Thank you to HAS for inviting me to judge at their Open Show and to the exhibitors for giving me a good entry. It was a beautiful sunny day, a shame that we were not able to be outside as the weather was better than some summer shows. P (1) 1, Wiseman’s Hazianne Another Eclipse, what a happy 9 month dark bitch, pretty head with nice dark eyes and correct ear placement. Bit erratic on the move at first but soon settled. BP J (1) 1, Allison and Falconer Stonestorm Riagan, 15 month dark bitch, pleasing head with good length of neck, elbows well tucked under, body long and belly well drawn up. Moved well and soundly coming and going. PG (5,3) 1, Ritchie’s Angel Grace Of Torrfionn, 19 month light brindle bitch, head carried high with nice dark eye, good depth of chest, muscled fit youngster, would like a little more rear angulation and tighter front feet, moved well and sound. 2. Lyons’ Wolfhouse Dahlia At Malinkey, 18 month brindle bitch, was a little unsettled today so I was unable to go over her properly, head long and level with gentle eye, good depth of chest and length of neck, another fit and muscled youngster with breadth across hips, moved freely and soundly. O (5,1) 1, Ritchie’s Broughadowey Raiden At Torrfionn, 2 year old male who was shown superbly, masculine head just a bit too broad, ears carried well, good depth of chest and rear angulation, very fit and muscled hound who moved with ease in a very small ring, sound coming and going, well deserved BOB and was short listed in the BIS ring. 2. Alison and Falconer Stonestorm Web Of Dreams, 4.5 year old attractive tall male in proportion but slightly too heavy, beautiful handsome head with kind gentle eye, great depth of chest, well bodied male, really liked this boy who was sound coming and going but unable to really extend himself today in such a small ring space.
