Nidderdale Agricultural Society – Open Show – Monday 24th September 2018

I would like to thank the committee of Nidderdale Agricultural Society for inviting me to judge at their show, my steward Michael Thornton who organised the ring efficiently for me and the exhibitors for their attendance. I had some lovely dogs to go over.

Breed – CKCS

P: (3,2) 1. Leaver’s Revaelann Top Girl. 7 month old ruby bitch. Presented in immaculate condition with silky rich red coat. Round dark eyes, good pigmentation and correct dentition. Moved well both ways, maintaining a level topline at all times.

SP Y: (6,1) 1. Hindle’s Spindlepoint Donovan to Ellisiana. 21 month old Blenheim dog. Beautifully presented coat with rich chestnut markings on a well broken pearly white background. Dark eyes, good pigmentation, correct dentition, well feathered leathers and enough cushioning to create the desired melting expression. Compact and well balanced with good angulation and level topline which he held on the move. Happy and animated at all times. BOB

2. Kilcoyne’s Granasil Castanet. 13 month old ruby bitch. Presented immaculately with a gleaming rich red silky coat. Lovely expression, large round dark eyes, good earset, good pigmentation and correct dentition. Good angulation and level topline which she held on the move.

3. Fox’s Lynmily Mister Blue Sky. 11 month old Blenheim dog with spot. Beautifully presented with well broken markings. Nice head with well-set ears and almost flat skull between, good pigmentation and correct dentition. Well constructed with good bone. Moved well both ways. BP

PG: (2,1) 1. Slack’s Willowheart Louis. 3 year old Blenheim dog. Presented beautifully with a well broken silky coat of rich chestnut on a pearly white background. Lovely head with sweet expression, round dark eyes, good pigmentation, correct dentition. Held his topline on the move.

O: (5,3) 1. Kynaston’s Granasil Vontrap JW. 2 year old Black & Tan dog. Immaculately presented with plenty of raven black silky coat with rich tan markings. Lovely head and expression with large dark eyes, correct dentition, good pigmentation, well feathered leathers. Moved elegantly both ways with good reach and drive maintaining a level topline at all times.

2. Fox’s Lewharle Izzadorable for Lynmily. 4 year old Blenheim bitch. Well presented with silky coat and well broken markings. Pretty feminine head with sweet expression, correct dentition, good pigmentation. Well angulated throughout and good turn of stifle. Moved well both ways.
