Northwich & District Canine Society 21st October 2018

I would like to thank the committee for asking me to judge their show. It was a pleasure to judge my first set of Terriers and then to be asked on the day to stand in and judge some of the Toy Breeds. I would also like to thank all the exhibitors and my amazing stewards.

Dandie Dinmont Terrier

Puppy A very hard classes to judge and the choice came down to who I preferred more. Both puppies have a very promising career ahead of them.

1st Kurg & Milton’s Wilmit Raffles at Etsill Absolutely stunning 11-month-old Mustard Bitch, perfect size for age and correct outline, she has a stunning head with rich dark eyes and soft silky hair, a strong neck on to shoulders that are laid back, good forechest and well boned forelegs, perfect long, low body with strong hindquarters and well angulated. Flawless coat with a soft undercoat and a harder top coat. She moved with strong, free and easy strides and reaches well at the front. Was delighted to hear that she had gone on to win Best Puppy in Show. BIPB, BOB, Terrier Group 1, Terrier Puppy Group 1 and BPIS.

2nd Milton’s Wilmit Chindit 11 month old Pepper Dog who is just the same as his sister. With all the same stunning features as his sister above. RBOB.

Jack Russell Terrier

1st Kay’s Jackopeaks Bakewell Puddin Lovely 9 month old Bitch with good head and lively expression compact but not square. Well laid Shoulders and sprung ribcage, good strong rear quarters moved well with good free stringing movement. BIPB and RBOB, Terreir Puppy Group 3.

Junior

1st Smith’s Locheil Talk of the Town 16 month old Dog wire coat. Very nice young dog good shape. With correct head shape and strong muzzle. Clean strong neck shoulders well laid back and correct topline, deep chested and well sprung ribs. Hindquarters strong and well-muscled producing a movement with plenty of rear drive. BOB Terrier Group 4.

1st Kay’s Jackopeaks Princess Peach 9 year old Bitch who look well for her age and enjoyed her time in the ring. She has a good topline and well laidback shoulders and good rear hindquarters. Moved well.

1st Wiliams’ Hollowmoor Casilva 10.5 year old Bitch in great condition, was surprised at her age, nice head and keen expression, good bite with clean teeth, good moderate length of neck into good shoulders, good hindquarters and moved well. BOB.

West Highland White Terrier

1st Bartley’s Krementski D’Giulietta Di Verona Atelib (Imp Rus) A nice 16 month old bitch of good proportions, she has a good outline and is well presented, strong slopping shoulders leading into level back and strong rear quarters, good coat and moved with good extension of front legs and strong powerful movement of hindquarters. She has some maturing to do but a nice all-round bitch. BOB Terrier Group 2.

1St Bartley’s Atelib The General 2 year old male with a nice head and good dark eye, well presented, good neck and body, nice tail set moved well. RBOB.

1st Lovatt’s Almasi Calypso Carol Beautiful 10 Month old Bitch with good pigmentation and nice dark eyes, very alert and happy nice outline and well-presented, good neck into well laid back shoulders, good rear quarters, moved with effortlessly with reach and drive. BOB, BPIB Toy Puppy Group 4

1st Robinson’s Louisianna Storming Norman Nice 15 month old male, Pleasing head and dark eye, nice arched neck and into good forequarters nice topline and well-rounded thighs. Moved well but feel he can move better.

1st Hitchock’s Bobitch Cheer Up Sleepy Jean JW a Good Square, Cobby 18 month old bitch, she has a wll proportioned head with lively and happy expression, good shape and colour of eye. Good arch of neck leading into strong straight fore legs, Ribs are well sprung and good topline, strong rear quarters with a good covering of muscle. Moved well BOB

1st Dominczak’s Blanche Intelligent Insolite Familier 14 month old Bitch with pretty head with correct coat covering, good dark almond shaped eyes, correct ear set again with correct hair coverage, long and lean neck, nice broad chest rear quarters muscular and with good angulation moved with elegances RBOB

1st Dominczak’s Caesar Z Jasne Hvezdy 6 and half year old male, correct head and shape, good topline and moved with reach and drive.

1st Oliver’s: Ynchreenoo Boayl Fahrane at Sarelidan Nice chiselled head withgood dark eye, well-proportioned body with deep chest and well laid shoulders,good straight front, correct top line and good bend of stifle, moved with reach and drive BOB Toy Group 2

1st Jahneemahs Smooth Criminal at Angique 9 month old male with good head and ear set, nice dark eyes, nicely shaped body with shoulders well laid back, good rear quarters with good turn of stifle, moved well with good drive, BPIB

2nd Jodeschi Incoming Blizzard 9 month old male slightly nervous which let him down today, correct head ear placement, nice dark eyes, correct outline and good hindquarters, moved well.

Junior

1st Lukarra Glimpse of Gold 14 months old bitch, this little lady had plenty of attitude, beautiful head with all the correct proportions, nice chest good shoulders and nice top line which held on the move, strong hind quarters, good coat, moved with forceful action and drive. BOB

2nd Stadmeyer Reggie 17 month male nice head and expression, good chest and outline was out moved by 1st.

1st Lukarra Glimpse of Gold

2nd Lemaritz Skyes the Limit 2 year old bitch, lovely head, good dark round eye, nice top line with good turn of stifle, moved with good reach and drive.

1st Foxymoxy Fancypants 3 Year old bitch has a nice overall outline, good shaped head and nice expression, moved well.

Long Coat Chihuahua

1st Wilachans Luna loved this little lady, 11 month old bitch very happy to be the ring and stole the show, good clear markings, nice dome head with good ears, nice round eyes, good shoulders and topline, strong rear quarters good coat and moved round the ring with reach and drive like she owned it. 2nd Leathea’s Mum S Little Star 11 month old male, very unsettled on the table and struggled to get my hands on him, nice coats and moved well when settled.

1st Little Wolf Cry of Hulawawas 3 year old male, correct head and ear set, good coat, nice chest and overall shape, good top line and rear quarters, moved well.

2nd Pocoperro Chloe of Flutura 3 year old bitch slightly nervous on table, good head and expression, nice outline, good coat and moved ok.

1st Wilachans Roxy RBOB 3 year old bitch and mother to 1st in puppy, she again is a dog would like to be in the ring her tail never stopped, good dome head with nice dark eye, well placed shoulders and level topline, strong rear quarters and moved with reach and drive, would have like her to put her ears up.
