence Best In Show, Minorlines Royal Imperial Becscott Reserve Best in Show, Millingford Stargazer Best Puppy in Show, and Killisport Mary Anne at Dojanfor Best Veteran in Show.

1. Mrs E Tyler DIVADELL DR FEELGOOD, 8 month old black dog. Good length of head with ears on top, almond shaped eye could be a shade darker, correct scissor bite, sound front, well rounded ribs, with good tail set. Good angulation front and rear. RBD.

1. Ms D Wilcock & Mr N Hebditch MILLINGFORD KING OF HEARTS (IMP), Black dog, Clean head, correct ear set, dark eye and correct scissor bite. Good front, well bodied, with tail on top. Strong hindquarters and correct bend of stifle. Level topline which he maintained on the move. BD.

1. Mrs J Ford KILLISPORT MARY ANN AT DOJANFOR, 10 year old black bitch. Clean head, good ear set, beautiful expression, seemed to smile with those lovely dark eyes. Moved well.

1. Mrs L Kirk-Gellatly MILLINGFORD STARGAZER 6 1/2 month old black bitch. Very smart and well behaved young lady. Clean head, neat ears set on top of skull, good layback of shoulder, good front, deep ribs, and well coupled. Good rear angulation. BPIS

1. Mrs A Beckton GLENGRACIE TEO TORRIATTE, 11 1/2 month old brindle bitch, big for her age, but in proportion. Good length of head, dark eyes, ears on top. Well rounded ribcage, good angulation front and rear. Well muscled and moved with drive.

1. Mrs A Kenny-Marriott & Mrs L Kirk-Gellatly, MILLINGFORD IMPUDENCE, 22 month old, black bitch of excellent type. Balanced head, dark eye, good ear placement and correct scissor bite. Excellent harsh coat. Good front, well bodied, with tail on top. Has good bone and substance without losing her femininity. Strong hindquarters and correct bend of stifle moved and showed well. Best In Show.

1 Mr R Becquet & Mr N Darby, MINORLINES ROYAL IMPERIAL BECSCOTT, beautiful black in superb coat and condition, Clean head, good ear set, correct eye. Good front, and well bodied, tight elbows and held topline on the move. Tail set could be a little higher. RBB, RBIS

2 Mrs M Emmins, ROUSANNE BOX OF TRICKS FOR WESSCOTS, same as above just very narrowly beaten on movement.

3. Mrs A Beckton & Miss I Bouwhuis PERHAPS ST GLADYS AT GLENGRACIE

1. Mrs J Webster GLENGRACIE MISS MERCURY, very pretty wheaten bitch, of correct colour and with good harsh coat. Long clean head and correct scissor bite. Dark well-set eye, good ear set and correct pigmentation to nose. Neck of moderate length leading into a well rounded ribcage. Good hindquarters and bend of stifle.

2. Mr R Becquet & Mr N Darby, MINORLINES PRINCESS ROYAL BECSCOTT, brindle in good condition, Balanced head, dark eye, good ear placement and correct scissor bite. Good front, a little wide behind and didn't maintain top line on the move. 

3. Mrs D Wilde, BLACKTHORPE BRYONY.
