Pharaoh Hounds

A small entry judged in the wet weather ring. My thanks to the few brave souls who came along with their hounds in the poor weather.

SB (0). 

P (1): 1 Herbert’s Douica’s Raggedy Man at Darusmar, 6 months dog making his show ring debut. A bit unsettled at first which is to be expected at this age. Pleasing head & expression, used his ears well, long neck, good length of leg, typical topline with slight slope down to croup. Still quite narrow through the front at this stage. Moved quite well on the wet grass, very typical & alert. RBD & BP.

O (3, 1a): 1 Herbert’s Annatefkah Tauret at Darusmar, mature bitch of pleasing balance & type. Very typical head & expression, good large ear, long neck, excellent forehand, attractive outline, moved OK, overall picture very pleasing. BB & BOB; 2 Collins & Dunhill-Hall’s Fantasa Dallas Maverick, 18 months dog, masculine & alert youngster, good head proportions, long neck, well ribbed back, very good long second thigh. Had better length of stride than the BOB winner whose forehand I preferred. Very good head carriage. BD.
