Minor Puppy - Dog Entries: 11 Absentees: 4 1ST CARROMER JACK FLASH TO BAILEYDALE (MR A & MRS J METCALFE) Yellow dog with a pleasing head shape, liked his eye shape and colour, strong neck, shoulders well placed, enough bone and excellent feet.  Well ribbed back, doesn't want to carry anymore weight, coat of pleasing texture, tail well set and carried, good width to his quarters, well muscled, moved out well in profile, needing to firm in the rear.  Not in his best jacket but what he had was of good texture. 2ND SUNDYKE SECRET CODE (MISS WOOD) Older more upstanding black, clean lines and a pleasing masculine head not overdone.  Liked his eye colour and head developing well.  Clean through the neck and front, shoulders a little forward placed, excellent bone and feet.  Chest of good depth, body developing well, holds his topline standing, has a tendency to lift his tail moving.  Pleasing quarters, moving soundly.  Just coming back into coat, what he had was of good texture. 3RD LINJOR RIGSBY (L HARVEY-MAJOR)  

Puppy - Dog Entries: 9 Absentees: 0   1ST KIMBAJAK PRECIOUS METAL (MS C M EDWARDS) Pale yellow of pleasing overall construction, liked his head shape, eye colour could perhaps be a shade darker.  Strong through the neck, shoulders well laid back, excellent bone and feet. Body deep and well ribbed, pleasing topline and tailset, strong wide quarters, well muscled, sound and free mover.  Coat of pleasing texture. 2ND A SENSE OF PLEASURE'S EL TORO AT BALLADOOLE (IMP DEU) (MISS K DRUGGAN) Up to size black dog, all in proportion but a bit too much of him for me.  His head is a little deep in stop and flew, eyes could be a shade darker.  Clean through the neck and front, shoulders ok, excellent bone and feet.  Pleasing body for depth and ribbed quite well back, strong through the loin sloping in topline from withers to tail, emphasised by the fact he wasn’t in his best jacket.  Well muscled quarters, moved on an even stride. 3RD ARAMIS BRITANNICA ARCHIPELAGO AT STEELEIGH (IMP LTU) (MRS P L LESLEY)

Junior - Dog Entries: 13 Absentees: 5   1ST GALLYBOB MARMALADE (MRS S M B WALTON) Quality yellow with a pleasing head and kind expression, excellent pigment, eyes of good shape and colour.  Clean through the neck, shoulders well laid back, excellent bone and feet, his body is strong and of pleasing depth, ribbed well back and strong through the loin, tail well set and carried, strong quarters and hocks well let down, moves on a positive stride and covers the ground easily.  In good coat of pleasing texture, pleased to award him the RCC. 2ND LINTHWAITE EXCALIBUR (MRS J KING) Another pleasing yellow dog with a pleasing head and eye, liked his expression, longer cast in body than 1 and not quite the tailset.  His shoulders are well angulated, has excellent bone and well padded feet.  Good body depth, pleasing topline which he maintained moving.  Strong quarters which he used to advantage on the move.  In good coat of pleasing texture.   3RD A SENSE OF PLEASURE'S EL TORO AT BALLADOOLE (IMP DEU) (MISS K DRUGGAN)  

Yearling - Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 2   1ST SUN-LAURIE BLOWING IN THE WIND [ATC AU01379RUS] ( MRS T GURZHIY) Dog of pleasing size and substance, correct head and eye shape, colour and pigment, enough length of muzzle.  Clean in outline, well constructed front, pleasing bone.  Level topline, ribbed well back, pleasing quarters and shown in excellent muscletone.  A little soft in coat texture.  Moved freely in profile, could be cleaner in front. 2ND BALLADOOLE MR SELFRIDGE JW (MISS K DRUGGAN) Up to size dog, broad and strong in head, eyes could be darker.  Shoulders well angulated but too heavy in bone and all through for my preferences.  Strong firm topline, longer cast in the body, has pleasing coat of good texture.  Moved positively in all directions.  

Novice - Dog Entries: 7 Absentees: 2   1ST GALLYBOB MARMALADE (MRS S M B WALTON) As Junior class. 2ND LINJOR RIGSBY (L HARVEY-MAJOR) Yellow dog with plenty of substance, well grown.  Strong neck, pleasing front, excellent bone and feet, could be stronger in pasterns.   Shown in good coat of pleasing texture, well bodied, a little steep in croup but well muscled quarters.  A little uncoordinated moving at present and just needing to firm together.    

