  I am sure everyone who entered was disappointed that Liz Cartledge was unable to carry out this appointment and we all wish her a speedy recovery. Liz had certainly drawn a quality entry, which was my pleasure to judge. Remarkably there were very few absentees, and happily no ‘blonde’ Kerries’ present. Temperaments were as usual wonderful. It was good to see mostly good heads, and none long and narrow, and only a couple with dish faces. Dentition is still a concern, more so in older dogs, and I understand the frustration when teeth move around at a late stage. Good to see such good sportsmanship. Veteran D ne Sp Beginner D ne Puppy D (3) 3 promising pups. 1st: 2080 MOLES, Mr B D & WILLIAMS Mr D W Celtannia Atlantic Gold He has a v good head, correct width. Lovely eye and expression and a big black nose. Lengthy neck. Quite a good front. Chest to his elbow. Well ribbed back. Firm topline. Well made rear, just kicks up v slightly at the rear. V good in front. 2nd: 2089 SATHERLEY Mrs C L & Mr C W Silkcroft Freeze Frame Liked him v much, he just needs a bit more body. Liked his width of skull. Good neck. Better front that 1 but needs to firm up on move. Level topline. Good rear. 3rd: 2078 MCNEILLIS Mrs C R & Mr A J Celtannia Atlantic Star Junior D (2) 1st: 2085 PAGE-GINNELLY, Mr R G & PAGE-GINNELLY Dr M J Glendowan Extra Special Really typy d, super coat which is going through an adolescent stage. Really good head. Super balance, Blackest of noses. Lengthy neck. Nice front, just needs a bit more width and fill. Level topline. Fair rear. 2nd: 2101 WATKIN, Miss C A & SNYDER Mr J D Calvenace Dizzy Coppertop I liked his head, well balanced. Long neck. Quite a good front. Just a bit long in back. Well bent stifle with low hocks. Coat could be a better texture. Moved well. Post Grad D (2) 1st: 2049 BARRETT Mrs S P & Mr N J Saffini Shining Star Such a good moving d with a v easy stride. Liked his head. Lovely eyes. Well set ears. Good neck. Liked his front. Level topline. Well spring ribs. Good rear. Soft coat. 2nd: 2074 LEVEY Mr M & Mrs L Olicanarocks Marcello Not helping his handler! Liked his head. Ears could be better. Strong beck. Good front. Well ribbed. Could be firmer in hind action. Limit D (2) 1st: 2097 THOBURN Mr & Mrs A D & L Northridge Me And Tennessee Really well made d of correct proportions. He has a masc head. Lovely eye and expression. Big black nose. Strong neck. Well laid shoulder. Topline slopes slightly. Well made rear. Would like a better coat. 2nd: 2057 COOPER Mr & Mrs R & K Janey Jimjams Jubilee Juke This d has a super coat. Well proportioned head, liked his width of skull. Long neck. Needs to firm in topline. Tends to straighten his rear standing. Open D (10,1) Really good class to judge. A few mouth and pigment issues. 1st: 2051 BLANDFORD Mrs H Janeyjimjams Joshua Liked him v much. Super coat, lovely texture and nice loose waves. V good head, well proportioned. Lengthy neck. Well laid shoulder. Deep chest. Level topline. Wouldn't want him any longer. Moderate rear. Nice easy mover. CC 2nd: 2098 THOBURN Mr & Mrs A D & L Ch Northridge Gotan Go Sh.CM Really typy wheaten who moved v well. Super head. Lovely eyes. Lengthy neck. Good front. Level topline. Another who I wouldn't want any longer. Good rear. Not quite the coat of 1. RCC 3rd: 2060 DOWDY, Ms J I & DOWDY Mr G J Ch Greentree Gold Mombo To Denzilly (Imp) Veteran B (3) 1st: 2100 TILLEY Mrs C A Ch Starzak Solid Gold Ez Action JW Sh.CM ` Grand lady of almost 11. Lovely proportions and moved well. She has a fem head of correct balance and still a good mouth. Lengthy neck. Level topline. Well laid shoulder. Good rear. Colour just a bit light now. 2nd: 2072 LAWRENCE Mrs B J & Mr G F R Emalot Little Miss Star Sh.CM Liked her v much. Pleasing head. Good eye and expression. Lengthy neck. Topline runs up ever so slightly. Could be slightly better in rear action. Liked her coat. 3rd: 2053 BUSBY Mrs R H & Miss O F Calvenace Killer Queen at Zakby Sp Beginners B ne Puppy B (6) 1st: 2061 FRANCIS Mr & Mrs K Sawheaten Kiss From A Rose Really taken with this baby. liked her proportions and a nice easy mover. Fem head, well balanced with v good eyes. Lengthy neck. Well made front and rear. Level topline. Just needs coat to sort itself. 2nd: 2081 MOLES, Mr B D & WILLIAMS Mr D W Celtannia Atlantic Aida Liked her for type. She also has a lovely head. Balanced and moderate in her construction. Level topline. Just needs to firm up on the move, but another lovely prospect. 3rd: 2088 SATHERLEY Mrs C L & Mr C W Silkcroft Point And Shoot Junior B (5) 1st: 2059 DAVIES Mrs R & Mr R Janeyjimjams Jam Puff Really lovely pup, and the most lovely temperament. She has a fem head of correct width. Lovely eye and expression. Super pigment. Lengthy neck. Well laid shoulder. Grand body. Level topline. V good rear with low hocks. Can just firm up slightly out and back, v good in profile. Played her handler up, otherwise could have pushed harder. BP 2nd: 2084 MUNN Mr & Mrs S Snowmeadow Suzy Sixpence Liked her very much for construction and movement, just needs to get a bit more colour. Fem head. Good neck. Balanced angulation. Level topline. Moved v well. 3rd: 2062 GLEESON Mrs E & Mr G C Glendowan Golden Brandy Post Grad B (4,1) 1st: 2066 HERBERT Mr P & Mrs J Julibidd Maybe I'm Amazed Very typy b. She has a v good head, correct width. Lengthy neck. Well made front. Could just have slightly more length of leg. Level topline. Well bent stifle and low hocks. Mover v well. 2nd: 2058 COOPER Mr & Mrs R & K Kanjuley Scarlet Ribbons Liked her proportions, just needs a better coat and she is a little rich in colour. Lovely head. Long neck. Moderate angulation. Well bodied with ribs going well back. 3rd: 2087 ROGERS Mrs D A Kizzahla Kiss and Tell Limit B (3,1) 1st: 2064 GRANT Mrs B Dannebriel Gladly Godetia Sh.CM Quite a good outline. Fem head. Long neck. Well sprung ribs. Level topline. Could be firmer in hind action. 2nd: 2069 JEFFERIES Mr & Mrs P J & C M G Frontline Simply Beautiful Liked her stood. Eyes could be darker. Balanced angulation. Would like her better out and back. Open B (13,2) Lovely class. 1st: 2056 CLARKE Mr & Mrs P & J Ch Flaxela Weaver Of Dreams JW Sh.CM Super type and a v sound mover. She has a fem head of strength. Super eye and expression. Strong neck. Well laid shoulder. Chest to her elbow. Well ribbed back. Level topline. Super rear. Lovely coat and colour.
