Gravesend and Medway Towns Canine Society Open Show 21st October 2018 Chihuahuas Judge: Linda Cater.

I'd like to thank the Committee and exhibitors for a very pleasant day's judging at this consistently well-run event. Sadly numbers were down due to a Breed Club Championship Show on the same day.

Chihuahua Longcoat

Junior (1,0}

[1] Smith's Papadore Duke At Lozek. Eleven months old black and tan male. Happy little chap full of confidence, nice head with large well placed ears , lovely dark eyes and very good teeth and bite. Good reach of neck with a lovely straight top line and good tail set and carriage. Good shoulders with a nice spring of rib. Lovely movement front and rear. BPIB

[1] Johnson's Lykath Mystic Wizard Vanjepeson. Almost two years old cream and white male. Very pretty boy with a lovely well shaped head, good ears, huge round dark eyes and correct length of muzzle. Good reach of neck, beautiful straight back with a gorgeous tail set and carriage. Nicely sprung ribs with good shoulders. Great movement coming and going. BoB

[2] Bradshaw's Lykath's Serenity. Almost two years old cream and white female, litter sister to [1]. Very pretty little girl with a lovely feminine head, nicely placed ears, beautiful large dark eyes, good muzzle and lovely teeth and bite. Good reach of neck, super straight back and lovely tail set and carriage; just preferred the movement of [1]. RBOB

[1] Smith's Christians Magic Moments At Lozek. Ten months old red and white bitch. Shy little girl with a very pretty head, good ears and gorgeous large round dark eyes, good stop and muzzle with lovely teeth and bite. Good reach of neck with a straight back and good tail set. She took a long time to settle but once she did her movement was good. BPIB, RBOB

[1] Brewster's Tinasjoy Ice Box. Nearly four years old cream dog. Good head on this happy boy. Nicely placed ears, beautiful eyes, correct muzzle length. Good reach of neck with well sprung ribs and a level top line, good tail set and carriage. He found the floor very interesting but seemed to move well.

[1] Bradshaw's Quechua Pancho Villa. Four years old red and white dog. Happy little lad with lovely flared ears, large eyes, good muzzle length and good teeth. Nice reach of neck with a level back and good tail set and carriage. Very good movement coming and going. BOB