Graduate - Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 0   1ST THIRLMERE ECHO FALLS (MRS J WOODALL) Upstanding black dog who is clean in outline.  Well proportioned head, no doubting his masculinity.  Stands on well boned legs and excellent feet, strong level topline, well developed ribcage and strong through the loin.  Free positive mover, not quite in full coat but what he had was in excellent condition of good texture. 2ND DOLWEN BUTTON MOON JW (MR A, MRS S W, MR D & MRS E W ELLIS & MATULLA) Very well proportioned chocolate, really liked his head and expression, excellent eye colour.  Well constructed front, shoulders well laid and pleasing bone.  Deep in body and well ribbed, strong level topline and a pleasing tailset and carriage.  Free moving dog who looked good going around in profile, not in his best jacket here.  

Post Graduate - Dog Entries: 8 Absentees: 3   1ST DOLWEN COLEMAN JW (MR A, MRS S W, MR D & MRS E W ELLIS & MATULLA) Compact black dog with pleasing head proportions, dark eyes of pleasing shape.  Strong neck, plenty of width in front, excellent bone and feet.  Well ribbed back, firm in topline and pleasing tailset and carriage.  Strong quarters, hocks well let down, moves on a positive even stride.  Shown in good coat of pleasing texture. 2ND CREMINO CHILLY PEPPER SHCM (MRS J & MR G JOHNSON) Longer cast yellow dog, beautifully conditioned and schooled.  His head could perhaps be a little more masculine but he does have a kind expression.  Clean through the neck and shoulders, excellent legs and feet.  Firm, well ribbed body, strong through the loin. Free, easy mover.  In good coat of correct texture.  

Mid Limit - Dog Entries: 7 Absentees: 1   1ST MARSHWIGGLE MR CARSON JW (MRS A FELTON-PAGE) Mid coloured yellow of pleasing type who won this class on his easy sound movement.  His eyes are of pleasing shape and colour, pleasing expression, ears well set and carried.  Strong neck, shoulders well placed, good legs and feet, body tone is pleasing and is well ribbed back.  Strong and wide quarters, well muscled.  In pleasing coat of good texture. 2ND SHAYMILONEY SOLSILVANUS (MISS J E BOLD) Black I have judged before, pleasing head of good shape, masculine but not overdone.  Pleasing front, good bone, a little weak in pasterns and could have better feet.  Deep in body, pleasing topline, tailset ok.  Well muscled rear, second thigh well developed.  Drove off his rear, moved ok. 3RD POTTERSPINEY KILLIAN (MRS E YOUNG)  

Limit - Dog Entries: 10 Absentees: 5   1ST TAMPA BAY'S MARCO POLO FOR EAGLE POND (IMP USA) (MR AC, MRS L & MRS L ALLEN, HESS & JORDAN) Strong workmanlike yellow, head of pleasing balance, dark eyes, stop well defined, could perhaps have more length in his muzzle.  Plenty of width in his front, excellent bone and feet.  Body of pleasing depth, ribbed well back but could be shorter in his loin. Felt that he would look better carrying a little less weight although his fitness and muscletone were excellent.  Free moving in profile. 2ND DOLWEN JOHNNY BE GOOD JW (MR A, MRS S W & MRS E W ELLIS & MATULLA) Paler yellow with a very kind expression, well angulated front, just right for bone and good feet.  Pleasing body tone, well ribbed and strong through the loin.  Good quarters well developed, hocks well let down.  Easy free mover, not in his best coat here. 3RD KOWALSKI ESPARTACO 1V BESKERBY (IMP ESP) (MR & MRS R I & MISS M DAWSON)  

Open - Dog Entries: 10 Absentees: 3   1ST SH CH TISSALIAN HI JACK JW (C BAILISS) Quality yellow of close to ideal balance, compact in outline but with sufficient leg length.  Dark pigment against his pale coat enhances his kind expression, head is well balanced, prominent stop, strong muzzle.  Quite clean through the neck, shoulders well laid back with excellent legs and feet.  Strong though the body, well ribbed back, his loin is strong and short, topline doesn’t falter standing or moving, his tail is well wrapped with coat of pleasing texure and carried off his back.  Double coat of pleasing texture, shown in the best of condition.   Moved positively in all directions and pleased to award him CC & BOB. 2ND CH MATTAND EXODUS JW (MS S LAMBERT) Mid coloured yellow I have admired from puppy, well constructed and excels in profile movement.  Pleases in head, dark eyes and a kind expression, strong and clean through his front, shoulders well laid back, excellent bone and feet.  Ribbed well back, slightly longer than my ideal, however his topline does not falter standing or moving.  Shown in the best of muscletone, wide quarters and hocks well let down, his coat pleased for texture.  Not showing to best advantage in the heat of the day. 3RD WYNFAUL THE WIZARD JW (MRS M A PERCIVAL)  

