Blackpool Ch.Show  23.6.18  Basenjis  PD(2,0)  1.Young & Steele’s Lutra’s Action Man (IMP),quality baby with masculine head,clean skull nicely tapering.Strong muzzle.Good layback of shoulder,strong, well boned down to good feet.Well shaped body with good depth of brisket,level back.Was quite a handful for his owner and didn’t always stand out with his hindquarters but on the move was sound and impressive.Considered him for res CC but not as collected yet.Very promising.BP.  2.Stewart’s Kingwanas Vincent Van Boof of Jenbash,finer type of head with good wrinkle a little  strong in cheeks, not as strong in underjaw as winner.Good bone substance and feet.More elegant in build but steeper in shoulder.Looked balanced when stacked Well shaped rib with good depth.Moved well especially in profile.Will grow into a handsome chap.  JD(2,0)  1.Knowles’Tokaji Klassic Trickster at Sarawana,masculine tri,strong head with strong cheeks,could do with higher earset.Strong,straight front with good layback of shoulder.Good bone quality and substance,well knuckled feet.Good body proportions,wellribedd with strong loin.Good length of first thigh would like more definition of hock.Moved well.  2.Hardy,Hallam,Kite & Gillespie’s Tokaji Klassic Tribesman JW,slightly plainer in head type but with better earset than 1.Slightly finer in bone,good shaped feet.Level topline and good length of loin,tail shade loose and would like less white on body.Moved well.  PGD(4,0)  1.Young’s Vestoid Romulus,out moved all in this class.Masculine  with strength,typy head could be finer in cheek,dark eye well set.Good proportioned with strong underjaw.Steady front with strong pasterns and feet.Well developed rib with depth well muscled loin.Strong well muscled hindquarters.Liked him very much,Res.CC.  2.Knowles’ Tokaji Klassic Trickster at Sarwana.  3.Gaskell’s Memtuka Cream of the Crop.  LD(5,1)  1.Savage’s Chagmas Hey Joe (IMP),typy male for me lacks a little quality to head shape,has good expression and hooded ear.Strong underjaw.Strong well muscled neck.Good front angulation and bone substance could be stronger in pastern.Well matured body,lower set tail.Balanced hindquarters moved well in profile.  2.Grayson & Rowland’s Embeau Sunseeker,taller set with good proortions.Quality head type would like more strength in foreface.Slightly upright in shoulder.Moved well in profile but lacked width in hindquarters.  3.Gaskell’s Memtuka Dealer’s Choice.  OD(5,0)  1.Dunsdon & Fox’s Aus./Am Grand Ch.Kazor’s Breakin the Bank (JMP)filled my eye for size and type.Masculine head,good length and strong underjaw.Good wrinkle.Medium neck,well angulated front,slightly down on pasterns.Mature body of good depth and well ribbed back.Level back into well set hindquarters.Soundest mover.Maybe could be a shade more elegant in style but ticked all my boxes ! CC.  2.Rogish & Smith’s Vestoid Sky Yelper,flashier in outlook,good type,taller set.Clean skull with good reach of neck.Well developed front.Mature body plenty of length.A little too much white.On the move slightly bum high but had good extension.  3.Drummond’s Djoser Khamsin  PB(2,0)  1.Richardson & Wood’s Mombatongaempress Eugenie of Cooperland (IMP)feminine head with good wrinkleand expression.Ears a little out of proportion to head at present.Well boned down.Lovely outline and body shape.Level topline,moved soundly in profile.  2.Stewart’s Kingwanas Viva Las Vegas of Jenbasi (IMP) very promising puppy still very raw.Well shaped with good body and overall shape.Not my type of head but lots to like.Needs work but still very young.  JB(1,0)  1.Hardy & Hallam’s Tokaji Klassic Trinity,good size and has elegance a lot are lacking.Fairly long head, very feminine all through.Clean  neck and shoulder.Good body shape with waist.Good tailset and shelf.Moved soundly with good reach.Considered her hard in challenge.BJ.  PGB(1,0)  1.Gaskell’s Memetuka  Rizen Shine,nice type of bitch with good head proportions.good underjaw.Medium neck,straight front with well shaped body.Good size with well set hindquarters.Well set tail,narrower in hindquarters which showed in moving,good eztension in profile.  LB(4,0)  1.Gaigalas’Maja,won here on head qualities and overall type.Slightly bigger ear.Strong neck.Needs to firm in front.Good body proportions with firm topline.Well set hindquarters,Moved OK.  2.Drummond’s Djoser Neferkheperu ,strongly made with feminine typy  head. Not front cons truction of 1 not as positive n upper arm and pastern.Longer set in body.Good body depth and ribbing.Moved well in profile.  3.Banton’s  Embeau Sun Treasure.  OB(6.0)  1.Dunsdon’s Aus.Ch.Zandeena Getn Cort in the Act (IMP)On top form,in lovely bloom.Feminine,quality head with tapered skull.Strong,medium length neck,Straight front with strong pastern,well knuckled feet.Mature body with super topline.Strong loin.Well balanced hindquarters,outmoved all.CC and in challenge for BOB outshone the male on her overall style.Pleased to see her Group 2.Congratulations !  2.Legget’s Ch.Swanwite Karaleigh Sh CM,taller set of totally different type.Appealed very much in elegance combined with strength.Typy head with lovely expression and wrinkle,good hooding to ears.Mature body,good length.Well set hindquarters,not quite as positive on the move as 1.Res.CC  3.Richardson & Wood’s Woodella Purple Haze over Cooperland Sh CM.  Pam Marston-Pollock.
