A good start to the day with this so promising puppy .

from all angles . Because he is put together correctly , he can move typically for one so young . Appeal in red coat with head maturing on well and is strong in good proportion with body , very good skull shape , finishing in upsweep of underjaw will come with maturity .

2nd 6373

I can rate as excellent , very good body shape and overall strength and breed type .

Very good skull , eyes and ears . Nose could be set a little higher , but the head is still maturing . Correct quarters , tail quite short and well placed . Very good movement , sound and convincing .

1st 6356.

Excellent youngster , on the floor with his Bulldog stance and correct width and strong bone , he drew my attention Going over him on the ramp . I appreciated his correct conformation , well placed front legs allowing view of hind legs through and shape to excellent quarters , muscular with some bend in hock. His head is typical classic shape with ears and eyes to please, he is just a Junior and will develop even more . His movement very good and earned him the Res CC today.

2nd. 6343 .

Close up , challenged for first place on his excellent overall construction and very purposeful movement , holding his shape and correct topline . Excellent forequarters . Good head and ears . Nose could be placed a little higher . In great fitness and condition.

This dog could fit in similarity with 1 and 2 in previous class , which can make three for the future ! He presented excellent proportions and breed type , strong bone , convincing topline with slight roach , good tail set and length . Good width and strength of skull .

2nd 6358

Very good standing .Head is correct size and shape with very good underjaw , eyes could tighten a little . Very good body shape on the ramp with excellent tail , well set on correct topline

Overall much to like , he wasn’t showing any signs of concern about the heat ........all the Bulldogs today were fit and well ......but he could tighten all through a bit with time , I think .

This male has excellent breed type with strong bone and good head , more sweep on underjaw would please . He is good to go over as everything flows into the next part as it should . From good width of front to correct hind quarters , roach is well placed giving good topline standing and moving

2nd. 7894

Handsome male of good make and shape . I found his head a little overdone in wrinkle yet quite narrow through giving a droopy eyed look ........however he was well handled to show his many virtues in front , topline and tailset ........and impressive profile typical gait .

Thank you to the exhibitors for this Open Dog class . I want to comment on the healthy condition , the way they were totally comfortable on this hot day .

I can sum up the eventual winner with the word Excellent !! His proportions , construction , balance , type and breed characteristics are there to see . He is “ all of a piece “ , holds his shape and moves as requested by your breed standard . I was happy to watch him in the Group Ring where he conducted himself with soundness and dignity . CC and BOB.

He gives excellent outline and stance

 Another excellent Bulldog I would have been pleased to give top honours to ......he scores in all the necessary ways for him to have gained his title . His head I thought particularly good , with a hint of that sour expression so appealing to Bulldog aficionados .

Well grown baby with tremendous appeal . Everything in the right place constructionwise ! Excellent bone , width , shapely quarters , wonderful head of balance , great little mover .

She has obviously been reared well .......and lavishly !! A coating of puppy fat did not stop her taking BP

2nd 8658

Another charming puppy who wagged to please the judge .......and did just that ! Although a few months older than winner she is not as mature and whilst all the essentials are there she needs to ‘ drop a little ‘ into herself and her frame . She is puppyish and , I would predict has a very bright future . These two topped a glorious class of 21 baby Bulldog bitches , a compliment for any judge , thank you .

Outstanding White excelling in breed type and correct proportions . She presents herself well with help of good handler , holds her topline and outline . Extremely good in movement and her head is classic , I don’t want to change anywhere . I liked her , still very young , enough for the Res CC.

2nd 6350

In a good large class she took a creditable second on her well put together body , and good

head , although a bit more underjaw can come with time . She moved well enough for this place , her front impresses but she is a little loose in hind movement .......again time and age can mature her on .

A more difficult class . She is a good size , good body and bone . Good enough head .

Not putting all in today . Dropping a bit on the move , losing any roach of topline . Her virtues won her the class . A good bitch who will have better days , I think .

2nd. 6331

A little lighter all through ,not as good in bone as winner .......but deserved her place here on her sound positive movement and good enough head.

She is a good sound honest bitch . Excellent proportions , very well put together , head is very good , skull , ears , size and set , high and wide . Eyes well placed and muzzle and underjaw as required . Her body shape is very good with short coupling and correct shoulder and topline giving true outline with she holds standing and moving . She won the CC .

2nd 6319

Another bitch of good type and proportion . Standing gives a good impression , width of forechest and good bone in front legs . Head is rather over wrinkled and lacking up sweep of jaw .

She has a good topline standing , but today , and it was hot remember ,she dropped in the front on the move .

A very smart attractive good looking bitch . Easy to imagine she has her title . She is well constructed it’s tacked on front and good body shape looking from above . Very good mover , convincing , purposeful quite a tussle to take the 1st from

Who gave much competition to winner . A strongly made bitch with very good bone and extremely good movement . I may have preferred her head to the winners , both excellent bitches

 but today lost her underline from mothers duties perhaps ? She could have done much better from me in Top show condition .