Veteran - Dog Entries: 2 Absentees: 1   1ST BREAKERSWELL MILKY WAY (MRS D A SEWELL) Chocolate dog standing alone here, pleasing head to go over, excellent eye colour.  Strong neck, well constructed front and pleasing bone and feet.  Body well developed and shown in good condition.  Double coat of pleasing texture.  A little steep in croup and could have a little more rear angulation.   

Special Beginners - Dog Entries: 5 Absentees: 2   1ST MALLENDYKE STARTING POINT (MR PJ & MRS J M THORNTON) Yellow dog of pleasing size, head well balanced and he has excellent pigment.  Compact in outline enough bone and good feet.  Still needing to firm in topline a little.  Shown in good coat, moved ok.   2ND MARSHWIGGLE SHAKESPEARE AT RAVOAKAR JW (MRS K & MR C BAMBROOK) Energetic dog shown in good muscletone, a little stronger in head then my ideal, stands on well boned legs and has good feet.  Longer cast in body and well bodied, firm in topline but I would prefer a better tailset.  Not in his best jacket here. 3RD GLENBROWS PARAPHRASE (MRS S E DAVIS)  

Minor Puppy - Bitch Entries: 19 Absentees: 4   1ST CARROMER SHIMMERING IN PINK (MR M & MRS C REYNOLDS) Promising puppy with an appealing head of correct proportions, excellent pigment and a kind expression.  Clean through the neck and front assembly, shoulders well laid, excellent bone and the best of feet.  Strong topline and tailset, strong quarters and hocks well let down.  In full coat of excellent texture, moved freely fore and aft and in profile. 2ND LUDALOR LUCILLE (MRS L TOOTH) Well proportioned puppy, like her compact outline, dark eyes, enough stop, pleasing balance to her head although it does need to develop still.  Pleases for height to length ratio, pleasing bone and good feet, firm topline.  Strong rear, well muscled, moved out to advantage in all directions.  A heavy puppy coat detracts at present and rather hides her outline, shown in first class condition. 3RD CARPENNY HALSHIMOOR DELICIOUS NAF TAF (MRS P CARPANINI)  

Puppy - Bitch Entries: 11 Absentees: 4   1ST FOXRUSH OLD TIME DANCING (MRS J CHARLTON) Black bitch who appeals for her excellent head, liked her intelligent expression.  Well grown, strong through the neck, excellent legs and well padded feet.  Balanced in her angulation, pleasing body development for her age, still needing to settle a little in topline, double coat of pleasing texture.  Moved positively fore and aft. 2ND MARSHWIGGLE WILHELMINA (MRS A FELTON-PAGE) Yellow I have judged recently, upstanding and with much to commend her, clean in outline, a well constructed front, pleasing bone and excellent feet.  Strong in body, pleasing topline tailset, strong and well muscled quarters  which she used to advantage on the move.  Shows good freedom in profile movement.  Pleasing coat texture but casting heavily. 3RD BURNTHORN BOX OFFICE (MR M PARKINSON)  

Junior - Bitch Entries: 19 Absentees: 5   1ST CLASSICAL ACT AT FOXRUSH (MRS J CHARLTON) Aptly named yellow of quality who cannot be overlooked, clean in outline, completely balanced.  Her head is pleasing, dark eyes, well shaped, enough stop, feminine but with strength.  Strong neck, shoulders well placed, excellent legs and well padded feet.  Good depth of brisket, well ribbed back, strong and short through the loin, tail well set and carried right off her back.  Very well muscled quarters, strong short hocks.  Moved out freely in all directions, not quite in full coat but what she had was of pleasing texture. RCC 2ND CROSSCROYDE CLASS ACT AT ALKHAMHURST (MRS M WOODLEY) Eyecatching yellow who pushed 1 all the way, perfectly conditioned, excellent outline, completely balanced in her angulation and this showed in her light footed movement.  Quite clean through the neck, shoulders well placed, well ribbed body, strong level topline, pleasing tailset and carriage.  Double coat of pleasing texture and tail well wrapped.  Big wide quarters, the best of muscletone.  Shows to advantage. 3RD CENTENALEE ICE DANCER AT YALBURY (MR A & MR S GOODWIN & BISHOP)  

