I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at this show at this super venue.

PUPPY (7) Abs 1

1st Bufton & Riley wylloh Anastasia - 6 month old very pretty light gold bitch. At such a young age gave a balanced picture standing. Lovely head with with sweet expression and excellent pigmentation. Good front angulation and upper arm .Level topline and short coupled with a good spring of rib. Well let down hocks and second thigh. Moved well in the front but like many puppies in this class hind movement needs to settle down.

2nd List Haydengold Rumour Has It - 8 month old bitch carrying a rich gold coat and another one with a sweet head and soft expression. Dark eyes and nose with super neck leading into level topline. Has good front angulation and upper arm. Short coupled girl with mature body. She has good rear angulation and second thigh, although I would like a little more length in rear leg to complete the picture. Moved very positively around the ring and again rear movement needs to settle down.

JUNIOR (2) Abs 1

1st Staniland Terra Fiora Vlanti Delimar (Imp Rus) - Attractive 11 month old light gold girl. Kind head and expression with very good pigmentation. Good angulation in the front and rear, together with a good spring of rib. Coat well presented. Although still a youngster would like to see more positive movement in front and rear.

POST GRADUATE (3) Abs 1

1st Clarke Haydengold One More Knight - Lovely masculine dog carrying a full rich gold coat. Handsome head and melting expression which was enhanced by super pigmentation. Deep and short coupled body. Super angulation front and rear and well off for bone. Moved with enthusiasm in the hot sunshine. BOB

2nd Middleton Hessonite Treacle Pudding - Another well made dog carrying a light gold coat.. Kind head and expression. Good front and rear angulation. Well made boy, just didn’t move as well as winner of this class.

OPEN (5) Abs 2

1st Riley Wylloh Royal Doulton - Well balanced light gold dog. Masculine head with kind expression. Straight topline and has good spring of rib. Front and rear are well angulated together with good upper arm. Very good hocks which he used on the move. RBOB

2nd Booth Alumbeck’s Holly Rainbow - Feminine girl with sweet head and expression. Lovely dark pigmentation. Well ribbed body with good front angulation and upper arm. Another one who is short coupled, has tight elbows and moved positively.
