Pyrenean Sheepdog (Long Haired)

Thank you for waiting for me at the end of a long, warm day. I always marvel at the patience of minority breed exhibitors.

An excellent veteran bitch. Good for size with lovely neck and well muscled quarters. Putting up a good performance today. Shown at a good weight but does not need any more. Res BB

Still growing on but very promising in development. Good head and neck and a lovely rounded croup. Rib is still to come down and she is looking a little long. Moving out with confidence and covering ground well. BP

A sweet girl, very well made throughout and with exceptional muscle. Good neck and topline. Excellent rear action and a well set front. Not corded, but non of the exhibits today were. As it is a while since I have judged the breed I did wonder if this is the more fashionably accepted way of showing the breed nowadays? I wait to be corrected!

What a gorgeous bitch this is. So satisfying to go over with wonderful conformation throughout. This translates into a lovely action on the move with economic ground covering reach and drive. Her profile and balance both standing and moving, together with great muscle tone and firm loin combined to my decisions for her as Best Bitch and Best of Breed.