Yearling - Bitch Entries: 13 Absentees: 6   One of the best classes of the day for depth of quality, the first 3 bitches were all of excellent quality and difficult to separate.   1ST MAXFIELD ARABELLA (MR S J & MRS L A O'BRIEN) Quality yellow I have admired from ringside, an enthusiastic showgirl who exudes personality.  Pleasing head, I like her kind expression and well shaped eyes, strong pigment and ears well set, using them constantly.  Clean through the neck, shoulders well laid, excellent bone, not overdone and good feet. Body of pleasing depth, barrel like ribs well developed, strong through the loin.  Strong quarters, second thighs well developed and hocks well let down.  Holds her topline standing and moving, tail carried right off her back.  In excellent coat of pleasing texture.  Moved out well in all directions, particularly in profile, pleased to award her the CC. 2ND RUSMAIRAS LAMBADA [ATC AU01851RUS] ( MRS T GURZHIY) Another quality yellow who pushed 1 hard.  Pleasing head to go over, kind expression, dark eyes, enough stop.  Strong neck, quite well angulated in front, pleasing bone and feet.  Strong topline, excellent tailset, shown in excellent muscletone, well ribbed body.  Strong quarters used to drive off to advantage, shown in immaculate condition.  Coat of pleasing texture but just starting to drop.  A very good mover just not the freedom of 1 in profile. 3RD DYLSONLEIGH PRETTY IN PINK (MRS G FLOCKTON)  

Novice - Bitch Entries: 13 Absentees: 2   1ST DYLSONLEIGH MISS MUFFETT (MRS G FLOCKTON) Yellow bitch with a pleasing outline, of good size and with the correct amount of substance.  Strong through the neck, shoulders well placed but could be better laid back, pleasing bone and feet.  Shown in optimum body condition, firm topline and tail well set and carried. Pleasing quarters which she used to drive off, moved positively. 2ND MARSHWIGGLE WILHELMINA (MRS A FELTON-PAGE) See Puppy Bitch 3RD WOOLMAN PROPER ENCHANTING (MRS Y SHIRTON)  

Graduate - Bitch Entries: 8 Absentees: 2   1ST TISSALIAN HARMONIKA IN EVIESPRIDE (MRS S A RYAN) Litter sister to the BOB winner and she has many of his qualities, pleasing head and eye, excellent pigment.  Strong neck, good shoulder placement and just right for bone.  Her body is deep, slightly longer cast and ribbed well back, level topline and tail carried right off her back.  Coat just starting to lift but she had plenty and it was of good texture.  Moved positively fore and aft and covered the ground in profile. 2ND TESSHOLLY'S JESSICA JW (MISS MJ MORGAN) Strong, workmanlike bitch who was shown in excellent hard condition.  Pleasing head shape and pigment, strong through the neck, with pleasing front assembly, plenty of bone and excellent feet.  Well ribbed body, strong through the loin, tail well set.  Moved positively in all directions, just very out of coat here and had to pay the price. 3RD LUNARPET SWEET HONEYSUCKLE (MR P J & MRS J A WHITE)  

Post Graduate - Bitch Entries: 18 Absentees: 5   1ST CREMINO CRUSHED ICE (MRS J & MR G JOHNSON) Free moving yellow who won this class with a bit to spare, pleasing outline, clean through the neck, excellent shoulders, enough bone and ok feet.  She is well bodied and shown in the best of condition, level topline which does not faulter standing or moving, tail well set and carried.  Pleasing rear, quarters well developed and of sufficient width, hocks well let down.  Moved out freely.  In good coat of pleasing texture. 2ND ANSJOROS CUTEY (MS R HOFMA) Pleasing black with an appealing outline, pleasing head, liked her expression.  Strong through the neck, pleases in front construction and she stands on good legs and feet.  Pleasing body proportions, correct topline and tailset, shown in excellent condition.  Moved positively in all directions. 3RD BURNTHORN MISTY (MR M PARKINSON)  

