Many thanks to the committee for allowing me to judge Shih Tzu for the first time in the UK and thank you for their generous hospitality, I would like to thank the exhibitors who entered, for giving me the privilege of their entries.

SA-A Puppy D/B (5)

1. Ritchie’s Wynele Sugarbabe To Laurmerand, Very feminine gold/white bitch, Lovely overall balance, good head, slightly tip-tilted nose, wide nostrils, correct bite, warm expression, well laid shoulders and good length of upper arm, good depth of chest and spring of rib, good rear angulation, moved well with good extension in front and drive from the rear.

2. Quick’s Harropine Knight Rider, Glamourous gold/white dog, lovely head, eye and expression, wide nostrils, correct bite. Lovely outline, Good length of neck, Good lay of shoulder, level top line, good spring of rib and depth of chest, good rear angulation, would like to see him move outside.

1. Goodwin’s Chelhama Perfect Timing, Grey/white dog, smaller in type but very well formed, well shaped head, slightly tip-tilted nose, lovely expressive dark round eyes giving a soft, gentle expression, correct bite, good length of neck leading into a well laid shoulder with corresponding upper arm, Good spring of rib and depth of chest. Good overall balance, level top line and good tail set and carriage, Moved well.

2. Anderton’s Pekoe One Direction J.W. Gold/white dog masculine head, Dark eyes, correct bite, wide nostrils, good spring of rib, balanced outline.

1. Ritchie’s Ethelsmead Catch A dream For Laurmerand, Well balanced gold/white Dog, nice round head, dark eye, slightly tip-tilted nose, wide nostrils, correct bite, low set ears, warm expression, Good front and rear angulation, good depth of chest and spring of rib, short firm loin, moved well with extension and drive.
