Omagh & District Canine Club

Labrador Retrievers.

OPEN BITCH This was a mixed class of type. 1. 38. ALLMARK ROCK ROYALTY IN TALARD. Black – young female with nice typey outline, excellent presentation and her coat gleamed in the dim surroundings. Head is nice with tight ears and good expression. Excellent shoulders and ribcage into short couplings and well muscled rear. Her tail is well set on. Her body is thick and solid throughout, her muscles evident when on the move. She moved a touch close behind and her front feet need to tighten but otherwise is a nice example of the breed. 2. 42. CARPENNY VALENTINA AT HUNTERSLABS. Yellow – 3 year old female. This female pushed one hard but didn't quite have the conditioning as one and seemed a bit lethargic on the move which is a pity as she has it all there. Nice head with close ears and keen expression, her shoulders and hindquarters are balanced and she is short coupled, although her weight detracts from her outline and somewhat spoils it. Moved straight and true on the move and profile was lovely, just needs a bit 'more' on the move to help her out. 3. 40. TAUGHBLANE EXPRESS TIME. 6 year old yellow – this lady was excellent in body type in profile. Looking her age somewhat she was however full of life and moved out well. Head is not her fortune and is a touch heavy and lacking in expression for a female. Feet could be tighter in front but she is well muscled and has a good ribcage and is short in loin