Mid Limit - Bitch Entries: 10 Absentees: 4   1ST SARANDEN ROCK YOUR BABY (MR D & MRS S MCLELLAN) Up to size bitch, strong but well balanced, liked her height to length ratio.  Strong head, pleasing expression, good pigment, perhaps stop a little too defined.  Strong neck, could be a little cleaner, very good forehand, plenty of bone and excellent feet. Strong deep body, could be a little lighter in condition, excellent topline and tailset, in full coat of excellent texture.  Moved freely in all directions.   2ND CARROMER SHIMMERING SATIN (MR M & MRS C REYNOLDS) Pretty headed yellow, as with the others from this kennel beautifully conditioned.  Pleasing neck, shoulders well angulated, enough bone, could be a little stronger in pasterns, excellent feet.  Slightly longer in body than 1 but well ribbed back and maintained her topline standing and moving, strong quarters and a purposeful mover.  Not in her best coat but what she had was of a pleasing texture. 3RD DYLSONLEIGH TICKLED PINK (MRS G FLOCKTON)  

Limit - Bitch Entries: 17 Absentees: 4   Difficult class to judge and lots of compromises had to be made.   1ST PRIORISE LULU BELLE (MRS M PRIOR) Yellow bitch of pleasing size who won on her free ground covering movement and overall condition.  She has an appealing head and eye, good forehand, just the right amount of bone and excellent feet.  Her ribs are well developed, body deep, steep in croup and tail a little low set.  In full coat of excellent bloom, strong well muscled hindquarters, moved freely. 2ND WOOLMAN PROPER FANCY FREE (MRS Y SHIRTON) Bitch with a pleasing outline, like her head and expression, undoubtedly feminine.  She is of pleasing size, moderate front angulation, pleasing bone and feet.  Deep in body, well ribbed, doesn’t need to carry anymore weight.  Firm in topline, tailset ok.  Very well muscled and moving positively in all directions. 3RD WATERBROOK PILLOW TALK (MR F O, MRS M H & MR K GAWTHORPE)  

Open - Bitch Entries: 13 Absentees: 5   1ST LEMBAS GO GENTLE JW (MR C J & MRS C E MILLS) Black bitch who appeals for her compact outline, short and deep, beautiful head and eye, strong in muzzle, enough stop, strong neck, excellent forehand, plenty of forechest, just right for bone and with excellent feet.  Deep bodied, well ribbed and in excellent hard condition although I would prefer her to be shown with less weight and this took its toll in the challenge in the extreme heat.  Strong, wide, well developed quarters, well muscled, her coat is of pleasing texture and glowed with condition.  Moved freely in all directions. 2ND CARPENNY PORTIA (MRS P CARPANINI) Longer cast black who is clean in outline but who does have a tendency to lose her topline standing, I liked her head and eye, such a pleasing expression, clean though the neck and shoulders, pleasing bone and good feet.  Quite well ribbed, could be shorter in loin, pleasing quarters which she uses well on the move.  Coat of pleasing texture but rather dull and not at its best.  Moved positively. 3RD WARRINGAH'S GURLEY JW (MR D COODE)  

Veteran - Bitch Entries: 2 Absentees: 0   1ST MANDAMAY BEYONCE SHCM (MR WILMSHURST) Yellow bitch who won here on her soundness and positive movement.  Pleasing head, shoulders are quite well placed and she has enough bone and good feet.  Strong level topine, tail well set and carried.  Her coat is a little soft in texture.  Moved positively in all directions. 2ND LEWISAN LOOK AT ME (MR C & MRS S J FAULKNER) Almost 11 year old bitch of pleasing type and construction, has good bone and feet.  Was really feeling the heat here and this showed both standing and moving. Good coat texture but moulting heavily.   Special Beginners - Bitch Entries: 3 Absentees: 0   1ST TISSALIAN HARMONIKA IN EVIESPRIDE (MRS S A RYAN) As per previous class. 2ND CENTENALEE POLLYANNA AT YALBURY (MR A & MR S GOODWIN & BISHOP) Pleasing yellow of correct size, plenty of substance without being overdone.  Well angulated front, strong bone and good feet.  Ribbed well back, strong wide quarters with hocks well let down, shown in full coat of pleasing texture.  Moved positively fore and aft. 3RD MALLENDYKE PAVE THE WAY (MR PJ & MRS J M THORNTON)
