Without exception, all exhibits were well turned out in good condition. I was disappointed to find a couple of incorrect mouths.

Looking as well as she has done for a long time. She has a lovely feminine head with dark eyes and low set ears. She is good in front with straight well-boned legs. Well angulated shoulders. Good chest with both width and depth. She moved well with good tail carriage. Reserve CC.

2nd McKiernan’s BUSHBANE CELTIC DREAM

I really liked the head on this two-year-old tricolour. She is not yet fully mature but has good width to her body and depth to her chest. She moved freely showing a super temperament and good tail action. Presented in good coat and condition.

1st McCabe’s RACHDALE SEA PEARL SHCM

A four-year-old orange showing plenty of quality. Good overall make and shape. She is very correct in head with good length of muzzle and kind expression. Clean neck of good length and well-laid shoulders. She has good length of ribs and is strong over the quarters with a good turn of stifle. She moved precisely round the ring. CC, her second. I hope her title is not too far away.

1st Lawson’s SH CH MARIGLEN ICE CRYSTAL JW SHCM One I have judged and admired before. She still possesses many of the qualities that gained her title. She has a super head, greying a little but showing balance and type. Straight in front with balanced body and level topline. Well angulated quarters without being overdone. She moved steadily but truly.
