1st: 1630 KESTIN Mrs M Baruc De Arte Venandi

A playful and raw 8 month old dog, but he has all the basics there. He is well balanced for his age showing the typical squareness to his outline. He has the desired strength with good bone. He has a good length to the head, lean all through, eye still to darken, good depth to the flew and showing the divergent planes. His strong short neck flowing well into the correct topline. He has enough depth and is short coupled. On the move a little playful but showed that he had the extended trot with good reach and drive – RBD

1st: 1631 KESTIN Mrs M Tyrbechgyn Legolas

Proving to be a bit of a challenge for his handler this 2 year old Chestnut dog, being a little more refined in build, but liked his overall size. He has a masculine head, but not quite the divergent planes, good depth to the flews and roman nose, a little lighter in eye. He has a good strong neck, flowing well into his high withers, good depth to the brisket and spring of rib, tended to level out his topline. Hindquarters showing good bend of stifle. Moved out with good drive

What a cracker, just loved this 21 month old w/o dog. He is a lovely example of the breed. He has the desired strength all through and an impressive outline when stood. He has super balance and construction. He has a very aristocratic air about him. He has a long lean head, with the correct divergent planes, good depth to the flew, with a lovely tight oval eye. His neck is short and strong, flowing well into his high withers, deep brisket and well developed forechest. Lovely oval bone onto tight feet. Ribs carried well back with short loin. Well developed hindquarters with good width and in good muscle tone. Lovely to watch on the move, showing the extended trot with a good head carriage – BD & BOB, delighted to see him make the shortlist in a lovely group

1st: 1636 SLADDEN Mr I Feel Of Pride Eva Elettra At Canemamans (Imp)

7 month old chestnut bitch, rather raw as you would expect and more refined in bone. Looking slightly longer cast at the moment. Her head is feminine and has the correct planes, eye a little light, but well shaped and tight. For her age she has enough depth. Hindquarter showing good width of thigh and a good bend of stifle. Moving out with good drive and extension

1st: 1640 TOWNS, Miss E & LAY Mr G Betania De Arte Venandi

Very much liked this 8 month old w/o bitch. For one so young she showed her socks off! Everything is just right for her age. She has a lovely outline with good substance and super oval bone. Such a feminine head, divergent head planes, long and lean, with depth to the flew. Liked her clean and tight oval shaped eye, still to darken but this will come with age. She has a strong neck, high withers, topline showing the break, good depth to the ribcage, short coupled to give the square profile. Her hindquarters show good width. Pleasing to watch her free flowing movement, showing good extension and drive - BP

2nd: 1621 ANGUS Mrs L V Braccorion's Livin It Up

Another very promising youngster, close up to winner, at 8 months totally unfazed by the whole event! Thought she had a lovely shape when stood, correct for balance and outline. Correct head planes, lean all through, big spongy nose, well chiselled, oval eye shape. Liked her for her strength in the body which was well developed, with good depth and spring of rib, super bone, correct topline, and a lovely width of thigh. Not quite as tidy in front movement today as winner, but showed lovely drive and extension

Feminine head, enough depth to the flews, good length of ear, strong neck, Moderately boned, good depth to the brisket and spring of rib, well bent stifles. Needing to settle a little more on the move carried her tail a tad higher.

1st: 1625 BURKE Mrs V Braccorion's I Put A Spell On Alcazar

This 2 year old w/o bitch has an upstanding presence and regal demeanour. She is so solid and workmanlike yet retains her femininity and graceful outline. When stood she displays a lovely square and powerful profile. Quality head with correct planes, long and lean, well chiselled beneath the eyes, depth to the flews, and a kind oval eye, shade toning well with the coat. She is well developed in the forequarters with good width and depth, strong oval bone, a slight slope to her pasterns. Admirable depth and spring to the ribs, short coupled, good development to the rear. Loved her profile movement, this bitch can fly, showing a super extended trot. The dog just clinching BOB today on his more positive rear movement – BB & BOS

2nd: 1641 TOWNS, Miss E & LAY Mr G Braccorion Carma's Coming

Much to admire to this 17 month old chestnut bitch, of a different stamp to winner, being a tad longer cast and a little more refined. Loved her head, narrow and angular, divergent planes and intelligent expression. Liked her depth of brisket and spring of rib. Lovely bone and tight feet. At times levelled out her topline. She has super hindquarters, width to the thigh, bend of stifle and in good muscle tone. She moved out with style and power as she stormed around the ring
