Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge at this well run show in such perfect conditions. Large spacious rings & a relaxed atmosphere prevailed despite difficult weather conditions on previous days. Also thank you to my able steward who kept the ring running smoothly & quickly. I would also like to thank the exhibitors who entered under me today & was pleased to say all dogs were presented in good condition & appeared fit & healthy.

Puppy D (2) : 1 Protheroe”s Royalmaple Fiddle Sticks, raw but promising, not as settled as 2nd today but preferred his top line, well proportioned head & adequate length of neck, has a good shoulder & uses his front well when moving, rib developing well for age & strong in loin, has good feet. In good coat & tail well set on & carried ; 2 Robertson”s Ayseebee Look Who's Talking To Ravenwood another nice youngster who moved out well fore & aft, unfortunately tending to drop his top line when on stack, good eye & ear set, correct neck & in good body, rump broad & strong with well set tail.

Jun D (1) : 1 Davies’s Cyndarhian Don’t Push It At Davdax, lovely head shape with good eye & expression , correct body proportions, foretaste still developing, has good feet & moved out well fore & aft, tail well set, good length & carriage, lovely coat & in excellent hard condition.

P. Grad D (1) : 1 Phillip”s Stargang High Hopes of Robinswood, head of good shape & well set eye, ears set high & of correct size, has good rib & correct in loin, nice feet, good hind action but would like more reach in front, tail well set & carried correctly, good coat & well presented.

Limit D (2-1abs) 1 Rudkin”s Dynastydax Secret Agent, 2 yr old of nice size & well proportioned, has a balanced skull to fore face, strong jaw, well set ears, moderate length of body & well set quarters, moved steadily with ease, good tail set.

Open D (2) : 1, & B.D. Smith & Connor”s Ch. Bronia Gregorio JW Sh. CM, at over 7 years of age still has a most pleasing outline, not exaggerated in any way & can move with plenty reach in front & drives well behind, lovely shaped head, correct in eye & ear, strong jaw. Tends to stand a little close behind on stack but this was not evident when he moved, in excellent condition & gleaming coat condition, good tail & has the correct feet : 2 & R.B.D. Protheroe”s Ch Royalmaple Anky Panky, another quality male, liked his head & has a good front, would like a little more neck to enhance his profile, good strong quarters & correct tail set.

Sp. Beginners D/B (6-1abs) 1 Bullis’s Goodtry Ruby Tuesday At Amaffrey, well balanced b with a nice easy flow on the move, unfortunately in later class when moved again became sluggish. She has a strong jaw & well set ears, good neck & shoulder, correct feet, in good body & strong in loin ; 2 Harwood”s Paradigm Dark Star, slightly more rangy than 1, lovely expression & good jaw line, holds her top line well, strong driving action, well set tail, in lovely coat & firm condition ; 3 Chapman-Reith’s Hayvenhund Along Came Polly.

Puppy B (13-3abs) 1 & B. Puppy Rudkin”s Keydax Layla For Dynastydax, lovely outline on this young b, which all comes together when she moves, excellent reach & strong driving action, most lovely head shape & good eye & expression, well set ears of good size, body correct for her young age, lovely rump shape & strong well set hocks, tail well set & of good length & carriage : 2 Reed”s Deercroft Daybreak, liked this young b a lot. Has a good head & strong in jaw, good length of neck & lovely shoulder placement, rib correct & strong firm loin, very strong well set quarters,, good length of tail well set & carried correctly, scores for correct feet, moved well fore & aft, just a little more sedate than 1 today ; 3 Rollinson”s Diamonddax Sassy Satine.

Jun B (3-2abs) : 1 & R.B.B. Protheroe’s Picollo Teckel Never Say Never At Royalmaple, loved the outline of her stood & did not disappoint on the move, has a good shoulder & upper arm, in lovely body condition, strong quarters. Reaches out well in front & strong driving action, tail well set & carried correctly, good feet.

P. Grad B (8) : 1 Robertson”s Ravenswood Simply Exquisite, liked her in profile & is well balanced in body, was more settled the move than those placed behind her today. She has a well balanced skull & fore face, enough neck & good top line, correct in loin & well set rear, moved out well with ease to take class; 2 Protheroe”s Royalmaple Daphne Blake, another of nice shape & balanced, just felt she was not settled when moving today. Scores in head & nice expressive eyes, good neck & front, in good body & has well set hocks, tail of good set & length, lovely coat & well conditioned ; 3 Mill”s Oniasid Pussy Galore.

Limit B (8-1abs) : 1 Rudkin”s Dynastydax Periwinkle JW, stood out in this class for her clean out line & lovely free action on the move, strong drive from the rear, has nice head & good jaw, good neck & correct in front, good top line & clean in under line, strong in loin, well set quarters & has good feet : 2 Stokes”s Webbers Swanson, nice overall shape & in good body, tending to drop her rear on the stack today. Typical expression & has well set ears, in good body with correct ribbing, firm in loin, good coat & firm fit condition : 3 West’s Archidax Betty Boop

Open B (4-1abs) A nice class of 3 quality bitches, unfortunately 3rd was not relaxed & was a little unsettled today, fully understand bitches can do this to us. 1, B.B. & B.O.B. Hunt’s Carpaccio Midnight Lace JW, only young but just loved her out line on the stack. Scores well in head proportions & has the correct length of neck leading to good shoulder & corresponding upper arm, correct feet for digging. In excellent body & hard condition, coat gleaming & presented well. She puts it all together on the move covering the ground with ease, reach front & strong driving quarters which are well set . Pleased to hear later she has recently gained her title and was delighted to later her watch her short listed in the group ; 2 Reed”s Deercroft Summer Serenade JW, liker der for size & overall shape. Presents a well balanced picture & moves well with ease. Correct in head shape & has a strong jaw, good top line & well set quarters, well set tail of good length & carried correctly. Lovely coat & hard muscular condition : 3 Ruskin”s Dynastydax Tiger Lilly.

Veteran D/B (1) : 1 West”s Archidax Bonneville, over 7 yrs old this b shows like a junior. Tail never stopped wagging & she moved out well fore & aft. Thoroughly enjoying her time in the ring. Does not look her age & still has a good out line on stack. Liked her shape & good top line, strong rear action & well set tail.
